I've had a few odd emails like that recently but the favourite seems to be multiple places and apps telling me now is the time to stop doing headstands in pregnancy... I seriously wonder who these are aimed at, I don't know anyone who does headstands on a regular basis?

My bump hasn't so much popped as it has exploded in the last few days. Only gained 2 pounds since pre pregnancy yet I dont fit in to trousers two sizes bigger and had to go maternity I look about 6 months gone not 3 and this is my first!

Gender scan on Thursday dying to know what I'm having haha

ScotsLamb · 26/06/2017 18:56

Hi all

I have updated the spreadsheet with info from the last thread. Couple of questions.
Do we want a new column for Facebook name to help when on there?

Do those with blanks want me to update anything?

Just for stats fans we are currently on 6 boys and 6 girls.

pauseplayrepeat is your due date 27th November or December?

ScotsLamb · 26/06/2017 18:57

Oh here is the link

spreadsheet

Royalsteph · 26/06/2017 19:32

Eugh my sleep is shot. Four nights in a row, I've woken up physically shivering from being cold. I wouldn't mind but I sleep in full jammies under a thick quilt.

Brens13 · 26/06/2017 20:06

Wow good work scots thanks for the update. I don't mind adding my actual name to the spreadsheet from Facebook, tho I'm probs one of the only ones that's obvious who I am on both lol. (unimaginative mn name)

purplek1tty · 26/06/2017 20:19

Thanks for the welcome all Smile
Carley not too bad. Apart from some v minor spotting last week which led to me getting an anti-d shot (anyone else rhesus negative?) I've been relatively lucky so far.

Main surprise is how pregnant I look already at nearly 15 weeks! My bump's well and truly exploded and could probably pass for 6 months +. I thought I'd have to wait much longer to show as a ftm!

Also feels like I am well at home with all you fellow insomniacs. Confused

MontyPants · 26/06/2017 21:33

@ScotsLamb I hope you don't mind if I don't put my real name on the spreadsheet, as there's a link to it on the public forum so anyone could see it. I'm not too bothered personally, but DH really values his privacy and our surname isn't very common x

MontyPants · 26/06/2017 21:36

I was feeling healthy today and bought some powdered green smoothie stuff that contains spinach, wheatgrass and all number of other healthy bits. I've blended a spoonful with some watermelon, mango and coconut water.... aaaaand it smells like fish 🐟
What a waste of good fruit. I am going to attempt to drink it tomorrow though, it's currently hiding in the fridge. Wonder if tomorrow will be the day that I throw up at work?

Mrsbluebell17 · 26/06/2017 21:47

Purple let's hope we sleep better tonight hey!

Scots that's awesome work with the spreadsheet updates.

EROD · 26/06/2017 22:25

We had our gender scan today and we're having a boy. My eldest needed consoling as she was desperate for a little girl after having a brother. It's school holidays next week so I'm hoping to take her shopping for some baby things to win her around. X

Mrsbluebell17 · 27/06/2017 01:21

Think I jinxed myself, as I'm awake. I've got a bit of cramp in my legs. They feel like they need stretching out but they cramp up when I stretch. Ouch.
Anyone else awake?

Mrsbluebell17 · 27/06/2017 01:22

ER0D congratulations. Sorry to hear your little girl took it badly. That's a nice idea to get her involved. Hope she is ok with it soon.

Chamonix1 · 27/06/2017 03:00

Waves to @Mrsbluebell17
Hope you have drifted back to sleep now. My crazy vivid dreams are keeping me up.

CarlottaJo · 27/06/2017 06:47

Bad dreams here too last night, buried alive anyone?! On my way to work now, have just purchased a bacon butty but it's been shoved in my bag as I feel sick! My nausea is worsening rather than subsiding :/

Mrsbluebell17 · 27/06/2017 07:28

Oh my those bad dreams sound awful Carlotta and Chamonix.

I managed to get back to sleep until 6:30 ish which was a result.
Carlotta my nausea came back yesterday and I had to stop off on my journey to work as I felt so ill. I was ok after 5-10 mins stopping but it was odd.

Beardy1 · 27/06/2017 07:29

monty sorry to be the nutrition bore but just offering advice from my nutrition side of my career. My advice and my nutrition colleagues would be careful about having any superfoods supplements whilst your pregnant such as wheatgrass, spirulina and maca. The research hasn't been specifically done but wheatgrass's main role is to detox and there are thoughts that it may induce misscarriages. I used to take them all before I got pregnant but I leave them well alone until I've had the baby just as a precaution. It's absolutely your choice but just thought I'd mention it incase you didn't know. Xx

TipTop333 · 27/06/2017 07:44

I've never heard of any of those foods so I assume they can't be found in cheese and ham toasties and I'll be okay?

TipTop333 · 27/06/2017 07:46

Speaking of dreams, I dreamed last night that the baby was poking out against the wall of my stomach, alien style. It was disgusting quite frankly! Also dreamed it was a girl.

Brens13 · 27/06/2017 07:50

Lol TipTop

Mrsbluebell17 · 27/06/2017 08:06

Haha tiptop now all I want to eat is a cheese and ham toastie!!

ScotsLamb · 27/06/2017 08:40

Caroltta my nausea has been worsening for the past week and a half. If I do too much I feel ill and have to have a seat or lie down. I felt ill after putting a load of washing away yesterday. This was on top of taking anti sickness tablets. The anti sickness tablets have meant I've not been sick since I started them but still really bad nausea. I've been signed off work because of it. Dr thins stress and being busy at school is making it worse.

I had a pretty bad dream last night. I dreamt a friend, who is due in September, had her baby early. I was convinced her husband had messaged me. I even went through everything in my phone during the night to check. She is fine. No baby yet. Scary though.

ScotsLamb · 27/06/2017 08:57

Monty of course I don't mind. It is only for those happy to. I am now intrigued by your surname. Popping over to Facebook for a nosey :)

dirtygrubbybikerchick · 27/06/2017 09:17

Aww @EROD, poor kiddo! Happy for team blue tho 😄💙

Carley27 · 27/06/2017 09:18

Great work on the spreadsheet Scots!

Unicorns I love the PINK!! coloured cell you did haha.

Congrats on the boy news EROD :) I'm sure your little girl will come round.

Hope the bad dreams ease off - I've had some vivid ones but none the past few nights (that I remember anyway!)

Ooh Beardy I did not know that! Thank you for letting me know! It's a good job I didn't drink it then. I used to drink loads of stuff like that pre-pregnancy too, and only stopped because I went off anything healthy in the first few weeks. I've never had this powder before though so the fish smell was new to me. I'll stick to just fruit, veg and coconut water in my smoothies for the time being x
