Just got my BFP this morning. Only 11dpo on our 5th cycle but hoping for it to stick.

I already have 3 DC. DD (nearly 12), DS1 (8) and DS2 (nearly 4).

I have 3 early m/c in between my DC so very cautious at the moment.

Anyone want to join me?

Congratulations Bellini and Red :)

Kate I can't help it, I like to be very in control and in the know Blush

writer I had a CB digital and a CB "plus" on my desk so I can see them, in a brief few hours at home yesterday I discovered that my digital had run out of battery but the plus is still here Grin I may do another test tomorrow, just to see the line Grin

Fuzzy A FB group sounds fine to me :)

I've started getting emotional now. It's frustrating. I had tears in my eyes readnig ahn NHS page yesterday Hmm and in the car back to work yesterday as DH and I were talking about how people don't like agouti fancy rats (look most like wild ones colour-wise), and I had to wipe tears from my eyes when saying how beautiful our agouti girl is Hmm This. Is. Ridiculous.

FuzzyOwl · 27/02/2016 17:09

Ok, I will set one up. If anyone who is interested wants to PM me the email address you use for Facebook, I will add you all. I'll make sure it is secret but check your settings in case you get notifications in your lock screen that other people might see before you are ready to announce. Smile

floralflower · 27/02/2016 17:23

Hi hope you don't mind me joining in Smile got my BFP on Wednesday and this will be mine and DH's first. So excited but also nervous as it is still early days (3weeks +3)

CakeAndChocolate · 27/02/2016 17:41

Hi can I join?
Got my BFP on Thursday but still only 12dpo today. I have had a previous miscarriage and my DS1 was stillborn, so I am fairly anxious. I lurked on the antenatal thread when I was pregnant with DS2 (who is now 2) but was never brave enough to join in. It would be nice to have some support from ladies at the same stage this time.
If all goes ok due date is 7th Nov.

Writerwannabe83 · 27/02/2016 17:41

Congratulations and welcome floral Flowers

Writerwannabe83 · 27/02/2016 17:43

Hi cake - I'm so sorry to hear about your DS1, how utterly heartbreaking Flowers

I think we are all feeling tentatively nervous/excited here so it's great to have support Smile

CakeAndChocolate · 27/02/2016 17:46

Thank you Writer congrats on your pregnancy. I think from reading back on the thread your DS and my DS2 are the same age Smile

FuzzyOwl · 27/02/2016 17:49

Hello Floral and Cake and welcome.

Writerwannabe83 · 27/02/2016 17:50

My DS in two in 4 weeks time Grin

He's a total tantrumming nightmare at the moment Smile

In case you hadn't seen there's a secret Facebook group being set up for the November Babies group if you're interested Smile

CakeAndChocolate · 27/02/2016 17:57

I'll PM Fuzzy for the FB group.
My DS is 2 in a week, the terrible twos have also started here!

floralflower · 27/02/2016 18:06

Hi cake I think we are due date twins as by my calculations im due 7th Nov Smile it feels so weird talking about it on here, it hasn't really sunk in yet

mangocoveredlamb · 27/02/2016 18:14

Hi again!

Gosh the thread has got busy today!

We've just had DD's second birthday party, I am pooped, but managed to get away without drinking any prosecco with no raised eyebrows!

I need a nap!!

CakeAndChocolate · 27/02/2016 18:27

Hi floral, it does feel strange doesn't it? Doesn't seem real for me yet either.
Mango, sounds exhausting! Well done for slipping under the radar re prosecco

FuzzyOwl · 27/02/2016 18:32

The terrible twos seem to have begun 15 months early here!

Well done on avoiding the Prosecco mango. we have decided to tell immediate family this time, so that should prevent anything too awkward coming up.

Illyillyilly · 27/02/2016 18:35

Does anyone know how to pm from the app for the Facebook group? I can't see an option.. Or maybe I'm being dim.

