So recently found out we are expecting baby number 1 in January! Can't get my head around it!! Hoping some other may be able to join me

I know it's mega early but I just thought oh let's have a look at twin prams..: my mind is blown!

Happy to say baby is doing great!
Just being very lazy as didn't want to move much!
By the measurements I am 10 weeks and 2 days so 4 days ahead and everything is looking great!
Now I can relax for a few days!

Aw congratulations! What a lovely pic - it actually looks like a baby if that makes sense. My DH surprised me today with a package of 5 scans throughout pregnancy which I'm thrilled with given how impatient (and worried!) I get about this!

iam what a lovely gift from DH. How are you feeling now?

No scan booked. Wondering if they'll do it at the same time, but I hope not as DP can't come with me and he'd be very upset to miss out on the scan.

I was waiting a long time for the appointment and it's not even at the closest hospital, so wondering if they're just very stretched at the moment..?

I'm ok thanks JB, but I think the travelling is really taking its toll and I'm just not bouncing back with jet lag like I normally do. Currently on a plane to China and trying not to be sick!!
Rachy could you give them a ring and ask? I know where I am they aren't combined appointments, but maybe it's different in your trust?

Yeah rachy id find out if I was you! That's not very fair if they do that with no pre warning so your OH could arrange to come.

So I was going to take your brilliant advice until I re-read the letter which said it was a 'consultation only' thankfully. Just been and got myself all booked in with the midwife. Should have a dating scan appointment in the next 2weeks.
