Hi all so scan was really good all okay and the bleeding is not a cause for concern as there is no clear source. Bubs is doing well at 2.4mm big with a heartbeat!!! So happy and feeling reassured now xx Smile

oliversmummy26 · 20/01/2017 12:06

TriJo I'm so sorry to hear that, take some time to grieve and hope you feel better soon, physically if not emotionally Flowers

Tilly how did your scan go this morning?

Mouse so sorry to hear you're having a tough time, you've been so good at keeping everyone else positive. I really hope you have a good scan tomorrow, do let us know how you get on Flowers

I'm so sorry tri. Look after yourself Flowers. Such an awful thing to go through.

And turtle I'm sorry about your cat. Flowers

I'm not taking DD to booking in, only because it's on a Wednesday and that's one of her nursery mornings. Otherwise I would have to. Im sure there will be times for subsequent appointments she'll have to come with.

Good luck to those with scans today x

littlepooch · 20/01/2017 12:10

ZylaB · 20/01/2017 12:48

I'm getting excited about my scan now, hearing about everyone else's! I've got ages to wait though, it's not until Feb 1st and I'll only be 6+3

Pinkbottletop · 20/01/2017 12:56

So sorry Tri

Had my early scan. As I'm not quite 6 weeks it was too early to see bubba but the sac was where it should be and right size so I'm back in 2 weeks for a rescan. They said the painful cramps doesn't mean mc but after my last I'm paranoid

WhiteLily86 · 20/01/2017 13:02

So sorry Tri x

Amz26 · 20/01/2017 13:18

So sorry TriJo.. can't imagine what you're going through. Sending lots of thoughts your way FlowersSad

calimommy · 20/01/2017 15:39

Trijo I'm so sorry. And I know how gutted you feel even when it was unplanned- I got pregnant when DS1 was 6 mo old and I wasn't happy but you get used to the idea very quickly I think so I was devastated when I lost it.

Mind yourself xxxx

MrsK8541 · 20/01/2017 16:24

Anybody else struggling with nausea? I haven't actually been sick yet but that's taken a lot of effort! Feel like I can't move from the sofa because it makes my stomach turn Sad

n0ne · 20/01/2017 16:35

I'm so sorryTriJo

oliversmummy26 · 20/01/2017 16:50

MrsK me! Not been sick either, but just feel constantly sick all day long and have done now for about 2 weeks..I'm 7+3 and it's a bit better than it was a few days ago, but I still feel like crap. I'm trying to see it as a positive that the hormone levels must be rising to make me feel this shit and I didn't have anywhere near this many symptoms with my mc'd pregnancy last year, but it still feels rubbish.

So sorry Tri look after yourself.Flowers Glad scans went well Tilly and Spring.

MrsK8541 · 20/01/2017 16:53

oliver I never had such bad nausea with past 2 MCs either, so hoping you're right and it is a good sign! I'm only 6 weeks, feel like it's going to be a long couple of months ahead.

Have you found anything that helps?

oliversmummy26 · 20/01/2017 16:56

I've tried sea sickness bands which kind of take the edge off, but I have to wear long sleeved tops with so that no one can see them! And chewing gum, as the only thing that makes me feel better seems to be eating, and I can't do that constantly all day every day or I'll be the size of a house before 12 weeks!

MrsY87 · 20/01/2017 17:27

So sorry tri hope you have some good support in RL, take some time to look after yourself. Flowers

MrsK and olivers I've got awful nausea too I actually wish I'd be sick as I think I would feel better. Sucking on mints seem to be helping me and also eating, but as you say I can't eat all day! Good tip on the gum, will give that ago. I'm sure my boss is going to realise with all the rubbish I'm eating and I need to try and keep it quiet until after bonuses and promotions at the end of March!

Anyone else having trouble sleeping? I'm exhausted but seem to be wide awake by 5am every morning, which must be making the nausea worse!

MrsK8541 · 20/01/2017 17:31

I've also got the sea sickness bands but I'm not sure they're helping! mrsY I'm waking up at about 5am every morning and just coming downstairs and laying on the sofa!

Sense of smell is driving me mad too. I can smell the foundation on my face which I never realised had a smell!

Fluffywallow · 20/01/2017 17:45

So sorry tri, take care of yourself Flowers

Yes to nausea, it's awful. And getting worse - last time I put on a stone in the first trimester from constant carb loading so I'm really conscious not to do that again but it's hard when carbs are all that help! I think lots of small meals throughout the day are key. You do slowly figure out what works for you - it's horrible though.

EssentialHummus · 20/01/2017 17:50

YY to trouble sleeping - I'm up between 2am and 5am most mornings Angry.

No appetite at all. Chewing gum is helping the nausea though, thanks for that olivers.

Amz26 · 20/01/2017 17:54

I'm glad everyone's scans went well.. I'm really nervous about mine on Sunday 😁

I'm feeling so nauseous all the time, but the only thing that helps is when I'm eating but I can't eat all the time, like a few others have said I don't want to get too big 😂
