May 2017 - anybody out there?

I just found out at the weekend that I'm pregnant, this will be no. 2. Had no idea how far gone I was as I had just had AF 7th Aug but after a very early scan this morning it looks like I've conceived since then...very surprised as HPT is seriously strong and I got 5 +ve OPK's last week which by the scan I would have only just conceived at that point.

Very much a waiting game at the moment and back in 2 weeks for another scan. If I am indeed only 3 weeks then I have pretty much the same due date as I had for my DD only 1 year apart. Let the crazy times commence!

Anyone else this early in pregnancy and due in May 2017?

skippers no outfit inspiration yet. Torn between wanting to spend the money on a maternity outfit that I will at least get some wear out of - or being something that looks nice at the time.

tea do you go to many weddings? If not make the most of getting glammed up for the day, you should still be small enough then to fit into a normal dress. And it may be the last chance for a while?

If you have a few do's coming up, then maybe it is wise to invest in a decent maternity one. Oooo that reminds me, we're all going to have lovely bumps Xmas time!

I'm off on holiday tomorrow. Can't wait but the 5 hour flight with a 2 and 3 year old and the addition of nausea I am definitely dreading!

Don't dwell too much on it. Stock up on snacks and books/magazines. My two were great on the flight out in June.. On the way back I made the mistake of packing the bag of sweets we bought into my handbag, que hyper kids all the way home! I'm sure you'll be fine. Have a wonderful time!

Could I tentatively join you all? I got my BFP just over a week ago, but have been hesitant to join...It's our first DC (fx), but second pregnancy, as I had a MC at just under 8 weeks in July, so I have no real idea when I'm due... I can't wait to get past the point I got to before to feel a bit 'safer' I'm feeling sick this time round, which I didn't last time so I'm hoping that's a good thing. I know I ovulated late, as we were attempting to avoid my FW and wait a month before trying again, as recommended - which didn't work out . So I think I'm due first week of May maybe 5th ish but have to wait for first scan to confirm!

Hi everyone, I'm sorry to put a dampener on things but I'm going to have to say hello and goodbye. Spent the evening waiting around in a&e after some bleeding. Unfortunately this one wasn't to be. Feel sad and a bit rough but these things happen.

Sad news for me too, started bleeding this afternoon and already registering negative on pregnancy test done at the hospital, so I think things stopped progressing a little while ago. Will be trying again as soon as it's over and trying to take a more relaxed approach so we maybe don't know so soon next time.
