I want cake. So very badly!
I would have made a mug cake but I've broken the microwave. Googled skillet cake recipes but it seems like a lot of work esp when DH is due back in a couple of hours and has promised to bring cake.
Now thanks to Zaber I'm also craving mash with spicy Nando's sauce.

I used to eat at LEAST one banana a day, but I can't stomach them now. Crunchy banana sounds vile 🤢

I've had chilli and cauliflower "rice" for tea. Now I'm going back to bed before my night shift. I do love nights..... 🙄🙄🙄

As I expected after the last early scan they've changed my 12 week scan. It's now on the 21st Jun.

I actually went out today to the shops and forgot to buy cake! And lollipops! What was I thinking?! Just getting flowers, French bread and t shirts for my daughter. I nereeeeeeeed cake. (I don't have a microwave for mug cake). Maybe I should amazon prime a microwave

Mama if you are not within a ten minute walk of a cake supplier, I think you'd be unreasonable to NOT order a microwave. How else are you supposed to make steamed sponge puddings (cheats version).

All good news so far here as well, measured s couple of days behind my private scan at 12w1 but she didn't wait for baby to stretch or anything so not too bothered about that. NT of 1.3 so well down from my last pregnancy. Harmony results back tomorrow morning.

I'm obviously delighted but also a bit underwhelmed/anxious still, even with good harmony results I don't think I will be able to relax so can't decide what to do about having a CVS. To make things more complicated my amazing consultant from last time is "not currently with the hospital", not quite sure what that means but feel even more uncertain about a CVS with someone else. I have been referred to a consultant next week for anxiety so that will hopefully help in any case.. sorry to be a bit melancholy!

Think we are having sweet chilli salmon, rice and asparagus tonight 😀

Lixon please remember, you are under no obligation at all to do anything. If you don't want the CVS, that's absolutely fine! Same if you do want it!

I think I saw a measurement of 2.0mm and 1.9mm when she did the neck part. Is that ok? I'm worrying again now

My BFF is over from the states and she brought me a huge bag of 3rd hand maternity clothes ♥️ so pleased with my haul. I now have 2 pairs of trousers, 2 dresses and loads of tops. I look bloody massive in everything but at least I'm comfy now 😀

Have eaten a bowl of mash with peri peri sauce and DH is out buying cake. I blame you lot!

@Mrsbluebell17 I was told by a midwife and separately by a senior sonographer (and also googled it myself) that up to 2.5 is good, and they don't start to worry until after 3.5.

I had garlic and herb chicken things from aldi with pasta salad and salad salad... But I maybe had a fishfinger sandwich for lunch... And chips.

My DH went to the shops and bought me a calipo and a Victoria sponge cake. WIN!

We had ours and baby looks perfect...it was all squashed up in one corner so she had to give it a good prod and baby responded my blowing bubbles then rolling over and mooning us! So cute! Lol! It was also stretching and rubbing its little face 😍

Should have blood test results in a week or so, a very anxious wait but fingers crossed all will be fine and we'll also know whether we're team pink or blue too!

Celebrated by buying a maternity dress, trousers and 2 tops from Red Herring, some sandles from M&S, and an assortment of blankets, baby gros and a cuddly tiger from Mothercare!
