17caterpillars I started getting a rounded stomach (from under my bust) from about 20 weeks. I'm about an 18/20. Had a really good bump from 28 weeks onwards. I hate the "looking fatter than usual" stage until the real bump comes in :)
Grubby excellent news on your good scan :)
MindfulBear I am really exhausted too - on the days I don't feel sick I am much more tired. I didn't feel like this with DC1 until about 6 months which is when I found out I was anaemic. I have been having a sleep most afternoons if I can and getting some early nights.May be worth getting your iron checked?
About avoiding lying/sleeping on your back, I think that started about 16 weeks for me last time. It is something to do with the excess weight putting pressure on main organs or arteries or something. My breathing certainly felt laboured when I lay on my back for more than a few minutes, particularly as time went on.
I am nauseous/tired on and off, not as bad as with DC1 so I am hoping that continues. Still eating everything in sight to combat the nausea though! I am now 10+2 and scan is less than 2 weeks away :) I am worrying though because it has been 2 weeks since my early scan and I'm just hoping everything is OK. For those saying the first trimester is hard to enjoy, I agree, the secrecy coupled with tiredness, nausea and extreme worry is really hard going.
Hope all are well :)
