JuicyJerusalem? JuicyLucyintheStablewithJesus?

These are all a bit whatstheword? Umm ummm, cmon brain... sacrilegious? Not the word I was looking for. BLASPHEMOUS!

Thank the JuicyLord for Thesaurus.com.

I can use AOL and Yahoo at work, but Compliance keep a record of all conversations. Tsk.

How about JuicyJingleBells?

Frenchsmallfry · 01/12/2006 11:03

Oh not sure why that was Lg&t, I've got you on mine and that is probably why you never appear on line. Thought you had blocked me already.

I'll see if it will let me add you again and send you the contact request.

Pebble added you now, I had put .com instead of .co.uk

Juicylucythe2nd · 01/12/2006 11:04

LOL at JLinthe stable

We both have to go to confession now

ShowHoHoOfHands · 01/12/2006 11:04

Right, first things first where are my KKs? Never tried them, salivate every time I open this thread and still nobody initiates me into the cause! Actually I really like gingerbread so if anybody wants to send me any- DH tells me off for buying it- and I'll return the favour and send somebody something Christmassy. I can be CATed through MN- we should have a Secret Santa set up for all the May O7ers...

JL I am so pleased you like Matilda. I've had it picked out as my girls name since reading Roald Dahl's book at a very young age. I love it, but prefer it spelt Mathilda I think. Plus it shortens so well: Tilly, Mattie, Tilda and actually Maud is short for Matilda too which is sweet for a little girl. It would be weird if we both had Matildas though! Quite cool too though, I'd forever be on the look out for other Matildas the same age as mine- although I draw the line at shouting 'Are you JuicyLucy?' across London!

Great to hear from Charley and lovely to have a bit of good news. Still keeping everything crossed and will think of you on the day of the amnio.

Great Christmas names- though some of you clearly aren't making the effort! JL I can't think of one for you, Tutter came up with mine. I'm gutted that I was LastOfTheMulledWine last year (as I was called Kleggie usually) and was ridiculously pleased with it. ShowOfHands is harder to Christmasify.

Where's Jess?

I'm in a better mood today re. miserable old loon implying I'm a biffa. It's Christmas and I'm pregnant- couldn't be happier. I've even got two advent calendars (traditional ones, no chocolate) and am being very excited about the whole thing. Can't believe next Christmas I'll have a 7 month old to share it with.

Happy December all!

largevirginbirthandtonic · 01/12/2006 11:09

Right am off out shopping with no children, no pushchair, no nappy bag, ohmigod! Bliss.... And on a full stomach of KK's, am soooo happy

twelvedaysofchristmas · 01/12/2006 11:20

Am going to CAT you SOHHHH. I can't take the guilt that you're dying for some KK's too.

Can't get to the PO til next week now though. You'll have to wait a bit!

Creena · 01/12/2006 11:33

I've been known to mistakenly trump when sneezing. In company too. I realise that this has nothing to do with pelvic floors, though - I just thought I'd share with you all!

I'd really like a festive name but you can't really make Creena a bit Christmassy, can you? My brain's really not working today as all I can think of is CreenaTingle (as in Christingle) or CreenaRoastingOnAnOpenFire - I don't really like either of those!!!

twelvedaysofchristmas · 01/12/2006 11:36

TwasthenightbeforeCreenabottomburped

OK, no, really, I am thinking.

OP posts:
ShowHoHoOfHands · 01/12/2006 11:38

Oh 12DOC you are a Christmas angel- please don't feel obliged, I was mock moaning really.

Creena, just seen you like Matilda as a name too. My only concern is that it's getting really popular- I want to avoid popular names, but I love Matilda. Hmm...

Does anybody mind if I add them to my MSN? I think I've got LG&T, Creena, FSF and pebble from the thread- who have I missed? My home 'puter died a couple of months ago and deleted all my MSN contacts, I promise I'm entirely normal (apart from the toilet paper thing really!). I won't add until I get the go ahead. I'm rhondapeak at hotmail dot co dot uk if anybody wants to add me (again guess my name!).

Just seen Jess has been around, this thread moves too quick, I thought she'd gone AWOL!

twelvedaysofchristmas · 01/12/2006 11:42

Hey, SOH I was thinking about your Christmas name and thought of LetitShnowLetitShnowLetitShnow. Then I realised it's probably more appropriate for NatalieJane in the "am I in labour" thread, whose had more shows than The Mousetrap.

Letitshow. Arf.

OP posts:
Creena · 01/12/2006 11:43

SOH - I was thinking that as I read through this thread this morning! Mind you, I'm fairly certain that DH won't approve and I seem to veering towards Olivia these days. Must check out that name link someone mentioned.

12DOC - LOLS WITH BELLS ON!! My DH would agree with that one, especially recently. I keep telling him that I can't help it, it's my hormones but he won't believe me.......

ShowHoHoOfHands · 01/12/2006 11:45

Oh I love LetitShnowLetitShnowLetitShnow and you're right, would be good for poor old NJ- I keep checking the thread. Just think, that'll be us in five months...

