Welcome, welcome, welcome to the 43rd grads thread... celebrating the success of Just Shagging in getting us viroids upduffed!

For those that don't know, a 'viroid' is from the original JSing thread 1, where someone was trying to type ladies (in reference to all the JSing ladies), but their phone decided to call us all viroids instead!

The name stuck and we've been the JSing viroids ever since.

The 42nd grads thread is HERE

The thread we have graduated from is HERE in its 56th outing. WARNING: they're all a bit kerazy not to mention randy!

There is also a Just Mumming thread HERE
for once your babies come along, or to keep up with the graduated graduates!

There is also a private facebook group (so it doesn't give the game away in your news feed!)... if you want to join to see photos of new babies etc, just ask in-thread!

HERE is the stats list, please update your own spot with any updates. (Except it's not because I don't know how to link to the stats sheet!)

I wish I'd scoop into first place,.this baby seems determined to plague me with BH'S with no outcome!

Good luck niff and gouda, can't wait for baby updates!

SkyWasMadeOfAmethyst · 09/01/2016 21:34

I don't know what's gotten into me?! Currently downloading Google Sheets for the Ipad so I can make a spreadsheet of what we still need to get Blush

SkyWasMadeOfAmethyst · 09/01/2016 22:31

I'm telling you Jelly my money is on you!Star

honeysucklejasmine · 09/01/2016 23:00

Sky... Are you OK?

lildottie · 09/01/2016 23:21

Evening all.

sky I'm jealous of your spreadsheeting! Well done on a productive day!

Getting excited for the next influx of js babies. Pom poms at the ready and waving the vagina bunting!

pretzelpieces · 09/01/2016 23:31

Well done sky

Gosh it's babies a go go again isn't it! Eek jelly don't leave me, you're the person that will stop me from having to be at the top of the stats ever !

SkyWasMadeOfAmethyst · 10/01/2016 00:57

Argh just fell asleep at 12 and DD woke me up 10 mins ago xlaiming to be hungry. After 1 sp of water she's back to sleep and I am wide awake...

A bit freaked out by my own nestyness. I think it's because work is going to be really hectic until mid Feb and I am doing as much as possible now so I can rest for the last month before baby arrives...

goodnessgraciousgoudaoriginal · 10/01/2016 05:53

So after a nice couple of weeks of sleeping for hours and hours each night, then napping in the day at times, I'm back to pregnancy insomnia - didn't sleep until midnight, and have been awake since 4!

Did the last lot of batch cooking yesterday as I had nothing better to do. The freezer is officially FULL. Not that impressive considering how tiny it is, but all the same!! I think we have about two weeks of dinners in there.

sky - ahhhh yes. The manic organisational phase. Enjoy it while it lasts!!!! Sounds like your iron levels must be on the mend as well to keep up with that lot! I used to find that after a day or so of manic activity I would totally crash, so do be careful.

carrot - good work with the de christmassing. Very jealous of your mince pie!!! I think the back ache might be due to baby cheese's position (plus I always got awful back ache with periods so not sure if that's linked).

Really not enjoying this "limbo" stage!

SkyWasMadeOfAmethyst · 10/01/2016 06:37

Urgh DD up at 6am. No doubt starving as the child avoids food. Currently trying to get her back to sleep. I was up until 2 last time! So sleep training #3!

pretzelpieces · 10/01/2016 07:06

Sounds like a good plan sky, get stuff done while you've got the energy. Though like gouda says, don't run yourself into the ground, especially if DD is not letting you sleep!

I'm sleeping rubbish now too. Do you think it's the anticipation gouda? Last few nights I haven't been able to switch my brain off but last night I felt perfectly relaxed and still slept like crap!

jellypi3 · 10/01/2016 08:38

I'm sure the shit sleep at this stage is preparation for when baby is here. At least I know I can function waking up 5/6 times a night. DP on the other hand...

goodnessgraciousgoudaoriginal · 10/01/2016 10:40

pretzel - Sorry to hear that you're also sleeping badly. I guess it could be a baby preparation thing. I went back to bed at 0700 and slept through until DH woke me at 1000, so maybe it's getting used to sleeping in shifts! Grin

jelly - He will have to learn through a baptism of fire!! At least he has had the last 9 months to build up a brilliant sleep bank.....Grin

