Ugh floored by tiredness today, had to have an afternoon nap!!
Does anyone else get an odd kind of hunger/nausea? I'm quite often undecided if I'm starving or feel sick, it's quite strange!

IndiX · 28/02/2016 19:50

Panda I've felt like that for nearly 2 weeks, I'm now 7+5 and nausea started at 6w. Feel so crappy and sick usually from about 12/1pm and onwards, once I eat I usually feel better for 30-60mins then feel shit again. My mum has told me it's just something I'll get used to. But yeah, nausea/hunger/appetite loss is all going on at once here!

queenoftheworld93 · 28/02/2016 20:03

Feel like I am so far behind the rest of this group! I'm only 5+1. Anyone else start to feel nauseous around now or is it just me imagining things?

BigKicker · 28/02/2016 20:04

Panda I feel like that, when I start feeling really sick it normally means I have to eat something. Oddest thing as feels like the last thing you want to do!

Because I'm pants at keeping up on here can I please sneak onto the FB group??

Thankies! :)

itsallgoodfun · 28/02/2016 20:08

Private message me if you'd like to be on the Facebook group Hun I'll sort it for you X

woodpigeon123 · 28/02/2016 20:13

Hi itsallgoodfun

Have messaged you!

Thanks xx

Littleredhead1983 · 28/02/2016 20:42

queenoftheworld I am 5 exactly today. Only symptoms are killer sore nipples, extreme tiredness and constant thirst (leading to constant peeing). No nausea as yet. Is it really weird that I wish it would start? I know I will regret that but I think it'd make me feel more secure!

Panda89 · 28/02/2016 20:44

Glad it's not just me with the crazy hunger sickness :)
I'm going away next weekend for one of my hobbies/sports event... It's traditionally very boozey so planning my non drinking excuses.
Giving up for Lent and antibiotics I'm thinking are the best!

How is everyone getting on?

BigKicker · 28/02/2016 21:10

Oh I'm hoping to avoid social outings as I find it hard work making up excuses. Went with antibiotics last time, just have to be creative as to what they're for :)

Jubaloo442 · 28/02/2016 21:12

The hunger/sickness! All I can face is beige food - potato wedges, garlic bread, crisps etc. lots of lying down and sighing today. Feel a bit pathetic but am too sicky to care that I'm pathetic. Pah! Also realised today that I haven't worn trousers all week, I think bcse I am bloated (obvs beige food related).

Figgygal · 28/02/2016 21:16

Omg just caught sight of my stomach I look so fat!!!

BigKicker · 28/02/2016 21:17

Figgygal I look as though I'm carrying twins at 6 months. It's not funny anymore. All I'm eating is carbs as well.

Panda89 · 28/02/2016 21:18

Haha at beige food :) me and the OH have just made cupcakes, they are kinda beige under the icing I guess!

missybct · 28/02/2016 21:20

Thanks all for your replies re: symptoms - seems were mostly experiencing the same Thanks

Queen seem to recall that my sickness started around 6 weeks and is still of and on now at 9 weeks. Eased off this week though.

Dropping off typing this on my phone...

queenoftheworld93 · 28/02/2016 21:30

Panda we made cupcakes tonight too :)

Thank you for replies about symptoms. I'm just anxious to have them I suppose!

Panda89 · 28/02/2016 21:37

Queen- Sunday night cupcakes the ultimate pregnancy food!

I've replied to everyone on private message Smile

fish88 · 29/02/2016 06:29

Yes to the sickness/hunger. If I eat little and often I can sometimes keep the sickness at bay but if I ignore it too long then I feel awful for the rest of the day and can't face food.

I've completely lost my usual sweet tooth and I am now living off toast and plain crisps so fairly beige.

LillianFullStop · 29/02/2016 09:07

Yes to the hunger/nausea here - just the last couple of days and it's also a weird I am so hungry but then I try to eat and I'm completely turned off by what I'm trying to eat. I don't actually throw up at least!

Also been feeling dizzy! More so in the afternoons.

OrangeBlossom2 · 29/02/2016 09:24

8+2 still nauseous and tired. Toddler has a cold so fed literally all night long on my poor sore boobs. Milk already drying up based on what I pump at work. I have my NHS booking appointment today to get into the system for scans but we have appointed the lovely independent midwives so they will be taking over all my care from today. I've taken the whole day off work as my appointment is in the middle of the day and still taken DS to the childminder. I've just enjoyed a cup of tea and hot cross bun in peace!

Could I join the Facebook group please? I find mn hard to follow.

SchnitzelvonKrummsverylowtum · 29/02/2016 09:26

Lillian I've been feeling dizzy too. Not very pleasant.

5+6 today, and I've been feeling nauseous for the past week - the only thing that seems to help is eating biscuits!

Sorry to hear so many are also feeling rough.

DS has actually slept through the night for the past two nights, so at least I'm getting a bit more sleep.

TaffetaMuttonfudge · 29/02/2016 10:41

Bit of a TMI, but is anyone else noticing any discharge? It's like cervical mucus and happens every few days. Grim, I know it had to ask....

itsallgoodfun · 29/02/2016 11:12

Orange pm me I'll get you on the fb group X

JulietteL · 29/02/2016 11:41

Taffeta Yup: I'm getting exactly the same as you describe.
