Welcome, welcome, welcome to the 41st grads thread... celebrating the success of Just Shagging in getting us viroids upduffed!

For those that don't know, a 'viroid' is from the original JSing thread 1, where someone was trying to type ladies (in reference to all the JSing ladies), but their phone decided to call us all viroids instead!

The name stuck and we've been the JSing viroids ever since.

The 40th grads thread is HERE

The thread we have graduated from is HERE in its 55th outing. WARNING: they're all a bit kerazy not to mention randy!

There is also a Just Mumming thread HERE
for once your babies come along, or to keep up with the graduated graduates!

There is also a private facebook group (so it doesn't give the game away in your news feed!)... if you want to join to see photos of new babies etc, just ask in-thread!

HERE is the stats list, please update your own spot with any updates.

Oh and nearly had a heart attack this am as was dreaming of a photoshoot I did with a friend who lives in Paris and work up to DP telling me to check on her. She is safe thank goodness that dream wasn't an omen.

jellypi3 · 14/11/2015 09:39

Mines at 4:15 sky! You'll know me by the grumpy dp in tow Wink

Can you break it up with a toilet brush? I always panic in those situations

honeysucklejasmine · 14/11/2015 09:40

Lol Sky! Van you break them up a bit with anything?

Jelly, Sky have a great time with your scans... I really want you to bump in to each other.

jellypi3 · 14/11/2015 09:50

I'm going.to be shifting looking at anyone with pink hair now lol

goodnessgraciousgoudaoriginal · 14/11/2015 10:14

We have a lot of friends in Paris. The places attacked in central are places that we have gone out in plenty of times, and some of our friends were there (but are okay).

SkyWasMadeOfAmethyst · 14/11/2015 10:14

I think you're right after me! Hopefully same room as there are 2!

fruitlovingmonkey · 14/11/2015 10:36

Glad to hear they are ok Gouda. I very nearly took DH to Paris this weekend and would have gone to a restaurant my friend took me to which is two doors down from one of the worst attacks. She used to live in the neighbourhood but thankfully has moved. I binned the trip when DH told me he wanted to come home and see ddog after being away from him for 5 days. All those people just enjoying their Friday night and then gunned down at random, it's sickening.

SecondCupOfTea · 14/11/2015 10:44

Another one going for the 'training' scan today. Fortunately, it's my booked hospital, so only a 10-15 min drive to get there. I must remember not to take my knickers off when I get in there, as whenever I've gone to that department for a scan it's been a trans-vaginal one to check my cervix. I don't want to go into autopilot and start stripping Grin

I have no useful unflushable poo suggestions...it's a living nightmare of mine. All I can suggest is pound it with the loo brush, don't exit the cubicle if there's someone else in the sink area, and deny all knowledge.

FeatheredTail · 14/11/2015 11:09

Laughing at Tea's poo cover ups - as someone with unpredictable, awful bowels, I NEVER exit when there's someone in the sink area. It's all about the swiftest exit possible! Good luck with getting rid of rebel logs Sky. Remember you're on consecrated grounds! Grin

Paris is just....awful. Was also looking to go for this weekend as a late birthday trip (DH was going to book Morocco....glad he didn't). Glad your friends are ok Gouda and Sky

Makes me very conscious of having to travel and work in the square mile every day. I try not to think about it on a day to day basis, but when something like this happens, how can you not think about your own city?

Going to the theatre/Soho this afternoon to meet up with SIL. Wish I wasn't now. (Pregnancy nausea and fatigue back in full force combined with terrorism paranoia = what. A. Combo)

CarrotPuff · 14/11/2015 13:13

I hope the logs disappeared Sky. I hate when this happens. Toilet brush sometimes works to push them up the drain.

Those poor French people. DP thinks London is next... So scary.

I had my lie in today but couldn't sleep. I'm shattered. On top of that I've got itchy foof again so I think thrush is back. I want to cry Sad

CarrotPuff · 14/11/2015 13:14

Oh and good luck with the scans today!

CarrotPuff · 14/11/2015 16:30

Is everyone napping??

