I've been on the iron tablets since 28wks and apart from black poo not had any other side effects.

Had my sweep today (was uncomfortable but not painful) and induction booked for next week Tuesday when I will be 40wks. Until then bouncing ball and walking sideways to get things going and avoid medical induction.

My wee one Lachlan also decided to arrive before June. He arrived last night at 37.5 weeks weighing 6lb5oz we got our home birth too

Wow, so many very, very cute babies!! I don't read the thread for a few days and you've all been merrily popping them out :) Congratulations to everyone who's had theirs and good luck to those who are due soon.

I am 38+5 and have my first sweep tomorrow. Nothing much to report apart from that. Feeling big and tired but that's pretty much to be expected!!

Finally had my vbac clinic today. It was pretty useful and the consultant midwife said that I'd be able to use the pool and have remote monitoring all going well. I'll find out tomorrow if the baby is still breech, in which case I'll be having an ELCS at 39 weeks, otherwise I'll try for a vbac. Tomorrow is crunch day!

I have had two "funny turns" since the weekend, overwhelming feeling of sickness followed by a bit shaky followed by exhausted. Lasts about half an hour in total then feel ok. Not the same feeling as pre-fainting I've never felt this way before. Wondered if it could be iron tablets? Should I be worried? Or am I just very pregnant now and need to accept weird things happen?! X

dolly I have no idea if it's normal or not but I had it yesterday, I do wonder if I didn't eat enough and I also was really tired yesterday though. Has it happened more than once for you?

Yeah twice since Sunday different times of the day biking the first I was really tired the second was just tucking into my dinner when I felt really queasy shaky then worn out. Very odd!!

jelly i had iron tablets with DS and other than black poo I had no side effects luckily. I hope they help.

I have my final growth scan today... if baby is still big I will be getting my baby cuddles next week!! Nervous but excited to get to see baby again!

We're doing really well biking nursing like a trooper. Taking on a bit of wind, hopefully that will sort itself soon.

Still can't believe he came so early.

I can't keep up with all the babies now!

I definitely think the next thread needs to be a bumps & babies one before we all move over to postnatal board. We haven't even hit June yet!