LetitShnowLetitShnowLetitShnow · 01/12/2006 11:46

Much better than my other name I think!

Whaddya reckon?

twelvedaysofchristmas · 01/12/2006 11:49

Me likey!

Morning All. Loving the name changes, thought I would join in too. Charleymouse thats wonderful news, everything crossed for you.
Feeling soo grim this morning. DP is away in Paris (le bastard) til Monday so no one to hold my hair while I vom. Little wriggly kept me awake quite a bit last night body popping in my belly. Pretty special but also slightly odd, kept thinking there was something wrong with him. Subject of names, Ive only just started thinking about this recently. Dp wants to call it Willie if its a boy. Hes scottish. I like it but cant help laughing when I say it.. Today I like Delores / Dolores (can be shortened to Dolly or Lores i think) for a girl ( but I will hate it tomorrow).
Had a particularily mental night on my own last night. Still havent come to terms with what a sneaky paranoid bitch I am, so til I do I cant bring myself to admit what I did. But needless to say thats probably half the reason Im feeling so sick this morning. pxx

twelvedaysofchristmas · 01/12/2006 12:12

Been sneaking a look at DP's/ DH's email or sumfing? You can tell us. It's still anonymous. Only half of us know our real names/ addresses/ places of work.

Sorry, I shouldn't joke when you're feeling bad.

I like your new name. x

Juicythe2ndnotsowiseman · 01/12/2006 12:38

Whadja fink? As original as I could get for a friday morning.

Am loving SOH's new name.

Come on RK (love your name too BTW) - what have you been up to??

anneme · 01/12/2006 12:40

am going to avoid Jeremy Kyle because I have just watched This Morning whilst tidying kitchen and cried when Peter Andre and Jordan sang "a whole new world" Thank God this is anonymous that is VERY humiliating.
Hooray, kitchen v tidy (might not be that clean - can't be bothered with mopping etc because it will only get dirty again)Can't be bothered to do any more of the house so think I will sit in the kitchen admiring clutter free surfaces - might as well make the most of it.
Had sad moment going through cupboard and found the 3 packs of baby stuff (you know, Emma's diary etc) that I have got over the last year that then weren't needed because I lost all 3 babies. I was quite superstitious and couldn't bring myself to get rid of them. BUT now that 4th time round seems to be OK (16 wks today) maybe I will have a ritual clearout of that drawer. Will let you know. CAn't believe this one is OK really.

Nursery haven't phoned re DS wheezing - maybe he is just allergic to our house (something to do with my allergy to cleaning perhaps)
Time for BIG lunch. Had made healthy soup but doesn't appeal. Think I will freeze that and make something involving lots of bread and cheese and toasty things with a twirl to wash it down
Yum

twelvedaysofchristmas · 01/12/2006 12:44

P'raps wheezing to do with lack of cleaning you just mentioned!! Kidding, sorry. I think little boys often grow out of the worst of asthma. DH was really bad as a kid and now only has problems when he gets a cold/ chest infection.

I think I would be superstitious too, after all you've been through.

Juicythe2ndnotsowiseman · 01/12/2006 12:49

LOL at you crying to Peter and Jordan anneme. Just to think we've got at least another 6 months of this!!

Glad this pg is going really well for you. xx

Ahem - is no-one going to admire my new name (or suggest a better one

RobinRedBreastsKennedy · 01/12/2006 12:49

yes yes yes god Im an open book. hes away, was on computer, outlook is there open. so tell myself Im only going to look at the mails around the date of the scan to see what he had sent to his mates and see their reactions, and that was actually lovely, everyone really happy, lots of backslapping going on. felt sick sick sick but kept looking. grrrr. hes away this weekend in paris as I said as he djs and manages a band and stuff and theyve all gone together. so he tells me hes coming back monday afternoon as the flights on sunday are too expensive. highly true im sure. but he said he was staying with his mate to save on hotels. (ive not met mate) but whilst snooping OH GOD GOD GOD saw email from said mate saying he wasnt going to be around this weekend at all. email was from a few days ago. things couldve changed. etc etc etc. but in my hightened mental state thats it. hes lied and is staying with a gorgeous french type. absolutely idiotic I know. waiting now til i speak to him to just subtely ask again who hes staying with.
Really really really need to get a grip.
What am I like?? Cannot be trusted! Feel like such a horrible cow. Sure its all completely innocent.
hangs head in shame

Juicythe2ndnotsowiseman · 01/12/2006 12:55

Whoops cross-posted. 1000 Apologies 12DOC

Do you really like it

Creena · 01/12/2006 12:56

anneme - to be fair, you were probably crying at the sound of Jordan's voice, which is completely understandable. This reminds me, there are some 'joke' reviews of the Peter and Jordan album posted on Amazon - made me laugh.

Redkennedy - I'm sure there's nothing to worry about. I mean, it could be that after receiving the email, your DP got on the phone to his mate to sort out whatever it was that was preventing him from being there at the weekend or equally, his friend could have phoned him saying "Never mind, not a problem now" or your DP could have just made other arrangements with one of his other friends instead. There's loads of explanations to be honest but I'm sure you know this already.
