Welcome, welcome, welcome to the 40th grads thread... celebrating the success of Just Shagging in getting us viroids upduffed!

For those that don't know, a 'viroid' is from the original JSing thread 1, where someone was trying to type ladies (in reference to all the JSing ladies), but their phone decided to call us all viroids instead!

The name stuck and we've been the JSing viroids ever since.

The 39th grads fred is HERE.

The thread we have graduated from is HERE in its 55th outing. WARNING: they're all a bit kerazy not to mention randy!

There is also a Just Mumming thread HERE for once your babies come along, or to keep up with the graduated graduates!

There is also a private facebook group (so it doesn't give the game away in your news feed!)... if you want to join to see photos of new babies etc, just ask in-thread!

HERE is the stats list, please update your own spot with any updates.

lil yay! Date from fertilisation makes sense to me. Don't know why they don't count it that way anyway!

jelly Grin why were they saying 'face to pubes' anyway?! haha

Jcandy · 07/11/2015 06:48

First day of mat leave and I'm awake at this time! Go figure.

It's so great to see you on the stats lil you rebel!

Jelly I'd giggle if they said that too! And err why??

Which did you choose in the end pud?

CountryGal4 · 07/11/2015 06:48

Our alarm is set for 9, I've been awake for almost an hour Hmm

jellypi3 · 07/11/2015 07:43

I hate early mornings on the weekend when they are uncalled for!!

Apparently face to pubes is the proper term for when a baby comes out facing upwards. It did make me chuckle.

ThursdayLastWeek · 07/11/2015 07:44

Oh, I remember when I had to set an alarm for 9am.
Actually, no I don't. Grin

Blowing an absolute hoolie here - to parkrun or not to parkrun that is the question...

SecondCupOfTea · 07/11/2015 08:03

I'm lying in bed, drinking my first cup of tea of the day. Soon it'll be time for my second one (hence my MN name). Then it's food shopping time (making Xmas cake this weekend) and then we're braving an nct nearly new sale.

I'll definitely need that second cup of tea!

KateBeckett · 07/11/2015 08:10

Morning everyone, have rtf but struggling to remember much!

Yay for all the scans this week!

J it's Sod's law that you wake up this early on your first day of ml!

Can't remember who came home to the bird-pocalypse, but I hope you found it / the cats devoured it all... Envy

I am so tired I think I'm going to die... I've been going to bed at half 8 because I can't stay awake any longer, but then I wake up to pee and can't get back to sleep. Sad How long does the bone crushing tiredness last?!

We're away to see friends today, and staying over too. I'm hoping hey won't notice how tired I am, or that I keep gipping Grin but my friend is also pregnant and due in Feb, so I'm vaugely concerned she's going to cotton on.

thursday no to the park run, but that's because I'm so tired that thinking about you doing it is making me want to weep!

Jcandy · 07/11/2015 10:05

Managed to get back to sleep for a bit so all is not lost! It was actually ok as normally I would stress that I wasn't asleep but instead I just thought don't worry you van catch up later if needed. Much better Smile

Oh they meant face to pubis as in the bone. That makes much more sense! I was wondering why they used pubes as an official term. Still worth a giggle though!

Kate my tiredness took till about 18 weeks to go and started again about 30 weeks but everyone different!

tea we normally make a Christmas cake each year but with babycandy due on the 13th December I'm not sure we'll have time to ice and decorate it so haven't this year. Feels such a shame though.

rdm10 · 07/11/2015 10:17

Yeh to mat leave jc. I warn you now though, daytime TV becomes addictive!!

All this talk of mince pies is making me NEED one! Ooh and the Christmas film channel has started on sky, that's me sorted for next week (well until baby arrives then I'm sure I'll be a little busy!?)

Due date today!! Didn't think I'd get here, what with my baby being the size of a Labrador-but it appears to be as lazy as one too. So I'm off out for lunch today, only to stop myself desperately hoping that every little thing I feel is labour starting!

Jcandy · 07/11/2015 10:23

Happy due date rdm!

ThursdayLastWeek · 07/11/2015 10:34

Happy due date rdm!

I did go to parkrun and took the dog too. It was wet, rainy, windy, muddy and difficult. But I love it Grin

I'm doing nowt else all weekend!

SkyWasMadeOfAmethyst · 07/11/2015 10:35

Have just finished off my stash of devilled eggs. Have decided they are the perfect preggo food. Currently wondering if six eggs weekly is too much?

Happy due date rdm!

Yay for naps jc

pretzelpieces · 07/11/2015 10:41

Happy due date rdm!

