missmoo I really fancied Appletise and bought a pack and it made me feel sick, I was so upset! I've had to have a similar conversation with DH as he seems to think things magically make their way into the dishwasher etc. To be fair he has been much more helpful and tidying up without being asked.
badger acupuncture did wonders for my back pain after DS was born, who'd have thought? The physio called it dry needling but same thing as far as I can tell.
Haven't bothered with a pregnancy pillow, one between the knees does help with spd later on but touch wood I'm sleeping fine so far. I will be dusting down my boppy for breastfeeding again, really helpful before they can hold their heads up, even managed to feed hands free sometimes.

Had 16wk appointment today all looking fine. Placenta is high anterior again but I am feeling a little bit of movement already which is nice.
