Welcome, welcome, welcome to the 34th grads thread... celebrating the success of Just Shagging in getting us viroids upduffed!

For those that don't know, a 'viroid' is from the original JSing thread 1, where someone was trying to type ladies (in reference to all the JSing ladies), but their phone decided to call us all viroids instead!

The name stuck and we've been the JSing viroids ever since.

The 33rd grads fred is here.

The thread we have graduated from is here in its 51st outing. WARNING: they're all a bit kerazy not to mention randy!

There is also a Just Mumming thread here for once your babies come along, or to keep up with the graduated graduates!

There is also a private facebook group (so it doesn't give the game away in your news feed!)... if you want to join to see photos of new babies etc, just ask in-thread!

Here is the stats list, please update your own spot with any updates.

Thanks for the NCT info ladies, very interesting. I really like the sound of baby natal and would like to do a hypnobirthing/natal hypnotherapy course plus NHS courses that may well be enough for us!

pretzelpieces · 23/07/2015 18:45

We're doing the nct signature course. I'm very nervous about labour etc and it's my first so I'm hoping extra info/chance to ask questions will help, and I'm also hoping I might build some sort of irl support network there.

And we're hopefully doing the NHS ones, I have sent off for our preferred dates but apparently demand is high.

Today's fun filled symptom is a rancid metallic taste in my mouth!

ThursdayLast · 23/07/2015 20:49

5 mile run followed by a Chinese takeaway. Woop for Thursdays.

oneyorkshirepud · 23/07/2015 21:10

Thursday you are a beast! I am jealous of your exercise!!

gaggiagirl · 23/07/2015 21:13

I did a 5 minute walk followed by a greggsnut Grin

Toast85 · 23/07/2015 21:16

Steak baguette with chips and peas followed by yoga followed by peanut butter on toast in a minute. Carbs much?

gaggiagirl · 23/07/2015 21:24

Phwoar toast sounds gorgeous. I'm craving all the breads this week. I ate most of a tiger bread this week a pack of wraps and naan and my dad has just given me a loaf of home made sour dough Sad it smells so fresh.

Toast85 · 23/07/2015 21:27

Ooooh fresh baked sour dough. Drool

Purpleball · 23/07/2015 21:31

Ohhhh tiger bread and sourdough! Ga will he adopt me?

We've been to KFC and I had a mighty bucket baby needed it

goodnessgraciousgouda · 23/07/2015 21:32

I would die if I didn't eat carbs - Cannot fathom low carb diets!

Well done on your five mile run Thursday! That's hugely impressive! Hopefully you will be one of the ones that never gets proper bad morning sickness, so you can keep up the running.

I went swimming today and my smugness is very disproportional to the 25 minutes I spent swimming. Didn't even have any biscuits afterwards. Get the fuck in!!!!

MollyBloomYes · 23/07/2015 21:37

Just checking in, things a bit tense in Bloom house at the moment but hoping they'll resolve soon. They've got to really, we're having a baby Grin

Nct, crap for info, great for setting up a bit of a social life if you're lucky, but always risky as you're strangers with potentially only babies in common! My group fell out massively 7 months in but brilliant for getting out the house in early days. Have moved house now and really wish there was a group for second time mums to meet some people as it's a tad lonely (can you hear the tiny violins?!)

Niffertiti · 23/07/2015 21:47

Hmm, here's tonight's puzzler for you: if at 16 weeks pg my baby can now hear my voice, does that mean he can hear me fart too? I'm home alone and was enjoying the freedom...

I suppose I'll deal with enough of its smelly nappies and toddler farts over the forthcoming few years.

Just realised I haven't said hello to the newbies! Congrats on the latest bfps and welcome out of the closet lurkers!

ThursdayLast · 23/07/2015 21:48

Thanks all - sorry for being so smug Grin.

I don't feel sick when I run, and when I went in the morning yesterday I felt better (tired obviously though) the rest of the day. I hope to continue as long as possible.

Carbs is basically my life. I fucking love carbs.

WilHarlot · 23/07/2015 21:50

How old is your current child Molly? Can you find a toddler group or something?

What happened with your NCT group?

jellypi3 · 23/07/2015 21:54

Holy fuck viroids. We put an offer on a house and had it accepted today! We now need to sell our places ASAP!!!!

I've not booked any ante natal groups, should I start soon? If we move I'll want to do them locally.

Purpleball · 23/07/2015 21:57

Mine will be well versed in the sound of farts in that case Grin

Hurray Jelly Smile is yours on the market?

pretzelpieces · 23/07/2015 21:57

That's great jelly!! Yeah makes sense to book where you're going to be. I heard they fill up quickly so I booked asap, but that probably varies by area. It's worth looking around for what sort of thing you want to do. I talked to a few people about what they did and what they recommended and went with nct based on that.

Ha ha Gouda you made me do a snort laugh!

Loving your carb work ladies. And the peanut butter love. Mmmmm. Finished the jar today so need to get some more. Can't remember the name of the brand but it is made from 100% peanuts and doesn't leave that weird fake taste in your mouth iykwim. I eat it on apple slices as a guilt free snack and then get to be all smug with myself. :-)

gaggiagirl · 23/07/2015 22:12

jelly you can join my club! I should be exchanging in a week. I soooooo want it now I've had a professional explain the property boundaries to me ill own a big bit of land outside the walled yard too. Yessssssss! And a manhole! Boooooo!

gaggiagirl · 23/07/2015 22:14

Apple slices?????? Hang your head in shame and crack open the Warburtons you nutter Grin

ThursdayLast · 23/07/2015 22:23

pud you need to add a big slice of cheddar to those PB and apple slices....mmm....

Purpleball · 23/07/2015 22:24

Peanut butter eating weirdos GrinGrinGrin

SecondCupOfTea · 23/07/2015 22:32

I do hope unborn babies don't hear all body sounds, cos if my pregnancy carries on like this, my child will think belching and farting is some sort of advanced communication Hmm
