Following on from the very lucky thread where we noticed the correlation between our HR and our bfps, I thought it would be nice to continue to stay in touch throughout our pregnancies!

That's looking nice and dark flossy!
Funny dream ndo, it's probably something I'd do though 😂!
Well after a totally lack of symptoms today I've felt sick on and off all day... I'm so regretting complaining about no symptoms 😂 feels like I've been on a roundabout!

flossyfloss · 14/05/2017 18:02

Me too dangle! So so sick today and yesterday! 😷

dangle90 · 14/05/2017 18:46

Really?? It's awful isn't it, had tea now and feel a lot better but felt awful all day. Go to Croatia on Sunday so knowing my luck it will be full on for when I'm away 😭! How are the rest of you ladies?

ifeellikechickentonight · 15/05/2017 18:45

Finally got my one of these yesterday! No more pregnancy tests for me! Hopefully ever again if all goes well with this pregnancy as DH and I definitely only want two kids

I'm also having intermittent nausea dangle after wishing for it I'm remembering that it's really not that fun!

I've also been so tired, went to bed at 8.45 last night asleep by 9.30! Normally I'd never be asleep before 11/11.30. DH was taking the piss because I had gone to bed and there were still people walking there dogs outside 😂

That's an incredible line flossy !!

dangle90 · 15/05/2017 19:09

Yeyyyy for the 3+ ifeel! I know I'm deffo regretting wanting symptoms now. Felt really run down today full of cold headache ect! All be worth it in the end though. I can't stop googling about chances of miscarriage and terrible things like that though I need to have a word with myself!! :(

Tentativesteps133 · 16/05/2017 07:10

dangle I'm the same, I'm so so nervous about my scan tomorrow. DH changed his password at work to something baby related and I got so mad at him for tempting fate lol.

dangle90 · 16/05/2017 10:19

Awww he must be so excited! I hope your scan goes ok, how far are you now?
I wish I could just relax and enjoy it, I don't think been on here helps seeing how many poor ladies have mc's :(

purplechoc · 17/05/2017 08:34

Hi all, I've just found this thread and it's given me a bit of comfort as I'm 4+6 today and my heart rate had been climbing but has dropped a few bpm in the last couple of days. I see that happened for a couple of others too! Good to see lots of Fitbit babies, although it just gives you something else to over analyse and worry about!

dangle90 · 17/05/2017 11:43

Don't worry purple mines been the same. I'm trying not to think too much of it now :) congrats! X

ndo4000 · 17/05/2017 13:46

Mine has also done this!

Thanks you both! That's reassuring and shows I need to worry a little less about it, I was just enjoying seeing it go up as it was some evidence to what was happening with my body!
Congrats to you both too Smile

dangle90 · 17/05/2017 13:55

I was the same purple so to begin with I panicked when it dipped but I suppose it can't keep getting higher and higher or we'd have heart attack 😂! Thank you!

ndo4000 · 17/05/2017 17:08

How is everyone? I had my GP appt yesterday and self referred to maternity unit today!

Does anyone else feel like they are fibbing though? Aside from a pair of rock hard pornstar boobs and the fact that I keep crying. All. The. Time Hmm

purplechoc · 17/05/2017 17:22

@ndo4000 I've only told 2 people (3 including DP) and completely felt like I was lying, it feels so weird to say it when I can't tell that I am!

dangle90 · 17/05/2017 20:44

I've been fine today apart from the same pornstar boobs as you ndo! Haha! I've told my close family and a few friends, I couldn't wait! But yep feels like a lie!! It's weird!

Tentativesteps133 · 17/05/2017 21:08

Hi everyone. I had my reassurance scan earlier and it was amazing! Saw the heartbeat and yolk sac really clearly. I'm measuring 7+6 so due 28th December. I'd highly recommend if you can justify it, mine was £40. Definitely makes it all feel real. And to reassure you all I'm still not having strong symptoms apart from a bit of tiredness and slightly bigger boobs.

purplechoc · 17/05/2017 21:12

That's great to hear @Tentativesteps133! It must be amazing to see there's actually something there when it doesn't feel real!

I'm off on holiday just before I'm officially 7 weeks), pretty sure I ovulated early), so I want to have a reassurance scan just before that, as we will then tell close family. That's less than 2 weeks away which is exciting!

dangle90 · 17/05/2017 21:13

Awww that's amazing tentative! Did you think you were so far gone then?

Tentativesteps133 · 17/05/2017 21:15

I thought I could be around 7 weeks so not far off. Exactly purple there was always the niggle that the numerous tests could be wrong lol.

ifeellikechickentonight · 18/05/2017 06:45

purplechoc I'm trying to look at the overall HR average rather than day by day. Pre preg my average was 72. Now it's 84! But it's dipped as low as 79 since I've been pg. I read that about 10-15% increase is average in pregnancy, like others have said it can't keep going up or you'll have a heart attack!

I've self referred to midwifery team and booked my scan for next weds when I'll be 7+3. Great to hear yours went well tentative!

I have also told work and a couple of very close friends. Telling both sets of parents this weekend!

I'm currently eating breadsticks from my toddler's snack cupboard because the only thing that seems to help with nausea is EATING, during waking hours I'm barely going more than 20 minutes without putting food in my mouth Blush my alarm doesn't go off until 7 on a Thursday but I had to get up to eat something because of nausea! It's only the beginning too Confused

purplechoc · 18/05/2017 07:09

@ifeel I thought I knew my Fitbit data quite well but I've got no idea how to see a daily average heart rate! How do you see that? Yeah very true!

That sounds rough! When did your nausea kick in? I've got nothing yet but somewhere between 5-6 weeks so expecting to probably be feeling rubbish next week or the week after!

ifeellikechickentonight · 18/05/2017 07:13

Hey purplechoc I've just been going by the weekly or monthly average so if you click on your HR to see the chart it has the average at the top?

Mild waves of nausea since 5+5 but getting worse each day Confused not too bad at the moment but I remember last time it didn't peak until 8/9 weeks and it got steadily worse day by day until then!

purplechoc · 18/05/2017 07:37

Ah yes thank you @ifeel, found it!

Only more to look forward to then! I've got one week left at work before 3 weeks leave so I'm hoping to hide it for another week and by the time I'm back I would be around 10 weeks so will see how it's going then. Just need to not have to run to the toilet too much between now and then!
