34, 6+3 with #2 (after 27 loooong months of ttc!), edd 13 March

Just had a mango smoothie and it's made my stomach feel horrendous, yuck.

Also I've put on 4 lbs in 6 weeks - ARGH!

Hi everyone! Can I join? I just tested yesterday and I am pregnant, can't believe it! Can't stop worrying now though. My stats:

32, edd 30th March with DC2, 4+0

I have the midwife on Friday which is exciting! But need to calm down and stop worrying, I had spotting and cramps 3 days before period due which I am hoping was implantation bleeding but it is worrying me.

Can't believe how many people already have dates for the 12 week scan. That's v organised. I've been to see GP but I don't know yet which hospital I'd be with as GP wants me to go to one where they have specialists in recurrent mc and pg after several mcs. But the hospital isn't officially on the list of 4 available from my borough so it's not a given they'll take me. GP has written an amazing letter trying to convince them they should.

Meanwhile almost counting the minutes until the early scan on friday. Will be 7+6 so hopefully if everything is ok we'll know fairly definitively.

Wish me luck ladies. I've been bleeding since Sunday so I'm booked in for an early scan at 930. Hoping and praying all is well. We've tried so hard for this baby and I'm devastated that this could be it. Positive thoughts please!

Bless you wonkyparsnip I'm sorry to hear about the bleeding. You've probably researched it all loads yourself but bleeding isn't always a sign things have gone wrong. Sending many positive thoughts your way x

Not my 'early' scan till 14the August when I'll be 11 weeks !

Argh - I want to book a private scan for 8 weeks, can book one on the 8th August for £89, but I feel like anything could happen in that 2 weeks so worried about whether I should or not.

Can someone explain something to me please - according to my pregnancy app I'm due on the 23rd, which is a Wednesday, but it's telling me I will be 5 weeks tomorrow - shouldn't it be today? I've figured out why some sites say I'm due on the 24th (they haven't taken into account it's a leap year) but this one's got me really confused . I am 5 weeks today, aren't I?

nausea has really kicked in today. I feel sick to my stomach and can't move. Working from bed today, thankfully I have a job where I can work from home on my laptop. Can't even think of eating food. Although it's awful in some ways I'm happy to have a symptom as I have no other symptoms. With DD I remember feeling nauseous, but also having sore boobs, bleeding gums and lots of spots so I was starting to worry and lets be honest I'm still worried. I think it's definitely going to be a bed day for me

marmite - at the risk of sounding like your mum, pleeeease eat! I know, it is probably the most unappealing thing right now, but you will be a lot worse off if you don't eat

Oh marmite, I remember that feeling. In the end I had to try not to think of food and try to eat without thinking. DH had to learn not to discuss food with me: don't ask me if I fancy this or that, just put it in front of me and I'll eat.

I reckon I've got a week till I join you in that. I have stocked up on ginger food/drink. Just in case.

BeautifulLiar same here my doctors are so slow its annoying, my booking app is on the 3rd then I'll have to wait for the scan date to come through! hate waiting!!

marmitemofo I'm 7 weeks today and I feel 10x worse than last week, all I seem to eat is Ryvita :( tastes like cardboard, can't think of food the thought of it makes me gag!! I wish I could just leave work and go home, roll on 5pm haha
