I see there's a thread for early November due dates but I can't see that anyone's started one for the later dates yet. Not sure yet if this one will stick around but if it does it'll be our DC3, due around the 18th.

Someone come chat to me?!

I'm finding these from aldis are helping when I feel nausea. They are small and sugarfree and easy to carry round .

I did wonder if they might help with the constipation but alas no I'm still only going every 2/3 days and can get soooo bloated. Xx

Zampa my ds never sits still or lies down voluntarily, I so wish I could plonk him in front of the tv and lie down but no such luck. And he only wants to bounce on the bed, not what I need!

Springersprung · 05/04/2017 23:12

Hi foggy just noticed your comment about ovia further up. Mine updated yesterday but us working fine. Maybe something went wrong on the update for yours?

AGnu · 06/04/2017 00:40

I use Ovia too & it's working fine for me. Apparently my baby is the size of a brookesia micra chameleon. It's pretty much the highlight of my Saturdays atm, looking to see what random animal is the same size!

Anyone else still testing - I never did this with my other pregnancies!
I had a ds, then I miscarried, then a dd. I think I've had a few early miscarriages since dd whilst ttc.
I just can't stop panicking! I'm not sure when my last period was but I have a rough idea.
So glad to see 3+ tonight on cb!

@Topsyloulou @Hazandduck @Foggymist I also find eating is only thing that stops nausea and keep waking up in the night to eat too! Put on 2kg already and only 6+3!!!

@AGnu I also love seeing what comes next and currently the size of a blueberry or lavender bud! (Which does not weigh 2kg lol!)

Foggymist · 06/04/2017 07:36

I've reported Ovia not working a few times in the last few days, I've uninstalled and reinstalled and it still won't work Sad It's my favourite pregnancy app! So annoying.

Zampa · 06/04/2017 07:58

Hoping In my first pregnancy, I was prescribed Movicol for constipation. It was getting painful! Don't suffer in silence!

Mummy I've tested a couple of times recently, using cheapies. It's lovely to see the line getting stronger and stronger.

I'm succumbing to the sickness today and working from home. Swear it wasn't this bad last time but DP reckons it was. Amazing how you forget these things!

butterybollocks · 06/04/2017 09:14

I'm either constipated or have the runs.

I'm feeling like a really crap parent to my four year old at the moment. I feel worst late afternoon early evening - so the time between picking her up from school and putting her to bed. Fortunately she is end of term tired and doesn't mind lots of TV at the moment.

Those of you with younger ones... Try playing doctors and you're the patient. Used to do this with mine when she was younger and it meant I could lie on the sofa for a while!

NovemberBaby2017 · 06/04/2017 09:17

Started bleeding tea time yesterday. Like period bleeding. Called doctor and she monitored me through night. Now have an early scan booked in on sat at 9.15. Not sure how to feel. Anyone else had constant period bleeding and period pain. Pregnancy test still shows positive. 6 weeks 6 days today.

NoCatsHere · 06/04/2017 09:30

Oh november i'm sorry to hear you are bleeding. I'm glad your doctor is being great though and you have a scan booked. That will hopefully be able to tell you what's going on.

I know from various stories bleeding can be really common and not always the end. However, it's obviously not a good thing either. I say rest up as much as you can before saturday and just hope for the best.

Is it pretty much a constant flow like a heavy period? Have you bled out anything more clot like?

butterybollocks · 06/04/2017 09:44

Oh November hope you're OK, I know how stressful it is. Take it easy and look after yourself.

NovemberBaby2017 · 06/04/2017 09:48

@NoCatsHere thanks for taking the time to reply. Its so hard with us not telling anyone yet, your stuck in your own thoughts. Its bright red, needed to wear a sanitary towel since last night but I wouldn't say its very heavy just a continued flow. No clots and I have period pain. If I didn't know I was pregnant I would just think its normal period. Apart from that I feel fine no other symptoms. Its on toilet roll every time I wipe. Doctor was so so nice and kind. Spoke to her 4pm last night when I went for two wees and the toilet was full for blood. She called me back at 8am this morning to see how the night was. As its now confirmed its from me not a urine infection or blood in wee. She said the only way to rule out miscarriage was a scan and said she would get me the next appointment which is sat am. So not to long to wait and my husband can come now as he is not at work that day. First time pregnancy so this is all so knew not sure if this is anyway normal or if I would have other side affects if it was a miscarriage. Thanks again

