peas just this, but probably no use! They are incredibly stretchy though so may be worth a shot!

ticky how funny I've just been and bought those from primark today! Especially after I could hardly breathe in my old sports bra at yoga today Confusedpeas I bought large and I'm a size 12 & bought a bra 38C (still needed to use back extender though Blush) from primark today so the L sports bras there are not huge!

Huge congrats on your little boy missfab!

Lovin the bargain buggy fatoldbag, I think I may investigate!

lullaby23 · 15/01/2017 01:53

Thanks fatoldbag glad it's not just me! Luckily I was at home, decided not to go out shopping as feeling queasy so only my toddler was watching (poor boy!).

Congrats to the 20 week scans this week and hi to the newcomers. You can pm me your email address to join the FB group if you like.

Guys if you want a comfortable maternity/BF bra try

Molke or milk&asell

I have one of each (40HH bra) and they're amazing fit!! Cannot fault them!!!

Molke have a 7 week waiting list but milk&asell are quicker.

Try the boob or bust Facebook group to get sized properly too. I used to wear 46DD (so uncomfy) but happy in a better bra xx

claremccrory59 · 15/01/2017 08:18

@lullaby23 my email address is claremccrory59*@gmail*.com- thanks :)

Northernexile I live in Randalstown, just outside Antrim & I work in Belfast. Where are you nurse15? Have you had an NI mini meet up yet?
There's just one other girl from NI in my Dec '15 group so we're doing well!

Nurse15 · 15/01/2017 08:52

I'm not far from you claremccrory! I'm Ballyclare and work in Antrim!

claremccrory59 · 15/01/2017 10:09

Oh fab @nurse15! I work part time and regularly meet with mummy friends on Mondays & Wednesdays in Antrim. I have another friend from Antrim who is due her 2nd in June, and a mummy friend who lives in Ballyclare too! We'll have to get together before the May babies arrive!
Are you in the FB group? I'm waiting to be added :)

Nurse15 · 15/01/2017 10:12

Clare handy enough to me then!! That's so cool!! I'm surprised there's as many of us!! Are you also booked into Antrim hospital?

Nurse15 · 15/01/2017 10:12

Ps I didn't know there was a Facebook group, what's the title or link and I'll add myself?

claremccrory59 · 15/01/2017 11:05

@nurse15 yep, I'll be giving birth in Antrim. They looked after us well there last time :) You need to get @lullaby23 to add you to the FB group!

Afternoon ladies and welcome to all the new members.

Finally booked holiday to Portugal. We fly out in 3 weeks time and cannot wait!

Spent today clearing out the main bedroom, as builders will be building our en-suite as well as doing a few extra bits of plastering etc so we can finally finish off the upstairs of our house before due date . Hopefully all the work will be done by the time we go on holiday. Then we'll have the fun of painting, re-carpeting and getting new wardrobes etc for the bedrooms and landing which I want to get done before I go on maternity leave. We've been doing up the house of the last couple of years and I just want to get it finished because I know I won't have the energy to do once baby arrives.

I meant to ask if anyone has had any joy with their physiotherapist referrals?

I had to chase mine this week and it turned out they had sent me an appointment letter a couple of weeks ago but I never received it. Luckily they were able to book another appointment for Friday afternoon, which is good because the pelvic pain has been getting worse over the last week or so.

McBaby · 15/01/2017 16:25

I haven't bothered asking for a Physio referral this time as it made no difference.

By the end of last week I was in agony and couldn't walk my dd to school!

I saw the osteopath on Friday morning she realigned my pelvis and strapped my bump up I have done nothing except test since then and the pain is about 85% gone. I'm hoping I get a few weeks before I can't walk again and need another appointment.

MrsJW15 · 15/01/2017 16:59

Thanks for the Aldi link Rustler. Some great stuff on there. Might get some bits when it's online (no Aldi near me). Is it Aldi nappies everyone raves about?

Full of cold and feeling sorry for myself. Also means I'm only a maybe for tomorrow- don't want to make you all ill too.

RasperryInAMelon · 15/01/2017 17:21

I've got my physio assessment on Tuesday Jenny

Brightsmoke · 15/01/2017 17:29

Jenny, I feel your pain! We bought our place about 18months ago as a complete renovation project. We made it liveable and then stopped, leaving the landing stairs and hallway left, along with a bit of glossing and few other bits. I now just want it done before baby comes, so my poor DH has been busy doing little projects all weekend, so hopefully we will get it sorted in the next few weeks! Hope you have a great time in Portugal!

I've seen loads of things about swaddling, but I really don't like the way the baby is all wrapped up, what's the function/point in swaddling anyone? It just doesn't look very nice to me lol

Badgerbird · 15/01/2017 17:56

jenny I feel your decorating/building work pain.... we've done a lot to ours this last year, wall down, resanded and waxed floors, stripping, plastering , painting etc but soooooo worth it!! Still got skirtings, painting etc in nursery but pretty straight forward ;) Although it's knackering when preggo (and can't do as much as normal) I agree with you and best get it done before the arrival of little one!!

bright I hope your hubby got his projects done ;)

mcbaby ouch! Here's hoping that works.

Barnes79 · 15/01/2017 18:12

Does anyone know if the Aldi baby week starts tomorrow or is it Thursday?

Adventuregame · 15/01/2017 18:23

Aldi event is online now and in store from Thursday.
Yes it is Aldi nappies everyone raves about

MrsJW15 · 15/01/2017 18:42

Not much appears to be actually available online though. Not sure if more will come or if it's gone already.

lucieloos · 15/01/2017 19:02

Quick question is there a particular steriliser that's best to get or are they all much the same?

EsmesBees · 15/01/2017 19:14

It makes them feel secure bright. Like they are being cuddled. It's actually very cute when you wrap them up like a parcel. I swaddled my DD for naps for months.

I don't think so Lucie is just how much you want sterilised at one time and by what method. We had a counter top electric tommee tippee one. But it was a bit of a waste as I breastfed so not much needed sterilising. It took up loads of counter space.

Spam88 · 15/01/2017 19:18

jenny I got my letter through from physio yesterday but rather than an appointment it was just to let me know that I can now call up to make an appointment. Ugh!

Rabbitykins55 · 15/01/2017 19:50

Lucie a couple of friends with children have warned me off the Avent steriliser in favour of the Tommee Tippee one. Apparently the Avent one is tricky to get non Avent bottles in whereas the Tommee Tippee one holds other brands easily.
