Pink legally it shouldn't make a difference but personally I would wait until you have the contract?

Mouse good luck today will be thinking of you x

Frillyhorseyknickers · 02/02/2017 10:04

Good luck today Mouse.

My sickness has subsided the last couple of days, but my nipples are ON FIRE. They're not just sore, they are really itchy and hot - is this normal?

kep1979 · 02/02/2017 10:25

Thinking of you today Mouse

Nausea and sickness definitely ramping up here, feeling awful and second day of full blown vomiting. No spotting today though, so every cloud! Wish I could take a few days off work but am a day rate contractor so don't get paid when I'm not working. So just going to have to battle on through.

puttingourhoodupdown · 02/02/2017 11:15

pink I'd wait until you have the contract personally.

Thinking of you mouse

7 weeks today, just got my scan letter through the post....1 month today...the countdown is on!!!

Still feel queasy but not as sicky as the last couple of days. The bloat is so uncomfortable, I also have such an annoying pain under my right ribs....I had it with DD but not until after 20 weeks I don't think, it's so uncomfortable....think I'll be saying bye bye to under wired bras pretty soon! I also have insanely dry lips that I can't get rid of....I'm imagine unrelated to pregnancy but annoying all the same!

MrsK8541 · 02/02/2017 11:37

putting I also have discomfort under my ribs! I feel like everything's being squashed upwards but I know it's too early for that! 🤔 Dry lips here too, I've put it down to the sickness and a little dehydration.

DontBuyANewMumCashmere · 02/02/2017 11:40

putting I got my old mat bras out at about 6 weeks, the underwiring was sooo uncomfortable.
Also got dry lips, and lip balm makes my throat very coughy, so I've mainly been gnawing away at my lips and making them absolutely beautiful! Sad

Thinking of you today Mouse

Frilly I've had the same nipple issue although mainly on the right side so not sure if there is an old wives tale there are not. I gave up on normal bras about a month ago and have been wearing my sports bra which has been so much more comfortable.

On another not have had a stinking cold for the last 2 days, normally I dose up on cold and flu but obviously can't. So I got some nasal strips yesterday and wore one in bed last night and it made a massive difference! Thought I would recommend for anyone with a cold! DH got a shock when he looked at me this morning though Grin

Baby doesn't have a heartbeat anymore. They have taken some more bloods and a provisional second scan to confirm on Saturday when we will take a decision on how to manage the loss. But It's all over.

Thank you so much for all of your support, lovely words and pm's. It wasn't my time. But I am determined not to give up. I will get there. I wish you all wonderful, happy and healthy pregnancies. X

So I went for booking in appointment today, waited almost an hour as backlog on appointments only to get in and midwife said that receptionist hadn't registered me for booking app and she didn't know why i was there, and i now have to wait to receive another booking in app date in the post Angry

She is going to look at booking the scan in though so that's something, complete waste of a morning though! I'm even more glad i have my early scan booked in tomorrow now!

Plus note is that midwife was lovely so that's good!
