Mid-Late November due dates

I see there's a thread for early November due dates but I can't see that anyone's started one for the later dates yet. Not sure yet if this one will stick around but if it does it'll be our DC3, due around the 18th.

Someone come chat to me?!

Hey ladies, wow things have moved quickly! Still here, main symptoms are tiredness, crying over everything, sore boobs and probably a bit moody although that could be stopping the caffeine!
I have added my stats below but couldn't make the fonts match, sorry!
Trying to stay positive about this pregnancy but anniversary of ds4 complications and stillbirth (I hate calling him a late miscarriage) is from now until end of April so struggling slightly. It's an emotional time for us all anyway and then secretly comparing symptoms this time round.
I'm sure it will all work out well, no reason to think not.
I have PCOS so I'm taking metformin to prevent miscarriage and pregnacare plus. Seeing midwife next week and will get an early scan and be referred to diabetes team as I have developed gestational diabetes in last 3 pregnancies, the last at only 10 weeks!

Hope you are all doing well and managing to catch up on rest this weekend?

@TeaAndPjs, I'm in Cheshire. Phoned and got my booking appointment but apparently I only get the scan date after that as they do a risk assessment at the time which might affect when and where the scan is

harrietm87 · 25/03/2017 23:55

Hi all just wondering if any of you are still having cramps? I've had them on and off since ovulation, almost exclusively on the left side, and still have them now. My guess is that is the side I ovulated from, but now worried I may have a corpus luteal cyst (I may be prone as I've had an ovarian cyst in the past), or worst case an ectopic pregnancy. I should really stay away from google! I'm on hols until Sunday so not much I can do anyway for now.

Foggymist · 26/03/2017 03:31

Harriet I get cramps on and off and have had a fair bit of them tonight, they're very central though not at one side.

princessconsuelobananahammock · 26/03/2017 10:02

Hi all, driving myself mad with clearblue digi weeks tests. I know I shouldn't be using them & I know they're unreliable but it's an addiction! I'm 5+4 but still showing 2-3 on the tests. I think it should say 3+ by now. I'm literally peeing away £5 a day on these things...stop me!!!!!!

TeaAndPjs · 26/03/2017 10:28

Ah I see nicecuppa

I'm still having cramps too but like foggy said they're more central (but can be quite wide feeling towards sides) but never just at 1 side

Foggymist · 26/03/2017 11:01

Princessconsuela you just have to have the willpower to stop using those tests or you'll drive yourself mad.

Still have lots of cramps today, very period-y but no bleeding or anything. Awful nights sleep between nightmares, the toddler and sore stomach.

booox · 26/03/2017 12:17

Princess, they are notoriously inaccurate and I learnt myself the hard way colour tests can vary especially in the first few weeks. If there's no other issues I'd step away. Possibly test in a week? You may be slightly out with a few days.

I haven't bothered with a digital this time. I did do a lot of ics which gradually darkened though one day caused stress! I only tested though as I was raising my medication in response to being pregnant and wanted to check I was still progressing.

Someone queried very few symptoms- I've got hardly any bar sore breasts at times. I do worry but apparently 30% of women get no symptoms.

Kaydee2017 · 26/03/2017 12:45

Harriet I had cramping & some discharge until I was just over 5 weeks, think it's fairly normal but if you're in pain etc when you get back, get it checked out!

Hi Ladies

I don't know if anyone from the other Nov group has posted on here but somehow there has been a mix up. The group that says early Nov is for everyone due in Nov. Wish we could name change so people don't feel unwelcome. Please come and join us. There is a Facebook group for all of Nov due dates set up from it. I don't want there being a split of early and late November babies. The bigger the group the better.

booox · 26/03/2017 13:26

Maybe we should just start a November 2017 thread. Could copy the very organised list from the late group and add as we go. I'm edd bang on 14-15th so no idea which group I should be in!

booox · 26/03/2017 13:27

I meant to put that post on the other oneConfused!