NoCatsHere · 06/04/2017 09:53

november your gp sounds really kind, and i'm glad your husband can go with you. I'd never had a miscarriage before and had no idea what to expect when it happened. i think it can vary widely from person to person anyway. you don't necessarily have other side affects with a miscarriage - a lot of pain can indicate other things like ectopic so I'm glad there is no pain for you. Sit tight and see what saturday brings. There really is nothing more you can do. I would distract yourself with nice food and something good to watch. The only thing i want to say if it is a mc, your body is dealing with it naturally which is great, if you don't need medical invention that is a small positive, plus you are most fertile straight after a mc. I fell pregnant 2 weeks after mine. Just saying that now so it hopefully doesn't have to be doom and gloom even if this is the end. Thinking of you.

NovemberBaby2017 · 06/04/2017 10:00

NoCatsHere thanks so much for your support and kind words. Yes you absolutely right. I'm at work and have meetings from 11am so will be busy until the end of the week. I'm lucky we got pregnant first month of trying so like you say if its not meant to be this time we can try again. How far gone are you? How are you feeling this time?

NovemberBaby2017 · 06/04/2017 10:01

@butterybollocks thanks for your kind words. Hopefully all will be well.

NoCatsHere · 06/04/2017 10:26

november thank you, i'm now 7+2 so far feeling ok. no symptoms, but i seem to be one of those people that it totally doesn't affect in any way. i'm 3 days past when i last mc so feeling more positive by the day.

And you sound really positive so I'm hoping for the best for you, but if not, there's no reason you can't try again. it mucks up dating a little, but no one seemed to mind when i said i'd fallen pregnant again with no period - they understand it happens. if your body is ready and you are, there's really no reason. glad you're busy at work too.

harrietm87 · 06/04/2017 10:37

november sorry to hear this, hope all will be well. And just to add that I'm in the same boat as nocats - conceived immediately after a mc. My mc was at 5 weeks and very much like a normal period - started with cramping, then bleeding for 5 days. My ovulation was delayed by a week and I conceived 3 weeks later. Fingers crossed for you.

Mummyagainmaybe · 06/04/2017 11:41

Fingers crossed for you November x

Big hugs to everyone going through pregnancy after mc x

Foggymist · 06/04/2017 13:12

Hope you're ok November, I know I've read on here about women having bleeds and turning out fine, but as others have said too if it isn't good news I had a chemical pregnancy the cycle before this and conceived two weeks later, first two months ttc #2.

I can't stop eating Sad So far today I've had a big bowl of porridge, a ham & salad wrap stuffed full of salad, and a cheese toastie. Feel sick and so hungry every two hours.

Hazandduck · 06/04/2017 13:37

November I'm sorry you're going through this. If you are around 6 weeks is this when you're next period would've been? Maybe it is a breakthrough bleed or something. Really hope it is something that can be explained, fingers crossed for your scan on Saturday. It's nice that your partner can be with you too, it's an anxious time for them as well isn't it so it's good when they can be involved. Rest, eat lots of junk and be kind to yourself xxx

Hazandduck · 06/04/2017 13:38

Wait I'm bad at counting and working out dates ignore what I said about the next period! I'm so bad at maths that is probably wrong! X

NovemberBaby2017 · 06/04/2017 13:55

@Foggymist @Hazandduck @Mummyagainmaybe thank you for all your nice comments and well wishes. Hopefully be all ok but if not we can try again. Sorry to all of you that have had MC but loving all the new pregnancies. Hopefully we will all be having little ones together this time.

TeaAndPjs · 06/04/2017 15:04

november so sorry you're going through this, fingers crossed it's just a breakthrough bleed and all is well! If it's any consolation other than my MMC, my 1st 2 MC's started with bleeding but wasn't red blood and both times I had clots and pain too!

TeaAndPjs · 06/04/2017 15:05

Bit TMI but anyone experiencing thick mucus snot like discharge? When I wiped there at loo it came away, wasn't much but enough to notice it stringy etc
