November 2016. Hoping for sticky ones!!!

Just got my BFP this morning. Only 11dpo on our 5th cycle but hoping for it to stick.

I already have 3 DC. DD (nearly 12), DS1 (8) and DS2 (nearly 4).

I have 3 early m/c in between my DC so very cautious at the moment.

Anyone want to join me?

Moggy if you see a heartbeat at an eight week scan your chance of miscarriage drops to around 2%. Having had an earlier scan and then a mmc before, I want to be able to have the reassurance of knowing that whatever the news is at the scan is likely to remain.

That is so good to know Moggy. I think we're going to have to tell everyone after the 8 week scan as the circle is wider than we'd like due to IVF- and on that note, welcome, Lynn! Feel free to PM me as I think us IVF ladies need each other!

We've come up to my parents this weekend to see them and celebrate and also so DH can meet our new baby niece Harriet. I met her the weekend after our embryo transfer and held her pretty much all day. I think she's partially responsible for our BFP, some kind of Baby Voodoo going on there for sure!

We've made the decision to tell my 90-year old Grandma today too... after that the circle stays as it is until 8 weeks when we hopefully see healthy heartbeat/s, please God.

In other news, my boobs are enormous and they look like a map with all the sexy blue veins. Every time I worry that I'm not really pregnant I give them a quick glance!

hello everyone- the drugs don't work. Sob. Like others have said its bizarrely reassuring but I'm terrified it's going to last as with DC1 (5.5 months!!). We've decided to start telling people even though I'm only 6w. I'm just so ill that we can't realistically expect to hide it anymore. Hohum, fx that doesn't create too much stress.

Oh for those with DCs wondering how they may react... DC1 "I wonder what name my baby will have? Can I watch a DVDs?" So clearly underwhelmed at the mo!

6+3 and feeling yuck... Bloated, starving, nauseous, headache, irritable. So glad it's a Saturday and I have nothing planned.

fuzzy I know what you mean about wanting to wait. I have to have one due to previous health probs so I'm just hoping everything will be fine other wise I would probably wait a bit longer

Had to undo my trousers today! Not even 7 weeks yet.

I got my BFP yesterday! EDD is 20th November. Yesterday's IC was a proper squinter but today's IC was darker. I've got a clear blue digi waiting to be used on Monday when my period will officially be late.
I've got an 11 month old DD, there'll be about 20 months between her and this one if it sticks!

Just now I can barely even say I'm pregnant. 1 because of all the bleeding and 2. Conceiving through IVF changes everything, I feel like my BFP Was just the next step in treatment and I'm waiting to do the next bit!!

Feeling sick the last few days which I'm genuinely loving as I'm taking that as a good sign. Pretty tierd too, just desperate for 3 weeks to pass to see if my 2 heartbeats have made it!!

Did you other IVF ladies have 2 embroys transfer? X

Welcome newbies! I'm waiting for DH to come home from a sea patrol before I tell him, so far I've known for TWO WEEKS and only told two of my best friends and one lady at work. It's killing me!

Had some v light bleeding and cramping over a few days this week, I've been told it's probably fine but I've been offered an early scan on Tuesday if it doesn't stop by then.

I only had nausea in week 4, now I'm fine and normal other than being knackered and having boobs that look like they should be attached to a barbie.

pickled can you update my stats please? I can't edit them! I have 0 previous DCs but I've put that I have 1 haha also my booking in appointment is 1st April!!

Hopefully only another week max! Could be any day now, I've got a gut feeling about tomorrow, but I have such a hectic week at work that it would probably be better if he came home Thurs / Fri.

Once he's home and I've told him the news I'm basically going to staple myself to him so he can make up for the last two weeks of fending for myself and our unborn child alone by eating the entire contents of our cupboard and bingeing on Netflix

The more you eat, the better chance you have of hitting all your food groups . Hope he's back soon, I imagine you're fit to burst!! xxx

Hi Lynn, yes I did have two! I'd love for them both to still be in there but honestly we've waited so long for this, one healthy bubba would be enough. Not had any kind of scan yet so we'll see! God I hope it's all ok.

I've had some light pink discharge today. Feeling really negative as have had two MCs in the past. Not sure what to do next. Did a test and was a strong BFP.

Try not to worry spotty it could be just implantation spotting. X

Could be but I just feel so anxious that it'll be more. Am 6+2 so not sure if I'm past the implantation stage.

It could be anything. Have you had any cramps?

Can you book in for an early scan because of your privious mc?

Yep had a bit of cramping today.

I think I'll ring the midwife on Monday and see what she says. Feel worse as it's the weekend.
