Excellent start to working from home day, DH is working from home this morn too so we set the alarm for 7.15 rather than 6 and DS actually slept til 7.10!! I think that's the latest he's slept in all year :-) We're usually leaving the house at that time so feeling pretty chuffed with the bonus time in bed!

My humble bump! Some of it might be cherry crumble and ice cream!

Wispathat looks more bump than fat to me!!!! Glad someone else has popped a bump was beginning to feel weird!!

I got my dungerees from jojo maman Bebe. But I have ordered some jeans from vertbaudet. They haven't arrived yet but will update when they do and see what they are like.

Anyone know where to get 34in. inside leg jeans/ maternity trousers from? I'm struggling

Scottish next do long length and extra long length. Long tall Sally have a couple of pairs or maternity trousers but not a lot. I have ordered mine from vertbaudet but they are only 33 inches. Don't know if that's any good for you.

It is difficult with long length stuff. I have tried everywhere.

this was me yesterday, i feel so huge. I was already larger anyway but my tummy never stuck right out lol, so hoping it looks like a bump and not just like im fat lol.

Had a rubbish day at work yesterday over the head of one of the bigger bosses in another office not being happy about my appointments, so i just told her they are antenatal appointments and im going, end of.

Glad you told them straight kellz. When I had my first I was a head chef and it was a stressful environment. I was doing 12 hour shifts with only a half hour break so requested two ten minute breaks as well and my boss was such a bitch but I stood my ground!

Bump pictures I love them! I'll pop one on at some point tonight, I honestly look about 20 weeks haha, its my third though and my girls are 3 and 1 so my stomach has just given up on me!

Got my scan at 1.30 and I'll be sure to update, should be on here a lot more after that. Been a bit lately coz I just wanna know everything is fine. 13 weeks today but no doubt that will change after the scan x

Hurry up 12w scan, I just want to know it's all ok.

My last pregnancy the company i was with was so lovely about everything,
This time i told my boss here before e went off last week and he was concerned i had two appointments when we were short staffed no congratulations or anything, then her yesterday! she has had a pick on me since i started so i expected it.

I think its with this being baby two i look bigger, i did show with DD around scan time at 13 weeks but i could fit into my normal clothes then, this time despite being down nearly a stone im still in Maternity clothes lol

Oh it took me a few attempts to post that pic!!

2 many when is your scan, im not until Monday, even though i have had emergency scans it doesnt make it any less nerve wracking!!

Wispa and Diva I'm 13 wks today (2nd trimester, woo hoo!) and am also sporting a bump, and this is my first child . But it is my 4th pregnancy in 2 years, so my body is just primed to spring into action, well that's my excuse anyway .

I'm 9 weeks and 4 days (I think). It's so annoying - the waiting - as with the first it's such a huge thing it's all you can think about but if you have a baby or children already you think you'd be too distracted to be fretting/impatient wouldn't you?

Errrr, not here! But what happened to a previous poster re scanning too soon reminds me there's a good reason why most countries don't scan until 12w so I just need to get over myself!

Also, did I see on here that someone had the gender revealed at a 12w NHS scan or am I tripping?

"Many the time will fly!! it doesnt distract you but i thought she would lol, im still impatient for mine on Monday and i have had 3 due to bleeds so already seen the baby but it hasnt made me feel better!! The gender would have been through the Harmony test i would say!! as thats done through bloods, up in the hospitals here they dont even tell you the gender at 20 weeks lol

mimi i had a bump at 13 weeks with DD :) It could be that as it takes 2 years for your body to heal from a pregnancy so that could be the reason, i have no excuse as DD will be 4 in Jan lol

Lovely to see all those blooming bumps

Well after blowing my own trumpet the other day by bragging that my sickness had begun to lift, I've had the worst two days so far.

I started feeling a bit queasy again on Tuesday, Wednesday morning I had to throw up in the sink while stepping out the shower. Sick 3 times before I set off for work - good start.
Boss took one look at me and sent me home. After that, it was a combination of sleeping and throwing up.
Thursday, pretty much the same, phoned docs for an appointment, earliest they had was 15th August!!

Phoned docs again this morning and they put me on the triage list. Doc rang me and immediately said she's signing me off work for a week as I need to rest with no thoughts about work!

So here I am, sat watching day time tv, gently munching down a dry toasted muffin (first bit of food since Tuesday evening) and sipping a glass of lovely lemonade!

Bump

ifatfirst similar here, I was merrily posting weeks ago about ms dying down, 2 days later it was back with a vengeance and still going strong! So bored of throwing up an empty stomach at 2am, the novelty has well and truly worn off!! Thank goodness you have a supportive boss. Hope the toasted muffin stays down! Bland carbs are the way to go.

Uh work has just gone crazy, I work for a company based within another company and the company we are based within is being sold!
So my outcome could either be, the new owners keep everything going as is, I get relocated (no guarantee of position or money), or I get made redundant. And all they will tell us is that this will happen within 6 months!!

Working from home today, cannot concentrate. Went to NHS hospital for dating scan this morning - managed to convince the sonographer to take the reading when princess #2 was squashed up so due date now 5th February (should have been 4th but she retook the measurement when baby was in a favourable position, thank goodness). Thank god as only entitled to maternity pay after 4th! Six months full pay vs statutory...and breathe. 😛
