Starting a fresh new thread for us!

I think Fedup asked about Elderberries and if anyone had heard from her... I haven't seen her name pop up in a while, but I'm not on the FB group either. I've been wondering the same about almondbutter, haven't seen her on here for a while now and know she was really suffering with sickness.

Wow! Huge congratulations Bolly!

Glad everything went well and you are both being looked after!

Eeek! One down, rest of us to go now. All feels a bit real...

Tired I hope you feel better soon and the results are good.

I've got a hair appointment this morning (I figure it'll be a while until I get chance again!) and a fitting for nursing bras then a bit more time prepping the nursery. Happy weekend all!

MuffyTheUmpireSlayer · 15/10/2016 08:26

Congratulations bolly! That's so exciting. The first baby on the thread I think?

tired I hope you're okay. Thinking of you Flowers

tiredmumrighthere · 15/10/2016 08:46

Wow bolly huuuuuggggeeee congratulations Flowers hope your both doing good x

Thanks ladies feet have gone down loads today so just a case of waiting for this phone call with results

Panicking big time as don't even have my hospital bag packed so off today to get some bits x

RuskBaby · 15/10/2016 09:49

Huge Congratulations Bolly

Glad the swelling is down tired

We are off to a wedding today and I'm wondering how on earth I'm going to manage all day. Leaving home at 11.30 and it goes on until midnight with evening guests not until 8pm when I'm guessing first dance and cake cutting will happen so can't leave before then. I have a uti but they can't as yet work out what big is causing it so won't give me antibiotics until they know. Think the near constant peeing, general tiredness and stabbing pains isn't helping my mood.

TryingNotToWaddle · 15/10/2016 10:22

Awwww there's a November baby born! Congratulations bolly !

Um much tmi sorry everyone but... Has anyone else had like peachy/ tea coloured discharge?

My midwife says it's the show but I thought the show would be more like a blob of something? Blush

salemtheteenagecat · 15/10/2016 10:52

Congratulations brolly

tiredmumrighthere · 15/10/2016 10:58

RosyP13 · 15/10/2016 11:33

Huge congratulations, Bolly!!! Well done on getting through without pain relief!

Hope the results are ok, Tired.

I'm ok, it was a bit of a shock on Thursday at the scan, but the excitement is creeping in, and now I just can't wait to meet her to know that everything's ok. Heading off to NCT class Ina few minutes - I'll be asking lots of questions today!

JadeT2 · 15/10/2016 11:57

TryingNotToWaddle · 15/10/2016 18:03

Thanks tired- I think it must be, I hope that means births imminent cos I'm tired too! Lol Smile

LittleGreyCatwithapinkcollar · 15/10/2016 21:17

Congrats Bolly - great news!!! Welcome Zoe! Xxx

Bollyroo · 15/10/2016 21:26

Thank you so so much everyone! Completely overwhelmed.

My top tip is to take a bendy straw to drink with and a desk fan. Also you'll know when you need to push so don't be afraid to shout it out when that happens. Also, my birth was almost the complete opposite from what I'd planned so, as everyone says be open minded and remember that you are so strong for getting through the pregnancy that you can definitely do the delivery! You're all amazing!
Zoe is now breathing on her own and I've just had my first cuddles. Ahhh, amazing!
Good luck and safe and speedy deliveries to you all! xxx

Well done Bolly. She is a beauty. You are the second person in as many days who recommended a straw as invaluable. Fan a great idea will put mine with my hospital bag.

AyeAmarok · 15/10/2016 22:35

I was hoping for a picture of little Zoe Smile

She's lovely. So totey. Glad you've been able to get cuddles!

tiredmumrighthere · 15/10/2016 23:31

Oh bolly she's gorgeous, look at those toes Smile enjoy every second of her because time really does fly by, hope your both doing good and are able to go home soon, congrats again!

I've just returned from my surprise baby shower, my best friend organised it for my close friends and family at my local Chinese restaurant I was so overwhelmed and totally not expecting it so it was a lovely surprise

Also got my results today from the hospital and there all clear thank god Smile feet have gone down quite a lot too xx

Fedupithink · 16/10/2016 01:55

She is beautiful Bolly congrats again!!

That's lovely and fab news on your results Tired

I've realised that now I've finished work I actually have to give birth. My due date makes me "next" at both my pregnancy yoga and NCT group - feeling quite scared by this prospect. Anyone else feel similar?

I think I'd been so focuses on work this hadn't really dawned on me Blush

My hypno birthing cd has arrived so maybe I better give that a whirl tomorrow to try and take the edge off.

needanewjob · 16/10/2016 14:26

Lovely news bolly hopefully lots more lovely babies in the next few weeks 😁

FuzzyOwl · 17/10/2016 12:25

Ah, what a gorgeous little girl Bolly. Congratulations and I hope you both continue to do well.

tiredmumrighthere · 17/10/2016 14:41

Hello ladies Smile

Hope everyone's doing well and had a good weekend!

I'm just packing my hospital bag, thought id best do it now that Ive got everything together, also in the middle of washing tiny little clothes and blankets, seems all very real today Grin starting to feel excited.

Also had my midwife appointment today, all is well apart from low blood pressure but there's nothing they can do for that so just been told to drink plenty x

TryingNotToWaddle · 17/10/2016 15:15

Hi tired mum Smile

Awww I loved washing all his little things... So cute and teeny.

My midwife said slightly low blood pressure is much more preferential to high so you're ok I think!

I've been crying almost non stop since last night, haven't had bad moods at all this pregnancy so this is a fun new addition Confused lol

Spottyladybird · 17/10/2016 15:30

Hospital bags finally packed here. Feeling lots of low pressure and generally uncomfortable which isn't nice. Hoping it's a sign things are on the move but went 9 days over last time so I'm not hopeful!

I'm also completely shattered. Feel like I could fall asleep all the time which isn't possible with a three year old. Hoping to get a nesting boost soon!

EllieM22 · 17/10/2016 15:32

Feeling super fed up already now, I'm also crying for no reason and really tired!

What is everyone's opinion on evening primrose?

tiredmumrighthere · 17/10/2016 15:55

Hi trying, I've been an emotional mess the whole way through ConfusedDp reckons he can't wait for me to be normal again lol

Physically I'm so ready to have this baby, but in reality I'm not! We've still got to go this weekend an get all the bigger baby things (I've had to wait until last minute because I've no space to store anything) plus we've still got things that need doing in our house before she comes, so yep a couple more weeks and she can come Grin
