Welcome, welcome, welcome to the 46th grads thread... celebrating the success of Just Shagging in getting us viroids upduffed!

For those that don't know, a 'viroid' is from the original JSing thread 1, where someone was trying to type ladies (in reference to all the JSing ladies), but their phone decided to call us all viroids instead!

The name stuck and we've been the JSing viroids ever since.

The 45th grads thread is HERE

The thread we have graduated from is HERE in its 59th outing. WARNING: they're all a bit kerazy not to mention randy!

There is also a Just Mumming thread HERE
for once your babies come along, or to keep up with the graduated graduates!

There is also a private facebook group (so it doesn't give the game away in your news feed!)... if you want to join to see photos of new babies etc, just ask in-thread!

HERE is the stats list, please update your own spot with any updates. I really hope that worked!

Evening all.

So sounds like tea will at least produce a baby by the end of the week even if sky let's us down ;)

To be fair tho sky you are rocking the pg look. Maybe you will just stay pg forever. Hope minisky appears before your Birthday so you can enjoy birthday cake and other treats

SkyWasMadeOfAmethyst · 09/03/2016 21:48

liiiiiiiillllll way to make me feel bad for holding up March Madness! It's not my fault my baby is a no-show! Maybe she just wants to be fashionably late?! Grin Don't worry I am letting the midwife give me a fisting tomorrow arvo so hopefully will be happily contracting by suppertime. With a flawless complexion to boot.

lildottie · 09/03/2016 22:34

Sorry sky, it's fine though really, we can wait. Grin taps fingers if she's half as good looking as her mummy she'll be worth waiting for to be fair! Enjoy your fisting having her to yourself a bit longer. She'll come when she's ready x

SkyWasMadeOfAmethyst · 09/03/2016 22:49

Lololol!

Ohwoolballs · 10/03/2016 08:11

sky have a lovely morning sitting with your beautiful complexion before the midwife manhandles your lady bits. 😄 Good luck on fingers crossed it kicks things off for a sneeze birth.

I went to the midwife for my 38 week appt yesterday. Everything is fine but I just feel a bit miffed. She let the student do everything - I'm absolutely fine with that - but whilst the student was measuring my measurables the midwife was filling in my book, including info for the LAST few appts. It's like she realises the hospital will be looking in a couple of weeks and is filling in her coursework. She also ticked the list of "talked to the mother about....." And she hadn't mentioned the sweep next week. Since I do so much online research (mumsnet😬) I'm not fearful or nervous other than the norm, I'm just - MIFFED.
Hopefully the baby will be here before the 40 week appt anyway, I have a spa booked on Tuesday and spicy Chinese takeaway for weds night, me and baby will be back at home watching the rugby on Thursday eve....*

*disclaimer: I know I am being an absolute divvy imagining this is how everything will happen, but leave me to my fantasy!

Peenut · 10/03/2016 08:18

I am such a sucker for makeup advertising! I now must have this foundation so my face can be 'bathed in a rejuvenating light.' Who doesn't want that? Wink

Just having a cup of tea in bed but really must go to work ... Had a busy day yesterday shopping in mothercare and eating cake

Hope your fisting produces a flurry of baby activity Sky! I'm imagining all the midwives gathering round to admire your ethereal pregnancy glow post birth, you'll have to say 'what this? Yes all natural and nothing to do with my foundation.' Grin

Good luck for ... tomorrow Tea! Eeek!

DH felt a wiggle last night! I could feel something at the side of my tummy and thought there's no way he'd be able to, DH put his hand there and doof! Big kick for daddy! (Probably to say 'HELLO! I'm here, so stop freaking out about me!')

What does SPD feel like? Had a few fanjo stabbing burning pains after aqua natal last night. Ouch.

SkyWasMadeOfAmethyst · 10/03/2016 14:32

OK 5hell I sent you a message request on FB with my before and after photos! You might have to check your other inbox to see. So pleased I went. Spent a bloody fortune on posh Easter chocs for the kids and DP's family whole I was there too. Also went to Liberty and got notebooks to write letters to DD and DSD in for them to have when they are grown up, to match the one I was given for minisky.

Here's hoping the sweep works as this would be an epic last day of pregnancy!

SkyWasMadeOfAmethyst · 10/03/2016 15:26

pee I get the fanny daggers. I think it is baby's head pushing down. It isn't all the time though. Mostly when I am really active.

wool positive thinking is the first step in achieving the borth you want! GX it works out for you just like you want!

lil glad to see your sense of humour on top form Grin

TriJo · 10/03/2016 16:32

Going to the dentist at 38 weeks is not fun :( Had to get a temporary filling because they can't do much until the little guy arrives, then need to get a fairly big one and two more small ones in April. Stupid teeth...

