Following on from the very lucky thread where we noticed the correlation between our HR and our bfps, I thought it would be nice to continue to stay in touch throughout our pregnancies!

Anyone else I meant!

ndo4000 · 08/05/2017 17:58

Doctors appt booked for next Tuesday so will allow myself one more poas before i go!

I've done two every day for a week Blush

I did a digital yesterday when my period was due and that said 2-3 so hormones must be high. I stupidly did a cheapie one today which was obviously positive! I don't know why I'm bothering because if I'd miscarried it would take a fair few days for hcg levels to drop to negative anyway.

I'm doing another digital on Sunday - hopefully be 3+ by then!

Tentativesteps133 · 08/05/2017 18:19

Still poas-ing, even on the opks I still have! I've been really anxious about miscarriage today as still have no real symptoms and heart rate has dropped by 4 BPM! Hopefully will feel better after a good night's sleep, plus I have an early scan pencilled in for next Wednesday.

dangle90 · 08/05/2017 18:40

I'm 5 weeks today ifeel, we may have the same due date then :)! Nice to "see you"!
Yeah I kind of wish I had more symptoms just to make it feel less of a dream! Been in a daze since finding out!

ifeellikechickentonight · 08/05/2017 19:27

I'm 5+1 dangle so I'm miles ahead of you Wink

ndo4000 · 08/05/2017 20:04

My HR went down 1 today too, tentative. I wonder if that is the normal pattern?

I have had waves of nausea, but trying to just ignore those (& I sometimes wonder if it is psyco-somatic).

Those date pg tests, when it says 2-3 weeks, does that mean after ovulation?

OP posts:
dangle90 · 08/05/2017 20:05

The symptoms will hit you first then ifeel 😂!
Yeah I'm same sometimes get little waves of nausea but then think I'm probably just imagining it!

Usernamegone · 08/05/2017 22:05

My HR shot up from mid 50's to 60's as soon as I was 4 weeks pg. I wasn't checking my resting heart rate at the time but wow look at my graph!

Wow username!! Another bit of Fitbit proof!!!

ndo4000 · 08/05/2017 22:10

...meant to say...

Congratulations on your bfp username!!! Grin

OP posts:
dangle90 · 08/05/2017 22:11

Congrats username! I think the amount of charts that have showed similar in the rise in heart rate deffo proves it!

Tentativesteps133 · 09/05/2017 07:14

ndo yeah the digital tests are from ovulation/conception so add 2 weeks to get your 'official' date.

That's another great chart username - I feel like we're starting some kind of revolution here!!

dangle90 · 09/05/2017 08:21

I can't actually believe how many ladies have got BFP on that thread! Crazy!

dangle90 · 09/05/2017 16:47

How is everyone else feeling today? Any symptoms?

ndo4000 · 09/05/2017 19:17

Hi Dangle! Still just feel hugely tired (which I remember from my last 2 pgs) & this time I am getting waves of sickness. I even turned down cake today at work!!!!

I have had a sort of pelvic ache on one side today too. But I am trying not to over analyse that....

OP posts:
dangle90 · 09/05/2017 20:08

Turning down cake!! Good for the waistline I suppose! I've been getting that too ndo, it seems to switch from one side to the other not constantly but I don't quite know what to make of it, my first pregnancy so not sure what's normal or not!

ndo4000 · 09/05/2017 20:18

I think I am also coming down with a cold, so feeling a bit sorry for myself!!!

OP posts:
dangle90 · 09/05/2017 20:19

Me too ndo! Haven't stopped sneezing for past few days

ndo4000 · 09/05/2017 20:21

I wonder if our immune system is somewhat distracted right now!!

On the plus side I told one of my best friends today and she is giving us her pram!!! Woohoo!!! One less thing to have to buy!!!!

OP posts:
dangle90 · 09/05/2017 20:41

Awww that's ace! I literally don't have a clue where to start when it comes to prams! A friend from work has already offered to give me 2 car seats, a bouncer and a high chair!! Not bad going for 5 weeks 😂!

flossyfloss · 09/05/2017 21:02

I don't really have any strong consistent symptoms

I have been more tired some days, boobs slightly sore which comes and goes, sometimes peeing a lot and sometimes not.
I am only 4+2 though so really is very early for me!

ifeellikechickentonight · 10/05/2017 07:15

I haven't really got any symptoms. Supposed to be 5+3 today but still getting 2-3 on cb digi. Trying not to freak out too much Confused

I can't wait for that early scan, if I'm still pg at the weekend when I'll be 6w I'm going to book it then for about 7.5w I think, as we're away for the weekend when I will be 8w. So only 2 weeks til scan! But still feels like a really long wait!

dangle90 · 10/05/2017 07:39

That's strange ifeel. Although I don't know how reliable the clearblues are for that. Yeah it's all a constant waiting game isn't it, hope it goes fast for you!
I'm waking up so early all the time lately! Don't know if it's just because it's lighter in the morning these days or what!

Tentativesteps133 · 10/05/2017 12:07

Try not to worry too much chicken, you're probably just on the borderline of hcG level for 5 weeks - afaik they can vary loads person to person. I'm still pretty much asymptomatic as well.

I had my GP appointment this morning which was pretty pointless, he just checked I'm taking folic acid and that I'm not eating what I shouldn't. They're going off my LMP date which would put me at 10 weeks but I know that's wrong and I'm closer to 6. I'm going to go for a private scan next Wednesday to get an accurate date then hopefully my 12 week NHS one can be closer to 12 weeks instead of having it at 8-9 and having a massive wait til 20 weeks. If that makes sense...!