NfmCold: It is still getting worse after three days and I've started coughing stuff up. On the plus side its meant I've been watching this BBC drama called River on iplayer which I'm really enjoying.

pretzelpieces · 07/11/2015 10:42

Just realised it's five days not three. Fell into the cold vortex.

Also thurs I'm in awe of you. I'm trying to muster the effort to get to the kitchen for porridge!

Jcandy · 07/11/2015 11:50

My sister in law has had her baby Grin can't wait to have baby snuggles with our new niece!

If it's still getting worse by Monday pretzel it might be worth speaking to someone just in case it's turned into a cheat infection. I felt awful with the cold I had a couple of weeks ago, it's rubbish that you can't take anything!

oneyorkshirepud · 07/11/2015 12:28

Kate sorry that you are feeling so tired - it is really really rubbish. Most normal people seem to recover anywhere between 12 and 18 weeks. It was 20 weeks for me but I still feel okay now at 34 weeks so it's swings and roundabouts really. Take it easy, have lots of naps. Flowers

Happy Due date rdm!

Well done on the park run in the rain Thurs? Is your back still okay then? Mine really hurts if I do too much walking, never mind running!

Couldn't wait until Xmas for cake so bought some from the shop. Going to a piece with some strong cheddar this afternoon - yum!

Had NHS antenatal this morning, it was really good. Next week is all about how to look after baby, Eep!

ThursdayLastWeek · 07/11/2015 12:31

Ooh, congrats to your SIL AuntieJC. Enjoy the snuggles while you've got one you can give back

Thank you pretz I do make it look like rather hard work, but it's just nice to get out. I have made so many friends through parkrun it's my most sociable thing!

We just had pancakes for lunch - yum.

pretzelpieces · 07/11/2015 17:09

Welcome to the Blush club pretz

CarrotPuff · 07/11/2015 18:11

Congrats on your niece JC! And on mat leave!

I'm so annoyed. Ordered some mat stuff from Asos, nothing fit, so returned everything back. They are saying they only got 5 items back, not 6. And that the weight on the proof of postage also only adds up to 5 items. I've looked everywhere, I can't find it! Actually burst into tears about it earlier...

ThursdayLastWeek · 07/11/2015 18:41

Oh carrot what a nuisance Sad

Did you find all the ASOS stuff way too massive?

SkyWasMadeOfAmethyst · 07/11/2015 20:17

Poor you carrot! Are you sure you got in the first place? Do you remember trying it on?

Discofairypants · 07/11/2015 20:25

carrot the exact same thing happened to my DH when he returned stuff to asos and we knew for a fact it all went back.. He just kicked right off at them and they backed down in the end. Think they're chancers to be honest!

kate I'm 13 weeks now and the complete and utter exhaustion is gradually getting better ... Although I'm generally in bed before 9 I'm not feeling so exhausted.

pud glad ante natal was good ... I actually met a really great group of friends at nhs ante natal and we still see each other now ... Think we spent a lot of our mat leave together which was absolutely lovely!

House is a tip due to decorating (dh, not me ... I'm off the hook, yes!) so now slobbed on the sofa eating popcorn and chocolate mmmm!

CarrotPuff · 07/11/2015 20:28

Yeah it was too big. But I think I needed smaller size anyway...

It was there, yes. It was trousers. I thought of keeping them and put them away at first, but then thought they were not that comfy so I should return them. I'm pretty certain I've put them back in the bag, because I tried them on again before that... But they are nowhere to be found...

I guess it's just because I don't have anything to wear... Last time I worked for a bigger company, more professional, but they were very relaxed about what you wear in the office. I could wear jeans every day. Now it's a much smaller office, and they all seem to make an effort to look smart... I'm sure no one would say a word regarding what I wear, but I don't want to look frumpy when everyone looks nice... But I can't find anything decent workwear wise online that isn't extortionate. You almost get an impression pregnant women only wear jeans and Tshirts!

Tried to bid on something on eBay, but then changed my mind about it, but after I've placed the bid. So now I'll have to buy it! I guess it's the collection of little frustrating things that tipped me over today... On top of that, DP is being a prick as well.

Sorry for woe is me post, I'll go have some hot choc...

Discofairypants · 07/11/2015 20:40

I find that with work stuff when pregnant it's really hard to find comfy but smart stuff.

Last time I wore lots of mat trousers/mat tube type skirts with plain maternity vests then various different cardi's over the top to try and break it up a bit ... You could also try plain tops with statement jewellery over the top? New look used to do really nice maternity stretchy dresses which look nice with tights.

It's so hard isn't it!
