I will be 7 + 1 so hoping for a heartbeat! I've actually lost weight as I just don't fancy any food!!

dangle90 · 06/06/2017 19:31

Aww fingers crossed you get to see the heartbeat! I'll be 10+2 at mine.
I've put about 3lb on, but I've had a week holiday and a birthday in that time so pigged out a bit 😂

I've put on 4lb Confused but did have week long celebrations for my birthday in that time, which involved a lot of good food Grin

Rosehyd2 · 07/06/2017 10:21

So far I've not put on or lost anything but I'm definitely eating less as I don't feel I can stomach any food except cereal, crumpets, and fruit.

dangle90 · 07/06/2017 12:13

Me too rachy Grin! I don't feel my appetite is as big though

Oooooh crumpets!! Sudden craving thanks to reading that Rose!!! I've not felt sick today which has been a pleasant change.

dangle90 · 07/06/2017 20:50

I thought that haha!
That's good iam hopefully that will be the end of it

I spoke too soon, it just decided to hit me later than normal 😂

alins · 08/06/2017 18:03

My symptoms come and go, which make me really worry something is not good.
I had an early scan at 4 weeks and 5 days because of abdominal pain where we could see the baby heart beat.

I will be 9 weeks on monday and I am consantly worried about losing the baby. My next scan is in July but don't think I will make it without a private reassurance scan any time soon.
I had 2 previous miscarriages both very early on so I should feel very happy to have reached 9 weeks but can't shake this worry off.
Anyone feeling the same?

Iamchanging · 08/06/2017 18:06

I'm the same Alins. 7 weeks today and my scan is tomorrow. Had no symptoms today, and I'm convinced there's going to be nothing there. I'm so so scared, and I'm normally not a remotely anxious person!!

alins · 08/06/2017 18:30

Good luck with yours scan. I really hope in the end we all go on having beautiful healthy babies.

Hopefully next trimester we will feel a bit more relaxed!

Iamchanging · 08/06/2017 19:06

Thanks! Will let you know tomorrow - just not feeling positive 😔

fasbaby · 08/06/2017 20:59

Hi everyone! Hope it's ok if I join, my EDD is Jan 3rd and had a good scan last week at 9+3. Still, super worried as not having any more nausea or needing mid-afternoon naps anymore! I hope everyone's first appointments go well, my antenatal GP one is tomorrow morning!

fasbaby · 08/06/2017 21:03

Alins, I'm in the exact same boat, I had a MMC and can't help but worry even though I've had good scans so far. I've found a great pregnancy meditation on an app called Insight Timer (completely free) to help with the anxiety which might be helpful! x

Iamchanging · 08/06/2017 21:09

Welcome fasbaby! I'm sorry to hear about your loss, sounds like you have a sticky bean this time hopefully. Nice to share all the excitement and worries with other first time mum to be's on here - I find it really helps me.

dangle90 · 08/06/2017 21:31

Welcome fasbaby
Glad to hear your recent scan went well.
I'm the same as you all, so anxious and worried we're going to have our scan next week and something's not going to be right.
Hardly any symptoms at all. Just can't wait until next week so I can hopefully try to relax and enjoy the pregnancy!

Welcome fasbaby and sorry for your loss! No one should have to go through a loss. I will give the app a try and hopefully it will help. I have my booking appointment tomorrow with the midwife and maybe she can also give some advise.

Iamchanging · 08/06/2017 21:38

I imagine if it goes well we will probably relax and start enjoying for about 2 days before we start worrying about something else 😂

Iamchanging · 09/06/2017 09:51

I have a heartbeat! Just can't believe it ❤️

First baby due Jan 2018!