FuzzyOwl · 27/02/2016 18:40

Ill I will PM you so that you can reply.

BelliniButterfly · 27/02/2016 18:45

I'll pm for facebook group too

Tidythatmess · 27/02/2016 19:05

I will pm for Facebook too, although am slightly nervous about the notifications popping up lol!

Raging because I ordered clearblue digitals from Tesco today and then they substituted them for normal tests. I had to send them back because I have already spent so much on normal ones... I just want to see the 2-3 weeks indicator lol.

Summerblaze100 · 27/02/2016 19:21

I can't work out how to PM from the app either Confused

Summer in the bottom left corner of someone's post are three dots. Click on those and then click on the PM option.

MiniLop · 27/02/2016 20:02

Hi everyone, lots of new people today, congratulations everyone! I'm 4+2 today, still haven't made a GP appointment yet, will do that on Monday. Been looking at double prams over the last couple of days as DS will be 20 months when this little one is born. There's so much choice!!
Fuzzy I'll PM you for the FB group Grin
Tidy that's so annoying. I had that twice in a row, they subbed my FRERs for Tesco own ones Angry luckily I was only buying them to have in stock, I didn't want to use them straight away!

Summerblaze100 · 28/02/2016 00:20

I don't have 3 dots on mine

I am over this nausea and it's only been two days. It's worse tonight and im starting to worry that it could get worse, any experienced pregnant ladies tell me if there's a correlation between starting early and having it bad all the way through?

The next 5 weeks of work are going to be very stressful and very busy - I was planning to hide the baby from them for as long as Poss but it's not going to be possible if this nausea turns into full blown vomming every day (promotion and new role in the works, while I don't think they'd consciously discriminate against me, I think they might lose a bit of momentum and assume I had other priorities)

And to top it off, DH has just called to say they're likely to be away THREE weeks. ARGH! Told a couple of overseas friends today, just needed to say it out loud. I've got a plan for telling DH and our parents, but I need them to actually be present first! Friends joked today o must be expecting as I offered to be designated driver, I laughed it off but I know when I tell them they'll claim they knew all along lol

Feeling really poorly, got some Amazon pregnancy books delivered today so I'm gonna try and read a little bit and then sleep, right now I feel too sick to lay down properly. I even tried a Diet Coke (my personal hangover cure) and just opening the can made my stomach roll, I took one mouthful and then had to chuck the rest away. Only 36 weeks to go! Confused

RattieOfCatan · 28/02/2016 09:07

I hope that you're feeling better this morning Kate!

Hi Cake sorry to hear about your DS1 Flowers

Congratulations floral :)

I think my boss is going to work it out soon, she's realised that I'm off the coffee and tea (been having chai tea) and yesterday, after doing the shop I parked as close to the door as I could get rather than around the side of the house an extra 5 metres away becaus eI didn't want to carry the bags over. I usually park in the usual spot and then carry as many bags over as I can, she enquired. Toddler also complained that I only let her have a few goes on the zip wire, because lifting her up onto it was a struggle and made me feel a bit queasy! So she may mention something to her Mum too! Really wanted to wait as long as possible to say something.

Last night my bladder went mad and I took myself to the sofa to sleep. I have an IKEA Knopparp It's tiny. I slept until 2am and then pulled myself to bed. The next few months will be hell. Either I have to climb over DH to get out of bed or we swap and he has to climb over me when he gets up in the night. Fecking hate living in a box!

FuzzyOwl · 28/02/2016 11:06

Oh Kate your DH being away even longer and ms already. I hope it eases for you soon.

Hope you are able to keep it a secret for a while longer Rattie.

I feel fine today, which has made me worry. I wasn't sick at all last time but spent the entire pregnancy feeling somewhere in between mildly hungover and really motion sick. I also stupidly tested with another IC today and it was fainter than yesterday and my brain seems determined to focus on that, rather than the fact I got up loads in the night for the loo.