CountryGal4 · 14/11/2015 16:43

I'm still here.... At a conference in London but out in 30 mins WOOOOOO

honeysucklejasmine · 14/11/2015 16:47

I'm making a star shaped blanket and fantasising about burger toppings. DH going to shops shortly so need to decide. So far thinking garlic Mayo, tomato relish... Not sure on cheese. Emmentaal or mozzarella?!

CountryGal4 · 14/11/2015 16:53

Obviously both. Were off to Byron burger for dinner Grin

SkyWasMadeOfAmethyst · 14/11/2015 16:56

We went to Five Guys before scan today! So yummy!

CountryGal4 · 14/11/2015 17:07

We've also bought three portions of amazing looking vegan cake will post picks to Facebook later before I eate them aaaaaall

oneyorkshirepud · 14/11/2015 17:59

Mmmm burgers. All the parents round for dinner here tonight so we are having chicken and chorizo stew followed by chocolate orange pudding and homemade custard. YUM!!

Found my phone! Well DH did as he actually looked under the seat in the car as opposed to just looking through the window like I did

Flowers for those of you with poo trauma/thrush trauma!!

We had antenatal this morning and having previously decided to use disposables I was a bit swayed by the cloth nappies!! To be fair they have set up some really good deals in the area; she said to use disposables for the first couple of weeks and then we can hire a full set of cloth nappies for 6 weeks free of charge! I figure there is nothing to lose by signing up for that and giving them a try. Then there are various other financial incentives to buy cloth nappies if you like them when you try them out... interesting...

Peenut · 14/11/2015 18:07

Ha ha! Was it the little tap dancers who left the giant unflushable logs in the church loos?! Or some thoughtless bunged up parents? I wasn't sure from your message earlier Sky but it did make me laugh! Hope the vicar didn't have to roll up his sleeves!

BURGERS! Mmmm! You are making me hungry with all your talk of cheese toppings. Biscuit

jellypi3 · 14/11/2015 18:24

Hope your scan went well tea!! :) mine was amazing, got a great shot of bubba waving lol. And sky and I "met" today lol!

honeysucklejasmine · 14/11/2015 19:37

Yes Pud, do it!

Illiria · 14/11/2015 20:58

Sky - eeep, hope you escaped without anyone realizing it was you. Tmi - but at uni one of my housemates had to keep special poo tongs made from a metal well bracket as his leavings were often the size of subway 6 inch sandwiches.

Paris attack is so sad, friend of ours lives in Paris but happened to be in Edinburgh this weekend.

MollyBloomYes · 14/11/2015 21:25

I absolutely cannot poo anywhere but my own loo (holiday homes are acceptable but only if sharing with family). It's quite an issue, it's not like I'm stubbornly holding it I just can't go! Slightly worried they won't let me leave hospital until I go...is that a thing? Can't remember. I know they'll want me to wee which is fine, but I spent a week in hospital after my lung operation and didn't go once! At uni I used to poo with shower going so housemates couldn't hear me. I've got issues!

Paris is just awful, so utterly utterly dreadful and wrong. We're yet to take DS into London because Im scared of him being on the tube (we had a nasty overcrowding incident on Paris metro when he was teeny and it's spooked me) and this doesn't strengthen my resolve but I don't want those bastards to win and stop us living our lives

MollyBloomYes · 14/11/2015 21:29

Oh and pud that scheme sounds amazing! There's nothing in our area, we're only just getting a nappy library after nearly a year of seeming internal politics and changing ownership. I love cloth but am reluctantly selling my stash as they're just not working for ds' body type anymore. Going to use non-chemical disposables for both kids til baby is big enough to go in birth to potty then sniff around for new type for both of them. Quite excited to try some new brands! And anyone wants a job lot of miosolos....!

SkyWasMadeOfAmethyst · 15/11/2015 06:16

Up all night Sad

DD developed a high temp and vomited last night. She woke up at 230 and I was up until 4 then again at 530... Hoping it isn't anything serious. I think she is asleep again finally after ibuprofen and a cold compress. Wish me luck!