If nothing starts moving then I am booked for an induction in only 8 days Sad

I really REALLY REALLY don't want to be induced.

pretzelpieces · 10/01/2016 11:02

Aw gouda, anything could happen in 8 days and post due date induction is way more likely to just kick things off that were ready to happen naturally. I really don't want to be induced either though so I can't say much! I'd feel better about it if it was post 40 weeks though. Like you, I've managed a mid morning nap, hooray!

jelly a lot of people keep telling me that! I'm not convinced that the best physical preparation for sleep deprivation is more sleep deprivation Hmm but there you go. We'll cope x

goodnessgraciousgoudaoriginal · 10/01/2016 11:37

Can I ask a stupid question? I've noticed over the last two or three days that I've been getting more CM than usual. Not an absolute ton, but enough that I've noticed. It's A LOT like the cm you get when ovulating - the very thin egg white consistency (sorry for the graphic description around lunch time....).

I haven't had any issues with cm during the pregnancy, other than when I lost my plus a couple of weeks ago. Seeing as I'm over 40 weeks now, is this something I should be flagging to anyone? Looking online hasn't helped.

God this whole pregnancy thing is so confusing.

honeysucklejasmine · 10/01/2016 12:04

I think a plug is a different colour from EWCM? Tbh even if it was your mucus plug, you still don't need to do anything, it doesn't mean labour is imminent unfortunately.

I am getting better at falling asleep again after waking which is good news!

ThursdayLastWeek · 10/01/2016 12:29

My plug came away in one big plop and deffo couldn't be mistaken for CM gouda.

OP posts:
pretzelpieces · 10/01/2016 12:35

gouda I asked my midwife after the 'white stuff streaming down my legs' incident and she said if it's runny and white or clear it's just discharge. Hopefully still means something hormonal and exciting is brewing though!

jellypi3 · 10/01/2016 12:45

the past week or two i've been getting lumps of solid looking CM of various colours (white, green, yellowy). Mentioned to MW and she said it could be plug coming away or could just be increased discharge, unless it smells offensive it's fine.

Question, am I weird for wanting to take my pram out for a stroll. I want to go for a walk and really want to take the pram with me. It'd be strange without a baby right???

Hobbit19 · 10/01/2016 13:29

Ha ha yes Jelly, that would be completely mental! Put one of the cats in it, then it's totally fine

honeysucklejasmine · 10/01/2016 13:39

Yes Jelly, that would be odd. Very. Wink

goodnessgraciousgoudaoriginal · 10/01/2016 13:52

Thanks all, I will leave it in that case. I know it's not my mucous plug - I lost that a couple of weeks ago. This is very different sort of cm. I've been getting more regular BH today but nothing exciting seems to be coming from it.

jelly - that would be fucking mental!! Grin [grin Grin

Nefertitts · 10/01/2016 15:11

Oooh Gouda it could be something esp if you're getting more regular BHs! What's the difference btw BHs and actual contractions? After failing to notice I was having them until they were pointed out to me on the trace, and then the doctor asking why I'd not noticed my plug coming away as I was 2cm dilated, I'm feeling a bit clueless. Thing is, everything kinda aches so...

Jelly I think you'll get plenty of chance to push your buggy around soon!

Nothing happening here but I did have a big sleep last night and a lovely long nap this afternoon. I've been sleeping in shifts for weeks pretz I decided just to give up on my normal routine and go with sleeping when I feel like it. My bedtimes are really late, I wake about 6, eat, sleep til about 9:30 or 10, and have another long afternoon nap. I figure provided I'm getting enough overall it doesn't matter when so much.

Nefertitts · 10/01/2016 15:13

And disco sorry, I can't help on the iron issues as it's not been a problem for me in pg, although I'm often slightly low iron in normal life!

5hell · 10/01/2016 15:22

Lol jelly that did make me chuckle. ..it'd be fine until someone looked in the pram ;) ...after dark u might be OK?

Gouda any changes now must hopefully be things slowly changing in prep for birth...more lubrication to help baby slip out sneeze-style perhaps??

5hell · 10/01/2016 15:27

Went to first ever Zumba class this morning. ..was fun, although I never feel v sexy/coordinated in these types of classes!

Went out for nice lunch and now having a BIG sort out of our top bedroom...I think even dh might be starting to nest ;)
