The nicest thing I've found chocolate snowconut ice cream in co-op. It's chocolate flavour frozen coconut yoghurt.

Still craving a caramel core Ben and Jerry's though!

ItsMagicYouKnow · 20/08/2016 21:53

alpha I was all about the citrus last time - I even treated some dinner guests to a three-course citrus-themed meal once - and it was a boy Grin So far, this one likes lime cordial, but that's it. Oh, and Scampi & Lemon Nik Naks. And there was a week where I only drank lemon and water (hot and cold)... it's another boy isn't it Grin

ItsMagicYouKnow · 20/08/2016 21:54

Unless you meant the savoury thing. I'm the same, a packet of crisps every night at 7 Blush

cyclinggirl22 · 20/08/2016 21:55

I'm craving carbs and Dr Pepper! Not fussed by much else but pretty sure I could eat a loaf of bread if I let myself!

ItsMagicYouKnow · 20/08/2016 21:59

Another lactose-free here Spaniel and Swedish Glace is lush IMO. Would love to try Booja Booja, their truffles are to die for (not right now though, beurghhh) Grin

alphabook · 20/08/2016 22:04

Yeah apparently savoury = boy, sweet = girl. Don't know about citrus, hopefully it doesn't give you a sour child! Grin

NameChange30 · 20/08/2016 22:04

This doesn't work for me because I've been eating ALL THE FOOD. Savoury and sweet.

Good evening all, just catching up with the thread in between eating crisps and napping. I have a date for my 12 week scan which is Sep 14th, so a few weeks to go yet..
charlybs, just saw you are in Cambodia! I was there last year, it was amazing! Hope you are enjoying.
Hi clarity, this is my first dc for my partner too, but my third hopefully. Slightly smaller age gap than yours, there will be 8 years between this one and the youngest but it still feels like I'm way out of practice for all this baby stuff!
On the topic of savoury snacks, I can highly recommend Walkers Bugles. They are the only thing stopping me from feeling sick at the moment and I'm going through packs at an alarming rate Blush

Butterpuff · 20/08/2016 22:23

No proper meals here either. I'm just eating ahead loads of cream crackers.

Me too NameChange... Eating all of the food. Already know its not one of each, thank god, or I'd be starting to panic!

Dozygirl · 20/08/2016 23:24

I'd just joined slimming world when I got pregnant but didn't realise I was pregnant. I've lost 8lb so far in 8 weeks but some of that was holiday weight so easy to get off. The rest has been a real hard battle. When you're pregnant though you have a different plan so you're allowed 2 healthy a and b choices rather than just the one. But I've not started following there yet as I still want to lose a bit more before baby starts growing.

It's been quite hard but last pregnancy I was so greedy and I don't want to go down that route again. I used it as an excuse to eat whatever the hell I wanted and I hugely regretted it as I've not been able to shift the weight.

I definitely had a sweet tooth last time but I also had a savoury one too. However this time I'm all about the savoury and not so much the sweet. I can still stomach it but I don't really fancy it if that makes sense. So that's making me think it's a boy this time. I'll be finding out at 20 weeks. I'm far too impatient but it'll be interesting to see what we also get and how it adds up to our predictions. I thought I was having a boy last time but it was a girl so I don't really have that instinct that means you know what you're having haha.

Mummy That was a public post not a PM, you might want to get your email address deleted?

OP posts:
Mummytobe83 · 21/08/2016 09:25

Oh god! I am officially a tool! I can't even delete it now. 😣

Mummytobe83 · 21/08/2016 09:27

I just realised I will try to work out how to delete it thank you name change xx

NameChange30 · 21/08/2016 09:28

Mummy You can't delete it but MNHQ can. I've reported it so they will hopefully see and delete it soon. If you'd like to report it yourself you can do - click on the ... in the bottom right corner of the post and select "report".

Cinamal - yes it's odd having a large gap, I sort of know what I'm doing but a lot has changed and its all so new for my partner so I want to do all the classes again so that he can experience it too.
Felt so sick again last night after feeling well for 5 evenings. Made the mistake of plugging my air fresheners back in and they really got to me and made me retch.
I'm craving savoury and sweet, basically anything snacky, mainly dry and unhealthy. I'd be surprised if it really determines the sex though. I am also planning to find out the gender beforehand.

alphabook · 21/08/2016 09:34

(I should add I don't actually believe in old wives tales, but it's keeping me entertained in the long wait for the 20 week scan! I had scans at 6, 8 and 12 weeks so 8 weeks til the next scan feels like bloody ages!)

Mummytobe83 · 21/08/2016 09:38

I can't believe you can't delete your own post! Grrr thank you. I reported it too..So pissed off with myself😡

NameChange30 · 21/08/2016 09:39

Mummy Don't worry, MNHQ have deleted it now (very efficient!)

Mummytobe83 · 21/08/2016 09:48

Yay! Thank you name change. I was really worried, if anyone has recognised me please keep it a secret for me. Xx

Super Is that a biscuit?! Very cool! Smile

SuperDuperJezebel · 21/08/2016 09:58

It is... And it's delicious! My best friend bought it for me after my visit to the EPU when we saw the baby on the scan for the first time. Have just taken an artfully staged photo to send to a few people after the 12 week scan tomorrow!