HopingForALittleOne · 26/03/2017 14:14

I'm actually on both groups but I found the early November slightly ahead of where I am so tend to post on the late November thread as we all seem to be similar stage of just starting to getting symptoms and thinking about midwife apps and possible early scans. X

harrietm87 · 26/03/2017 14:24

Yes hoping I agree - a couple of weeks makes a huge difference this early on. I thought that was the reason for the different threads and didn't really mind!

The cramping has really eased off now which I'm relieved about. Definitely on the left though. Maybe my ovary is exhausted from releasing such a juicy egg ha!

Nurse1980 · 26/03/2017 14:29

Hi I think I'm 5 weeks tomorrow and got a 3+ on clearblue today.

I found out on the 15th March so it's dragging already! I had some brown bleeding last week so being seen in EPU this Wednesday.

AGnu · 26/03/2017 14:30

I prefer the smaller group. Last time I was pregnant there were a few of us from a TTC group who started an antenatal group & it was really nice just having a small group where we could really get to know each other. I'm struggling to keep up with this group, let alone if it gets much bigger!

organixeveryday · 26/03/2017 15:44

Scan this morning gave the all clear , I'm 4-5 weeks ! Dp and I are very excited to have a good result

Zampa · 26/03/2017 15:56

That's great news organix.

I also prefer the smaller, late November, group. Cosier ...

Please don't all move onto a facebook group tho! My last antenatal thread did this and it went quiet on there, following this, which was rubbish for those of us not on facebook.

Zampa · 26/03/2017 16:00

Nurse1980 I'm 5 weeks tomorrow also and I think Harriet is too.

Trying to hold off calling the midwife for my booking in appt. until I'm 8 weeks.

NoCatsHere · 26/03/2017 19:36

I'm happy with a smaller group too, and also not on Facebook, I'm not ready to out myself and prefer how it flows on here for now...

In other news what would you guys do. So when I had my miscarriage in Feb, the girl that saw me for my follow up appointment at the epu when I did a pregnancy test to confirm it was all over was obviously feeling kind and said was I trying again, and I said maybe we have 2 kids already and I'm getting older (I'm 38, 39 later this year) and she said if you do fall pregnant again call up and you can have an early scan, say 'Sammy' said so... where I am in Sussex the midwives refer you to epu, I don't have a direct line. Should I try and take her up on the offer? Maybe call the other maternity unit number and say this story to whoever answers? I'm feeling ok, I guess I'd like reassurance this time. If I can't get one I'd go for a private scan anyway next week I think. I just don't want to sound like an annoying time waster I guess....

Stuckinstressville · 26/03/2017 19:55

Am a thread needle mcneedy at the mo so on both until I make a decision !

So I said on the other thread...

Booom! Morning sickness ugh. Almost chucked on my ds in a bad nappy situation and only barely hit his bin! Bleugh. Feels too early though at 5+2 as I have been told the hormones only really get high enough 7weeks plus and my ds preg was like this. The mmc - interestingly I had none despite the pregnancy being normal to 9 weeks.

Foggymist · 26/03/2017 21:25

I had such rotten cramping and pressure this afternoon, like period pains but with the added sensation of something pressing on me. No bleeding, very positive IC test, if all is ok on early scan next week you'd really wonder what goes on in there sometimes!

TeaAndPjs · 26/03/2017 21:38

nocats there's no harm in trying :)

stuckin I'm with you, not actually being sick but that horrible sicky feelimg has hit me today

HopingForALittleOne · 26/03/2017 23:04

No cats I agree no harm in asking xx

Yuk nausea hit me pretty bad this evening. We were visiting my nan with other relatives for Mother's Day and I didn't eat in afternoon ( is dairylea a soft cheese? I wasn't sure so said no to the barm cake) and then bumps on drive home really started to make me feel like I was going to be sick. Got back to my parents' house to the smell of full roast dinner and just crept upstairs quickly and stayed in bedroom munching crackers. 5 weeks and 6 days today so wondering if this is the beginning...

Other news I have an early viability scan booked for 4th April and can't wait x

Zampa · 26/03/2017 23:16

Nocats Definitely ask. The worst they can do is say no, but I think you have a strong case.

Is anyone else planning on taking the Harmony test or similar?
