Sorry you haven't had the reassuring news you were hoping for chocolateraisin but as becciansbump said, there's a heartbeat so there's hope. Look after yourself, try and get some sleep and hope for good news next week xx

I'm feeling really sick and am always tired. Have teens and am struggling so well done you with the toddlers aswell.

Sorry it wasn't the clear good news you were hoping for raisin but unless you know exactly when you ovulated you could be up to 5-6 days out, and measurements can easily be 5+ days out at this stage so it might all still be okay Flowers.
It's a bloody awful 7 days to wait though, I've been there xx.

Another rhesus negative here, I'm paranoid about the potential blood mixing during the three previous miscarriages but my gp said as I didn't get past 8 weeks it was very unlikely.

Barking I mentioned that I was rhesus neg to the EPU, and they said that they aren't concerned unless any bleeding is after 12 weeks.

Welcome to team blue, peanut! We're blue too! (Knew from the start of ivf). Very sorry, chocraisin, to hear of your scan. It's a feeling I know well & it's dreadful. Hope you get better news next week, and sorry you have to wait so long.

There must have been something in the air yesterday as I haven't had a McDonalds in months and months and yet ended up having a veggie burger meal and banana milkshake for dinner. Blush To be fair it wasn't my idea exactly, but it was a particularly hectic day on the ward yesterday (only 4 staff when we should have had 7(!), and we had a lot going on) and we all knew none of us were going to get a break, so a colleague (whose shift had finished but took pity on us) offered to do a McDonalds run for us all so we could at least eat something. Smile

Getting a bit nervous about Monday's scan now and all the nuchal tests. I keep trying to distract myself which is easy enough at work as it's hectic, but harder to do on my days off.

Thanks so much for your lovely messages ladies. I am feeling ok today, what will be will be I guess. I'm going to book another scan for next week and just hope that maybe I ovulated late etc. Everything crossed that we go back next week and see a 7 week old baby with a nice fast heartbeat.

My parents live abroad and my mum is staying with us this week. She started crying on my shoulder this morning which really wasn't helpful! I basically told her to get a grip and that she is making me feel worse. I feel bad but I really don't need to be consoling someone else at this point!

Just had my scan! All looked good, had an NT measurement of 1.5mm so fingers crossed for a low risk when my bloods come back.

EDD is now back one day to 3rd Dec but we got a lovely picture of baby fiddlesticks!

Don't get too hung up on it stubble it will all even out and I'm sure you'll soon lose it once baby arrives - the woman who did my scan gave me grey feedback saying it's lovely and clear, looks great, got fab pics etc then on my form afterwards said they were 'suboptimal images' due to body habitus!!! Aka shit pics due to major fatty!!!! I was really narked when I spotted it - my BMI is high at 31 but now having had my booking they're happy that I'm a low risk.

Oh stubbleturnips Flowers don't worry too much, you might gain slower later on plus sometimes different scales give different results!! I feel like I look massive already, and still have a couple of stone to lose to get into a healthy bmi range but midwife said not to worry too much for now. It is hard, especially if you feel sick and can only stomach limited things!

Fingers crossed for raisins for a more reassuring scan next time. Heart beat has to be a good sign, hoping the dates are just off. Week must feel like a long time to wait for your re scan! Flowers
