Welcome, welcome, welcome to the 48th grads thread... celebrating the success of Just Shagging in getting us viroids upduffed!

For those that don't know, a 'viroid' is from the original JSing thread 1, where someone was trying to type ladies (in reference to all the JSing ladies), but their phone decided to call us all viroids instead!

The name stuck and we've been the JSing viroids ever since.

The 47th grads thread is here

The thread we have graduated from is here in its 61st outing. WARNING: they're all a bit kerazy not to mention randy!

There is also a Just Mumming thread <a class="break-all" href="//onwww.mumsnet.com/Talk/postnatal_clubs/2588689-we-re-still-teething-trying-to-wean-and-our-babies-just-won-t-go-to-sleep-when-we-re-trying-to-js-for-another-one-it-s-just-mumming-no-11" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">here for once your babies come along, or to keep up with the graduated graduates!

There is also a private facebook group (so it doesn't give the game away in your news feed!)... if you want to join to see photos of new babies etc, just ask in-thread!

Here is the stats list, please update your own spot with any updates.

tri I can not imagine doing this with a toddler, you're a hero. I can't imagine doing it again full stop and I'm so sad as I always wanted a big family, infertility has put paid to that and now this means I doubt I can face it again.

FuzzyOwl · 25/07/2017 10:39

Lots of sympathy TriJo. I just feel shattered, although at least I don't have nausea to deal with, but an energetic toddler and a teething baby is scuppering any attempt at resting.

Glad you have medication justtheonethen and I hope it starts working quickly for you.

stumblymonkeyagain · 25/07/2017 11:10

My scan is on Thursday at 11am.

Counting down the hours basically....it's hard to think about anything else!

pretzelpieces · 25/07/2017 11:18

stumbly I'm in Surrey!

just glad you've got the medication. I hope it helps very soon. I'm so sorry you feel that way. After my last pregnancy I swore never again because I was so ill with various issues throughout (but evidently changed my mind eventually, because it is so worth it all) but of course the fertility thing adds a whole other element for you :( Money will be the reason I can't have the number of kids I'd have liked (I realise that is not the same). It makes me sad and angry.

nova Aw yes! Poor Eponine. She's so brave :'(

sofie glad it went well telling your boss.

tri oh god yes, I'm knackered! fuzzy I can't imagine having a baby as well (how nice to have a big family though).

None of the lotions help prevent stretch marks, apparently, there's no evidence. But lotions are nice so slather away.

DP is off on school holidays so he's staying with DD while I go out to lunch with a friend today. Looking forward to ordering anything I want from the menu and not having to worry about DD's allergies!

NovaArt3mis · 25/07/2017 11:51

I don't know how you do it with toddlers/babies in tow.

Rubbish that you've got HG just but good to have it diagnosed I guess! Gx your tablets work.

I'm leaning towards stopping at one too. Partly because it took so long but mainly and somewhat selfishly because I adore my home and we'd have to move if we had two.

I can only imagine stumbly, not long now. Oh and I'm in Edinburgh so no meet up for me sadly.

Yeah I did read that pretzel. My entire torso is beginning to resemble a lizard. Like, a crazy amount of dry skin that no amount of moisturiser seems to help.

stumblymonkeyagain · 25/07/2017 12:31

DP really, really wants two...and I keep saying 'let's have one first and see what it's like eh?'.

I think DC are a lot harder work than he realises and cost a lot more than he realises. The main issue is paying for my mat leave since I'm the main breadwinner and also self employed.

I'd be fine with one I think...though I do very much want a girl so if DC1 was a boy I think it'd be easier to persuade me to have one more go.

FuzzyOwl · 25/07/2017 23:35

Anyone else suffering with insomnia? It is not helping my anxiety in the slightest but at the same time, I seem to recall suffering badly with DD1 and DD2 whereas I didn't really wiry my last miscarrige. Dr Google reckons it can be hormone related so I am hoping it means they are going up and not crashing down.

justtheonethen · 26/07/2017 00:16

Yep!

Poochieblue · 26/07/2017 01:11

And me

Elbi · 26/07/2017 01:40

And here's my insomnia checking in at 20 to 2...

ZylaB · 26/07/2017 05:54

Yes!

NovaArt3mis · 26/07/2017 06:00

I wake up to pee anything from 3-10 times a night and then struggle to fall back to sleep. It's brilliant Hmm

SofiePendragon · 26/07/2017 09:02

I've been waking up around 5am and then can't get back to sleep - had been wondering if that was down to the light mornings though. Struggling to find a comfortable sleeping position at times as well.

FuzzyOwl · 26/07/2017 10:16

I'm so glad! Whilst simultaneously sorry to hear you are all going through sleep issues as well. I've made a new rule that even if I cannot sleep, my phone goes off at midnight. At least that stops me googling and finding new things to worry about.

justtheonethen · 26/07/2017 11:22

A night owl club! I think I need to do the same fuzzy and turn off phone regardless at midnight. I'm not getting up to wee in the night now but I think I'm a bit dehydrated. I can't find a comfy position though for love nor money!

ZylaB · 26/07/2017 11:47

Copying what I've written on March group...

SCan fine! Measuring 6+5 when I expected 6+6 but at this stage they're so tiny it's difficult to be accurate. Heartbeat seen too!

Back in two weeks for another scan with the consultant just to check things for me as both my losses were around 8-9 weeks.

Guess I just trundle along until then, but a good start!!

justtheonethen · 26/07/2017 11:52

Fantastic news zyla Smile

FuzzyOwl · 26/07/2017 12:09

A night owl thread sounds good! I have stopped drinking anything after 8pm so that my constant loo trips are minimised.

Such great news Zyla. So pleased for you!

NovaArt3mis · 26/07/2017 12:35

Brilliant news zyla.

I turn my phone off and it definitely helps me get back to sleep quicker.

sofie shove a pillow between your thighs. It's changed my life!

I told my boss! And accepted promotion. Well technically I told his wife but she is a company director and deals with staffing issues. She was very excited. Such a weight off my mind.

pretzelpieces · 26/07/2017 13:57

This is wonderful news zyla congrats!

Insomnia here too 😴

SofiePendragon · 26/07/2017 20:23

Congratulations Zyla! Fingers crossed for two weeks time.

I charge my phone downstairs overnight so I'm not as tempted to just pick it up if I wake up in the night.

nova Good work on telling the boss/accepting promotion! Will you start the new role straight away? I have tried cuddling the duvet (with some of it between my knees), but might try with a pillow. I've woken up a few times on my back feeling like my head is spinning which I remember from last time, but nothing like this early. My bump seemed to pop out at the weekend as well though, so maybe everything is expanding quicker second time round Shock

justtheonethen · 26/07/2017 21:14

Good luck tomorrow stumbly. Will be thinking of you Flowers

FuzzyOwl · 26/07/2017 21:25

Well done Nova and I am pleased that is a weight off your mind.

Will be thinking of you tomorrow stumbly.

DD1 is asleep and DH is dealing with DD2 so theoretically I could go to bed but, typically, I am now wide awake despite being totally shattered just half an hour ago.

stumblymonkeyagain · 26/07/2017 21:45

Thanks all. My scan is at 11am so will update after that Confused

ZylaB · 27/07/2017 02:46

Everything crossed Stumbly
