Just been shopping to try and find some 'Princessy' gifts for J's 2 girlfriends. Easier said than done when they are only 2yrs old and all princess toys are 3+ arrgghhh. Found the walk round the shops very tiring, bump is feeling quite low and i am more aware of bh's this time round.

Lupins, how can you change your mind from very yummy cake to icky slimey avocado? How and why would you...... I love the location of my office, its great in the summer as we can take the company dog on long walks down the country lanes.

Forgot to say - 3mths to go

scootermum · 03/02/2007 16:22

Company Dog-what an ace idea!We used to have a dog that lived in the service and I used to love walking him in my lunch hour-great stress buster..
Had a lovely day thus far today.DD and I went to Welwyn Garden City where we had a poke about John Lewis and tested some double buggies, then we went and sat in the lovely sunshine, outside a cafe,(coats on)where DD had a nap and I had a lovely coffee. We have just been for a walk down the abandoned train track that goes through our village and now I have settled down to a lovely cuppa and the rest of my ginger cake, and the internet whilst dd plays with her toys. She seems much better today as well, so im having a lovely relax...dh went off this morning so its just us girls for the rest of the weekend.
Yuck I hate avocado too Lupins.Stick to the cake!Hope your hips feel better..My back is hammering today but then have admittedly not helped it by carrying dd in the back pack on our walk.Wont be doing that any more as am just not strong enough for a baby on the back and a bump on the front..Will have to wait for dh to be home before we can go for any good walks henceforth..Still only for three, (well nearly 4 for me as im late may edd)months! Its really flying by for me now..

LupinsBigLump · 03/02/2007 17:19

Scooter glad you had a nice day, I used tolove going out and about with dd in the back pack, will defianatly get one with this one - think I carried her until she was 2.5 then couldnt even lift the thing lol, what buggies did you see that you liked?

Dont think it will matter what I fancy today have got so snotty and headachy today, had one codeine going to try and get through the day without another as I am trying to cut down - however my throat feels like razorblades - still at least I have been to whacked to walk anywhere so back and hips are ok

AM we will have to meet up when it warm up - take babies to the park, I dont drive so have to rely on dp to drop me off places like that

Howdy all!

Well I just ds' life again! This is about the fourth choking incident in a month. Forget that he's still little and give him huge amounts of food. I think the fact that he's walking helps people forget that he's still little.

Sebastian is still secretive and barely moves. Although I had the worst pain in my side yesterday morning. I thought I was going to die. It was just a sore pain.
Who knows?

I hope everyone is doing ok.

Hiya MKG, all the babies seem to be finding the nicest most comfortable nerves to lie on. Have you managed to get your pc properly fixed now? Also hows the hunt going for 'pants' that stay up? Think i am now going to have to invest in some jeans that go over the bump, as the ones i have that sat nicely underneath now pretty much fal down unless i wear a belt, which isnt the most comfortable feeling!

SOH, any sign of your dirty little stop out?

Lupins, that would be really nice!

LupinsBigLump · 03/02/2007 19:20

MGK good to hear from you, it is scary when they choke - dd did it a couple of times when weaning, love the name sebastion, used to live with one - he was always seb tho, do you still get tootsie rolls and those yummy watermelon sweets in states - ooooo I used to love them

I think this baby is going to be a disco dancer, 2 cocodamol today (didnt manage just 1) and it is still dancing around in there, really hope its flashing its bits around on thursday, want to be buying more than just white - had some tiny baby vests arrive today that I got off ebay and they are sooo cute, am being prepared this time as dd was early and weighed 4.15 - dp had to do emergancy shop at mothercare spent £60 and only got the basics, we had bought all newborn stuff and it was huge on her

Have a good evening all

I hope that you are able to find out the sex on Thursday Lupins. Shame about your quinny, but just think of the new things you can buy for this bubs.
