Jaffa I'm sorry to hear the spotting is worse. I hope epu see today. If not Go to A&E like they suggested. Waiting another 24 hours will be agonising. Keeping everything crossed for you.

My boobs are still soo incredibly sore and heavy. Anyone else had really painful boobs whose slightly further along than me (8 weeks ish) and the pains eased up?? I'm going to have to go out today and get some new bras which seems so early but I'm not fitting in mine at all.

Niks - I'm 10 weeks tmrw and boobs still sore but mostly just first thing in the morning. I think most boob growth happens in the first trimester and I already ditched my under wired bras for my maternity bras which are a cup size bigger. The relief!

Niks I'm 9+3 and boobs still sore!! Im will in underwired bras but they are more like massive hammocks than a normal bra!!

choccy I bet that was so upsetting... Hope he/she isn't too far so they can come back and visit you! Or bring you their dirty washing!!

I'm 10 weeks and my boobs are still sore, but not all of the time. Mainly in the morning.

9 weeks today and boobs still hurt but more so in the evening when I take my bra off. My nipples are so sensitive so I have to watch out for those!

Nausea still very much a fixture, just wish it would pass now I've so much to do!!!

Morning ladies sorry been absent for a while my FIL is really unwell.
Hand holding for those with bleeding and I agree with others that going to A&E will definitely put your mind at rest.
Nothing new with me apart from today I can do my trousers up with the button..it's the first time in weeks so bloating seems to have subsided. 9+1 here and nausea comes and goes with sickness in the evening but nothing much else going on x

Im 8+2, not sure if boobs have grown bigger but they defo hurt.
Got my first mw appntment date for about 10th week and scan for 13th.
No preg symptoms whatsoever, im wondering if at all i am pregnant!

Welcome to all the newbies! April sure does look to be a busy month!!!

I had a terrible nights sleep tossing and turning all night. Think the blob was having a bit of a growth spurt. I had some really dull aches and pains and my boobs are killing me this morning! 10+2 here today. I have my booking in on Tuesday (finally) and our 12 week scan is on the 30th! I really can't wait to get it over and for it all to hopefully be ok so I can tell my mum. I've been feeling very lonely in RL recently!

jaffa go to A&E if EPU can't see you today, the worrying will drive you mad otherwise.

I'm 11+5 now, scan is booked for this Tuesday! I was feeling a lot better with the nausea but I feel dreadful this morning, I've not got out of bed yet.

My hip pain has been bad this week as well, ended up taking annual leave on Thursday and Friday so I wouldn't have to off sick again (I've just come back from 6 months sick leave after hip surgery). I had SPD pretty badly in my last pregnancy so I'm worried that it will return and combined with my current hip problems I'll be immobile! Fingers crossed rest will help though.

Jaffa as the others said I would head to a&e saying that from past experience in my area epu only scans during the week... This may b different depending on where u live.

I am 11 weeks tommorow and started having horrible headaches - hoping not a bad sign. Scan a week Thursday 29th.

I've just got a late shift to get through then I have a weeks annual leave, which I am so ready for. Spent the morning heaving, and DD is entertaining herself with endless Octonauts. I really hope when I see my midwife on Tuesday she can give me something to help with the sickness as it's really just crippling.

I had a solid few hours today where I felt fine - can't believe what a difference it makes. Gave me a glimpse of light at the end of the tunnel. Back to full on nausea now but had some blessed relief.

Hey, I've been really quiet this last week too, exhaustion and sickness has just gotten the better of me. :(
Jaffa get yourself to a&e if you need to, they can take you to the epau and get you scanned (in some hospitals even on a Sunday!)
I've discovered I can only drink water everything else leaves me feeling so thirsty and dehydrated I've also just finished a massive plate if salad and am feeling so much better. Funny because a couple of days ago I couldn't even contemplate salad.
I need to go and properly catch up.

Jaffa, in my 3rd pregnancy I started bleeding out of nowhere. Hadn't happened as heavy before and I was convinced it was all over. My 3rd pregnancy is currently running around d on the beach happy and healthy! I know it's hard with 3 under 5 (mine are 5, 4 and 2) but rest up as much as you can. Stick on a dvd and make up a indoor picnic and lie on the sofa and relax xx

I had a couple of days thinking I'd turned a corner with the sickness and misery but it's back with avengence now. It's not just the nausea (which sucks) but I just feel flu-y and awful. Alternating between baking hot and shivering with cold. Really grumpy!

Only planning two children, so just desperately want to get the next few weeks out of the way, get a good result at the scan and then never, ever have to go through a first trimester again!

Just checking in. Got my booking appointment this Wed when I believe I'll be 9+5. Don't really feel pregnant other than electrified nipples. Only two vomming incidents over a week ago and the odd seasick feeling spell.

I've had a bit of a crazy afternoon. We've managed to keep this pregnancy a total secret so far. Anyway my Mom, sister, brother and his partner all popped round this afternoon and brother hands me a gift bag that contained a positive digital test!! He'd told Mom and sister earlier so they were there to see my reaction. I cried, gave them a huge hug then made an excuse to pop inside, came back and handed our scan picture to SIL. The look on their faces was brilliant especially when they found out I'm 12 weeks already and they'd had no idea . We've spent the afternoon talking all things baby and everyone is so so happy. Its just been absolutely lovely

Thank you for your well wishes. Unfortunately it wasn't meant to be, I got admitted to a&e over night and miscarried today at 11+2, I'm being kept in as I lost ALOT of blood and fainted. I'm numb and shocked. I'll be ok, i need to be back with my kids tomorrow. Thank you for the support and good luck with all your April babies you are all going to make fab mummies.
