Following on from the very lucky thread where we noticed the correlation between our HR and our bfps, I thought it would be nice to continue to stay in touch throughout our pregnancies!

I feel like this is the longest wait in the world.

I keep having a cramp feeling quite low down on one side. I know cramping can be really normal, but I am going to mention it to the GP when I go on Tuesday in the hope that I can get an early scan.

Just downloaded the Headspace app which has relaxations for pregnancy so hopefully that will help me chill out!!!

Still no symptoms unless you count the fact I basically can't stop eating!! CakeBiscuit
I'm going to have a biscuit bump before a baby bump at this rate!!! and a glucose tolerance test

ndo4000 · 10/05/2017 21:38

That definitely sounds like a symptom chicken!

Probably TMI, but I am farting like a trooper as well! Blush Its really bad! And there are only so many times I blame it on the dog!!!

How are the Fitbit babies today?

ifeellikechickentonight · 11/05/2017 20:49

Busy day today! We're moving house tomorrow so there's boxes everywhere. Nice to have the distraction though! Making this week go a lot quicker! I've had some twinges and cramps but still not much in the way of symptoms. How's everyone else doing?

ndo4000 · 11/05/2017 20:57

Oooh!!! Moving house! How exciting!!! We will have to do that once the baby arrives. Got to do a bit more saving up first!

Been a bit anxious today as symptoms seem to be non existent. SadFeeling a bit wobbly..... HR still high though. Going to try to get an early scan in I think when I see the GP next week.

Hope the move goes well ifeel.
I don't really have any symptoms either :/ feel a bit more at ease talking to you guys though as seems we're all in same boat

ndo4000 · 11/05/2017 21:38

Me too. The couple of friends I have told are wonderful, but I don't think that they can remember the frustration of this first bit! I think they would think I am neurotic!

dangle90 · 11/05/2017 21:48

Haha same here. You just know where all going to be hating it when we get hit with all these symptoms 😂

ndo4000 · 11/05/2017 21:52

Very true! Looking forward to it just now though!!

Currently spending my time thinking up ways to wangle an early scan!

Currently top of my list is cramping on one side, plus I have a history of anxiety, so reminding the gp of that!!! Think it'll work?!

Tentativesteps133 · 12/05/2017 05:29

Morning all. Still in the same boat as you all with no symptoms. Apart from falling asleep around 9.30 every night (hence the early wake up!) It really does make me feel better that we're all the same as when you look on other threads everyone seems to have awful sickness and agonising boobs from about 2dpo!!!

Doing a risk assessment with work today - worried someone is going to see me, my manager, HR & health and safety in a meeting and clock on! 6 days til my scan...

Tentativesteps133 · 12/05/2017 05:32

Ps ndo I tried to use that I could be anywhere from 5 to 10 weeks to get an early scan - GP wasn't buying any of it lol and just said they go by LMP date. I think it's difficult unless you have a history of mc or are bleeding. I kind of thought it was fair enough with how stretched the NHS are etc etc.

dangle90 · 12/05/2017 06:51

Good luck ndo haha worth a try!
Tentative how far are you now? Your work are on the ball with risk assessments aren't they! Mine haven't done anything yet. You'll have to think of a back up plan incase anyone sees you. Can't you say it's some kind of appraisal?

flossyfloss · 12/05/2017 07:07

Yey got my 3+today and I'm 4+5 so I'm happy with that Smile

Tentativesteps133 · 12/05/2017 07:35

I'm still early dangle but I work in a lab with chemicals that can harm the unborn child so need to ensure I'm protected. I've got a feeling I'm going to be on bid/grant and paper writing duties for the foreseeable. Luckily I'm not in the lab that often these days so that shouldn't be so suspicious.

ndo4000 · 12/05/2017 07:36

Yay! Great news flossy! I think I need to do one of those ones....

Tentative that is v exciting about your scan!! I'm not planning to tell my work until after my 12 wk scan. Given my ancient age and the fact that I have a 10 & 7 yr old it will come as quite a surprise & I want to make sure all is ok before I drop the bomb!

OP posts:
dangle90 · 13/05/2017 08:21

Ahh it's a good job they're been on the ball then tentative.
Is anyone else still obsessed with checking there Fitbit HR mines dropped down 3 over past few days 🤔

Tentativesteps133 · 13/05/2017 08:29

Yeah I'm still checking mine - it's dropped a few bpm over this week which is slightly worrying but my BBT is still high so hoping it's just my body getting used to the increased blood flow. Trying not to stress and tell myself most people don't have Fitbit data to analyse!!

The risk assessment was pretty pointless (apart from confirming I'm to do no lab work). 'Do you have adequate room to get into your work station with your changing shape?' Uh yes I'm only 6-7 weeks so can just about manage sitting at my desk 🙈

flossyfloss · 13/05/2017 08:30

I had the most bizarre life like dream last night that I had a scan and there were clearly 2 sacs Confused

one sac had 6 babies in it and the other had 2! Me and my dp were devastated as we can't afford that many children - i woke up in a panic!!! We are both worried about multiples as we have conceived with fertility meds - 10 days to the scan! I'm super nervous!

dangle90 · 13/05/2017 08:37

Yeah it was worrying me a bit too tentative! I haven't done my bbt for a while might try that tomorrow.
Haha asif that was included in the risk assessment. I'm still waiting for mine, my work can be pretty slack though!

Flossy what a strange dream! Bet you can't wait for your scan can you! I want an early scan, just to make it all seem real!

ndo4000 · 13/05/2017 10:50

I'm still check mine. It went up again yesterday! My HR is normally down at 49/50 so now that it is up at 64 Confused I am really feeling it! Am out of breath a lot and exhausted (which could just be 1st trimester tiredness).

I also had a weird dream that I had the baby and then forgot to feed it for ages! Shock
