There's a baby in my tummy 😁 That was the most amazing experience of my life so far. Baby was moving around a fair bit, saw 2 tiny arms and hands, 2 little feet and a lovely little heartbeat. I had a little happy cry 😍

She's adjusted my due date to 25/2/17 which is a couple of days earlier than I was expecting, I thought it would be moved back if anything. I'd like to stay on this thread with you guys though if that's ok?

I was worrying beforehand that my nausea and most other symptoms had disappeared so those of you who are worrying, please don't. As hard as that will be!

Out for lunch with DH now to celebrate, then seeing our parents tonight to tell them our happy news!

CatalinaFuckingWineMixer · 17/08/2016 12:27

charly enjoy your honeymoon!

cloey that must have been a relief for you to know that not everyone is as horrible as the last woman you spoke to. Hope your experience from now on is a positive one!

Oh and just thought I'd repost the stats spreadsheet link, in case anyone would like to add themselves or add/update their scan date!

Thanks for everyone who's added their stats so far, it's great to be able see all the info in there!

Catalina how lovely! Congratulations 🎊

MonkeyPoozzled76 · 17/08/2016 14:54

Time for me to say goodbye I'm afraid. We went for a 10wks scan today as part of having a harmony test as I'm 39. I'm 10wks 3 days but unfortunately there was no heart beat. The doctor thinks this has happened in the last day or so as I'm measuring right. Have spent the afternoon at the hospital and am booked in for surgery tomorrow but have just started to bleed a little.
So very sad and upset.

Really hope everything goes smoothly for you all. Flowers

I'm so so sorry Monkey. I hope tomorrow goes as well as possible, so much love Flowers

Thanks for the good wishes for my scan, I feel like I bit of a dick saying it now but everything went well. Found it really surreal after having a million vaginal ultrasounds during fertility testing and treatment, finally having a belly ultrasound with the gel! I was going to take my trousers off out of habit then realised I didn't need to and didn't know what to do! A friend described it as feeling like "graduating from fertility school" and it's so true! I also had to jump up and down and be poked for ages to get it to move as it was in a funny position and they couldn't get the NT measurement at first. Lazy baby!

NameChange30 · 17/08/2016 19:02