Having mad cravings for Student Chow at the moment - the sort of crap meals I used to cook to make €5 stretch as long as possible in my student days! Miscellaneous combinations of rice, soy or chili sauce, frozen veg, beans, ham etc...

Pee / Sky - plenty of the oul fanny daggers going on here at the moment, particularly today. I'm convinced little dude moved down a bit last week and possibly slightly further today because walking around today seems to mean alternating daggers and Braxton-Hicks...

SkyWasMadeOfAmethyst · 10/03/2016 17:03

Oooooh tri sounds promising.

Have had a fisting off the big Eastern European no-nonsense MW. Baby 2/5ths palpable! That's 3cm to established labour and all my lady parts are ready to rock. She also had a very reassuring chat with me about my concerns after DDs birth and talked to me about the team at the hospital and the way they like to do things. Apparently, they don't wait around till the last minute to intervene if that isn't what you want and the midwives here are very experienced so I feel about 100% more confident now...

Going to meet DP for a curry later. Hoping that and my action packed day will be enough to convince this little one it's time to party!

I'm not leaving the Fred though even if she does come. I am too fond of you nutters.

CountryGal4 · 10/03/2016 17:33

You don't have to leave sky! Have you not noticed me hanging round like a bad smell?

SkyWasMadeOfAmethyst · 10/03/2016 17:51

Of course! Glad you do!

lildottie · 10/03/2016 18:39

U can't leave, there will only be about 3 of us left if u March lot all leave!

FuzzyOwl · 10/03/2016 18:43

As Iil says, you lot can't leave!

SkyWasMadeOfAmethyst · 10/03/2016 20:56

Well I am walking bow-legged and my fanjo feels less than fresh but I am still very very pregnant! Went to our favourite Indian and asked for a hot curry "because I want to have a baby" but I suspect they took it easy on me anyhow Grin

As I suspected, I am going to be pregnant forever but not really because my induction will probably be moved to my due date which is in 11 days

FuzzyOwl · 10/03/2016 22:40

You should have taken some extra chilli Sky! They were probably scared you would go into labour there and then.

SkyWasMadeOfAmethyst · 10/03/2016 22:58

I keep hearing that I look like I am going to have a baby at any second. A salesgirl in Liberty actually used the phrase "ready to pop" Confused boak

5hell · 11/03/2016 05:44

I have no intention of leaving when chubs eventually puts in an appearance...everything else will change, so need some constants and I'm nosy!

One week left at work!! Grin

Seeing lots of friends and lots of kids this weekend, which will be fun but may freak dh out again [shrug]

5hell · 11/03/2016 05:46

Happy induction day tea! ...not long before u meet your little one!! Smile

SkyWasMadeOfAmethyst · 11/03/2016 06:42

Happy induction day tea! Good luck mama!

fruitlovingmonkey · 11/03/2016 07:27

Gx for today Tea hope it goes well. You are certainly prepared with all those snacks!
Sky that sounds like a lovely day. I'm sure your little diva will pop out when she's ready.
Yay for baby kicking DH Pee, hope it helps.
Boo for dental work Tri. I'm hoping I didn't do too much damage in early pg with the haribo cravings but will find out in a couple of weeks. Are yours cavities that have appeared in pg?
Had an appointment with my doc yesterday, took the opportunity to ask all my questions about birth so I can relax a bit now. She also ok-d the epi-no so I need to get that ordered. Date night with DH last night and we had a great time. Lots of silliness and laughing. Today my lovely friend arrives for the weekend and fruitdog is back to 100%. Life is good!

CountryGal4 · 11/03/2016 08:24

Gx tea. You got this!

TriJo · 11/03/2016 08:47

Best of luck Tea :)

Fruit The big one that I had to have temporarily filled had appeared around a week ago and a big chunk broke away while I was waiting for the appointment. More than a little bit annoying, but at least it's free to get it fixed. I hadn't had a check-up in around 2 years though, I'm more than a little bit scared of the dentist so I've been terrible for putting things off, and the fact that when I was back in Ireland almost all dental care was/is private (and expensive - the last filling I had was €95 plus the cost of a check-up 6 years ago) didn't help.

Midwife appointment this evening, 38 week appointment @ 38+5. DH wants to come, even though they're pretty boring he really liked hearing the heartbeat at the last one!

TriJo · 11/03/2016 08:48

Also... HOLY CRAPOLA SINGLE FIGURES TO DUE DATE Shock

SkyWasMadeOfAmethyst · 11/03/2016 08:59

The plug. She is gross. At least something appears to be happening. Ish.

Lining up the glitter cannons for tea and tri and putting on a pan of GD friendly brownies...

5hell you tell your DP the same lie that all people tell themselves in order to procreate: "Ours will be different" he'll be fine.
