Glad you said that dani because so did I - oops! At least it's nice and sunny now though.

My OH got me a card from the bump which was very sweet of him. I'm enjoying a lie in now, then off to see my own mum later.

Happy Mother's Day ladies. I got my perfect morning by getting to lay in till 11AM!!!! Total bloody bliss.

Oh my gosh I went to a car boot sale today and it was so good! Walked practically around the whole thing and there was nothing, then right at the end there was a lady selling baby clothes, all of which were just the kind of thing I would buy. I was just looking through trying to pick out as many as I thought DH would let me get away with and I turned around to see that DH had just agreed with the lady to buy the WHOLE BOX for £15. It was a MASSIVE box and I now have so many clothes! Literally 100+ items! Also picked up a complete cloth nappy set so I can try that out without spending the big bucks before I know if I get on with it.

Also had a growth scan on Friday and both bubbas are growing well. 1lb7 and 1lb8 and sitting roughly on the 50th percentile for everything except femur length (which are 80+th percentile) so really happy about that!

Haha @Lallypopstick glad it's not just me! It was my first peg out of the year so not 'in my head' to retrieve yet!! Hopefully won't forget tomorrow's now lol. That's cute of your DP!

This is me, 24+4 (twins though, hence the size!).

I have a fetal wellbeing scan and cervical length measurement scan on Thursday with consultant, wondering if this will be the last one if all measures ok.

@DrewOB0 I have the Theraline one, used it from quite early on (I'm very much a back sleeper and wanted to master this side sleeping lark before it mattered). Took a couple of nights getting used to (finding it on the floor) but could not be without it whatsoever now and find it even travels with me when I roll over as it's become a part of me when asleep lol. Helps my comfort/hip/back pain greatly. Not tried any others, actually won this one from John Lewis when we were ttc, but this is doing me really well. Only problem is DP also finds it super comfy and nicks it the second I'm up!

I just got a cheap one from Argos. An L shape one. It doubles up great as a breastfeeding pillow for upstairs afterwards as well.

Does anybody else have REALLY dry skin on their tummy? It's like my bump has dandruff 🤢

I've been moisturising religiously as well.

Ahhh love all the bumps!! Here's mine at 27 weeks.

Pillows... I have the dreamgenii and don't rate it to be honest, the bit that's supposed to go behind you back ends up all over the place when I move around. I'd prefer just a long one or v shaped one. Or even just a cushion between my legs.

I had a massive maternity pillow last time. It was like 10 foot long and folded around me front and back. was amazing! this time...no pillow. Wouldn't fit me dh and the almost 2 year old in. i've put a normal pillow between my legs once or twice.
Dani i love our chicco, can't wait to get it back out. wondering whether to buy a moses basket this time though (didn't have one last time) because now we live in a 3 story house so could do with somewhere safe to put baby down in the living room which is on the first floor. Might just use the pram carry cot though ..hmmm. The dog would be fine with baby but not sure if i need to protect her more from my son lol

@mynameisntLinda we got a second hand Moses for that reason. We're over three flights as well. We have a dog too, though now we have a divider it stopped baby getting covered in dog fur as well. Because they aren't using it for sleep either you can get away with them being in it for a lot longer as well x

@glittersglitters luckily our dog doesn't shed fur but I think my pram carry cot says it's suitable for overnight sleeping anyway. I only used it about twice last time so it's still like brand new. I always used to either have him in the car seat or be baby wearing. It's great having 3 floors isn't it!!

lol it's brilliant. Tbh all the houses I grew up in were three floors too, and even my house at university. I've never lived in a "normal" house. 🙊

I only added vitamin e oil and lemon and lavender essential oils to the basic ingredients as that's all I had/could be bothered to get.

I was a bit sceptical at first and it was REALLY greasy when I put it on in the evening but recently when I wake up in the morning all the moisture has been sucked into my skin so I figure it must be doing something. Plus my belly feels super smooth!

I have quite dry skin anyway and have found that pregnancy is only making it worse but this is certainly keeping my belly in check!

Thanks @bluebird1235 I'm willing to give anything a try at this point. My usual coconut oil/dream cream isn't doing the trick at all anymore. 😭

@Seahawk80 Thank you so much for asking We went to visit her over the weekend and she's in good spirits, but still waiting for an incubator... As soon as they get one available they will go ahead with a c-section as the baby is too big for her body to handle apparently.

Loving all the bump pics! I've finally started showing at 22+2 (today)

@glitterglitters I've been putting BioOil on my tummy and whilst it's a bit greasy before being absorbed, it's definitely kept the dry skin at bay. I randomly noticed I started getting dry skin on my arms today - never had that before! I usually use Cetaphil skin restoring body moisturiser all over but I guess it's suddenly stopped working on my arms for some reason.
