Anyone else Due June 2017?

pinkiponk · 21/09/2016 20:40

BFP last Friday, will (hopefully) be my second child, as have a 2 year old DS already. Doctor said I was due 2 June Smile
Feeling very excited, but quite nervous as had a MMC before DS, so noticing when symptoms have gone/come back!
Also finding it hard not being able to talk to anyone in RL (obviously DH knows).
Anyone else got this news recently and care to join? Smile

haveacupoftea · 14/10/2016 16:00

God these last few days I have become obsessed with coke. I feel mildly sick most of the time and only a tin of red coke helps my tummy Confused

annakd1234 · 14/10/2016 16:10

I feel sick all the time unless I'm eating Shock I'm constantly hungry it's starting to worry me now because I'm worried I'll get massive!

Goingmadttc · 14/10/2016 16:28

So Sorry to hear that Peas and Hippy. Thinking of you. AnnaK I am with you on the needing to eat constantly! God I am eating literally the entire time. I bought some choc covered rice cakes at lunchtime which are a nice snack as I had to try to stop eating the biscuits as my jeans are getting tight! Overnight seem to have gone from no appetite to needing to eat the whole time to stop the nausea. Never feel actually sick, more sort of hangover/car sick feeling. Wonder why food helps so much! V hard to get any work done when you feel rough!

Sixisthemagicnumber · 14/10/2016 16:31

Sending love to you both peas and hippy

Sixisthemagicnumber · 14/10/2016 16:37

mumofthree 2 of my babies were a couple of ounces short of 10lb , funnily enough the 1st baby was only 8lb and his labour and delivery was by far the worst.
I would really like to consider a home birth this time around but I'm not sure if I will be allowed because it is baby number 4 and I am over the magic age of 35. My other births have all been uncomplicated despite two of them being big babies but I'm sure that the midwives will look at my age (still under 40) and the number of babies I have had and decide that I am now high risk. Not sure I could convince DH to go for a home birth anyway as he would be left with all the cleaning up afterwards Grin

furryminkymoo · 14/10/2016 16:55

I have had erect nipples since last Thursday?! Is that normal?

mrspage1985 · 14/10/2016 16:59

Hi all
Tentatively joining you from the May2017 thread, been for my early scan today and all is good - strong heartbeat and everything in its right place. After a miscarriage in June this year it's so relieving to hear all is fine - I literally sobbed when she said it was all ok.

Due date has been pushed back from the 27th May to the 4th June although I think it's nearer the 1st of June based on the dates we got down and dirty Blush!!!

Debating weather to book another scan for another 2 weeks so I'm over the magic 8 weeks, the clinic gave me the chances of successful pregnancy after 6 weeks and 8 weeks but not sure on 7 weeks?! Numbers put my mind at ease so going to try to find out!

Good luck to everyone on here and so sorry for the sad losses xxxx

KittyVonCatsington · 14/10/2016 17:00

Oh BitchPeas so sorry. Hug your DD lots and lots tonight. Nature can be so cruel Flowers

somethinghadtobedone · 14/10/2016 17:24

Can I join you? I'm due 9th June with my second but DS is 13 and I feel like I've forgotten everything!

Anxious this time as pregnancy was unexpected so I'm weaning off ADs plus I'm worried how DS is going to take the news...

Dragon5000 · 14/10/2016 17:41

Huge hugs peas and hippy x x x

Another day of no feeling sick - wahay but constantly hungry all day! And wind Oh the wind!
7+2

Masweetpea1 · 14/10/2016 17:46

Welcome mrspage, what were the figures the clinic gave you today for 6 and 8 weeks? I also had mc in June and an currently 6+4 so very similar to you i think x

Starlight88 · 14/10/2016 17:52

I've booked an early scan with an independent place close to home - it's an external scan, so I've left it a couple of weeks and should be nearly 8 weeks by then. Not something I would've even known about, so thanks MNers!

MumofthreeandBean · 14/10/2016 17:59

So sorry to peas and hippy xxx big hugs to you both xx

Erect nipples! Mine too!! Nothing to worry about.

Dd - 15 yrs is desperate for me to announce our news - she is bursting to tell someone!! Haha
I need to tell family soon as they are all clearing out baby bits and I don't want it all gone when I need it! Haha

mrspage1985 · 14/10/2016 17:59

Sweetpea it was 76% if heartbeat seen at 6 weeks and 98% if seen at 8 weeks! These were from the miscarriage association charity - the scan clinic referenced them.
I've done some googling and nothing definite but looks about 93-95% at 7 weeks looking at different sources, I know it's a very dramatic curve so do expect it to be quite high!
Think I may book another scan after the 8 weeks so I can console myself with the 98%, my husband has told me to wait now for 12 week scan but not sure I can! X

DizzyNorthernBird · 14/10/2016 18:12

Hey, hope you all don't mind me popping my head in here, got a bfp this morning after 2 years of trying. Had a hsg earlier this month and it looks like it cleared my tubes out. Trying not to get excited just yet. Too scared to work out due date just yet but it's going to be some time in June. Will read back & get to know you all Smile . Wasn't going to post just yet as its so early, I'm only 18dpo, but I thought if I was going to lurk it would only be polite to say hello!

Mummyh2016 · 14/10/2016 18:14

So sorry peas and hippy Flowers xxxx

Masweetpea1 · 14/10/2016 18:17

KittyVonCatsington · 14/10/2016 18:51

Dizzy Oh my goodness-congratulations on your BFP after two years! You Star you!!

Russkispy · 14/10/2016 18:53

Hello everyone, can I join you. I'm 40 and DH is 41, we tried naturally for 5 months, then decided to speed up/give it a push for cycle #6. Was given Clomid cd5-10, triggered ovulation and had an IUI on cd13. Suffice to say that HCG and progesterone blood tests showed positive pregnancy!! That was on the 10th October and 48 hours afterwards had to do a second. Out of the same tests and the levels increased significantly. So I'm around 4+4 wks pregnant! The news hasn't sunk in really!! Just can't believe the IUI worked from the first time! This was done abroad. Anyway, GP referred me to a midwife but apparently won't hear from them till Week 9- 10. So we booked an early scan for the second week of November. Oh and with IUI, and my 2 mature follicles at the time of the procedure, I could end up with twins!! I'll be doing scans privately and NHS. EDDIs around 21 June. It's my first pregnancy and like others I'm very nervous but staying positive. Been having acupuncture twice a month since May and still continue. Eating healthy foods too. And how's everyone else doing?
May I ask about your age? A how are you feeling so far? I'm so sorry to hear sad news hippy and pea. 💐💐

Masweetpea1 · 14/10/2016 19:02

Hi russkippy, welcome! I'm 41, trying for number 2 (dd of 16 months Smile+ mc july 16Sad). My husband is 35 (i like the younger man Wink).

Currently 6 +4, miscarried at 7+4 last time so keeping everything crossed.

Not worked out my edd yet, superstitious! Been sick once and have nausea as well as an expanding belly!! In my mat clothes already Blush
