Welcome, welcome, welcome to the 34th grads thread... celebrating the success of Just Shagging in getting us viroids upduffed!

For those that don't know, a 'viroid' is from the original JSing thread 1, where someone was trying to type ladies (in reference to all the JSing ladies), but their phone decided to call us all viroids instead!

The name stuck and we've been the JSing viroids ever since.

The 33rd grads fred is here.

The thread we have graduated from is here in its 51st outing. WARNING: they're all a bit kerazy not to mention randy!

There is also a Just Mumming thread here for once your babies come along, or to keep up with the graduated graduates!

There is also a private facebook group (so it doesn't give the game away in your news feed!)... if you want to join to see photos of new babies etc, just ask in-thread!

Here is the stats list, please update your own spot with any updates.

Oh god purple you didn't make me feel bad at all! I just wanted to reassure anyone who might have put on more that it's not unusual.

You're right I think that it does depend on your starting weight a bit - I was at the lowest weight I've been for years at the start which is why I think I've put more on

honeysucklejasmine · 21/07/2015 16:40

Yay La! Good work!

gaggiagirl · 21/07/2015 16:42

dulcet give it another week for the fluids to go. 11lb is still great though!

SecondCupOfTea · 21/07/2015 16:46

La delighted to see, after all the suggestions, that it was a vegetable related activity that has initiated labour Grin

Gorgeous pic Jelly Smile

Lookingforadvice123 · 21/07/2015 16:57

Woohoo! Hope things start swiftly moving now la!

ChatEnOeuf · 21/07/2015 17:04

Oohh, hope things are happening La!

RPopz · 21/07/2015 17:13

Thank fuck for that La! You'll be in labour tonight I reckon... always starts at bedtime! Wink BabyLa might be here this time tomorrow Grin

Great scan news jelly Smile

Are you going to stop at 10 indigo or carry on for some kind of world record?? Grin

I wanted a physiological 3rd stage and delayed clamping but ended up with neither as I had a PPH. I think m most places do delayed clamping as standard now. No harm in putting it in your plan - you can change your mind on the day if the placenta takes ages to appear Wink

jellypi3 · 21/07/2015 17:22

Can the Epi-no go beyond 10?!?

Ah great stuff la :) gx he doesn't keep you waiting long!

purple thanks for the info, I was a bit overweight so falling within line :)

Toast85 · 21/07/2015 17:33

YES LA!!

MrsTattoo · 21/07/2015 17:45

Thanks for the info harlot, will book an appointment with GP, but current waiting time to see one at our practise is about 18+ days! Sad

la keep twerking, it must be doing something! Wink

teejayem · 21/07/2015 17:54

dulce I had drips galore and retained a shitload of water for about 10 days after i had TT, my feet and ankles were massive for ages, and I only weighed about 3 kg less than I did before birth, felt massively cheated and then i dropped almost 6kg in a few days and lost a bit more each day. Drink lots of water, apparently it helps. I had awful night sweats which got rid of some and I think i peed out the rest.

extra weight I'm carrying now is boob and boobmilk. that's my excuse and I'm sticking with it

lol @ epi-no. does it go all the way up to 11? ;-)
c'mon la ! I'm keeping your seat warm in grad grads :)

CarrotPuff · 21/07/2015 18:09

Ooh La sounds promising! Waves pom-poms

Dulcet don't despair, for me baby weight fell off in little bursts over the course of few weeks, so whatever weight you are now it's not final!

gaggiagirl · 21/07/2015 18:16

la what did your plug look like? I dont think I saw mine.
Are you pushing yet?

I saw my ndn's baby yesterday awwww little new born.

ThursdayLast · 21/07/2015 18:25

Go La!

And yay Jelly! What a lively looking bean you've got there Smile

Oh man I had night sweats for what felt like weeks, and lochia (emcs) for actually 6 weeks I reckon.

I told some of my friends today. We all have 2yos, one has a 5mo too and the other two are 19 and 32 weeks preggo respectively. They sort of bought up the fact I'd mentioned stopping my pill and I couldn't lie Blush

I figure should the worst happen these are the friends I would turn to, so I haven't jinxed anything.

oneyorkshirepud · 21/07/2015 18:35

Thursday I told some close friends before 12 weeks, they would have been people that we turned to if we had bad news - it was nice for them to share our secret too.

So I was organised and made enough curry for tonight and tomorrow. I ate tonight's. Then I ate tomorrow's. Oopsie. I have been eating like a HORSE in the last few days. Was at my Mum's at the weekend she thought it was hilarious. I weighed myself at 17 weeks and had put on no weight since bfp, so quite relieved by the massive appetite, figure the baby is having a growth spurt! It is certainly very active, I love feeling it wiggle about!

jellypi3 · 21/07/2015 18:37

We told some friends quite early thursday because of a similar situation :)

I think a plug is like the ultimate sporn.

So I just cried. I told my mum and her first reaction was to tell me how upset she was because I hadn't told her earlier and told my grandparents before her. Every time I said "aren't you happy" she just said "no I'm really sad you didn't tell me". No congrats, nothing. Luckily my nan was there to give me a cuddle but still...I guess I expected at least a congrats!

Sorry for rant. Needed to get it off my chest.

ThursdayLast · 21/07/2015 18:44

Fucks sake jelly what is wrong with some people??? I feel your pain. When I told my mum about DS she said
'But you're not married Shock'
Then
'But I'm too young to be a granny' and maybe at some point she said congrats I can't remember.

Just chalk it up on things-I-won't-say-when-I'm-a-mother-myself.

ThursdayLast · 21/07/2015 18:45

And remember it's her bloody issue not yours. You've done nothing wrong.

honeysucklejasmine · 21/07/2015 18:47

Jelly honey I'm sorry. Sad Forget about her. Remember your nan's tears of jiy this morning. She's the one who matters.

oneyorkshirepud · 21/07/2015 18:50

Exactly what Honey said Jelly. Your Nan sounds as though she is the one who will be there for you are jellybaby. Flowers

oneyorkshirepud · 21/07/2015 18:51

P.s. is it really bad if I eat DH'S portion of tomorrow's dinner too?! What is wrong with me?! It's like I no longer know how to be full!!

Jcandy · 21/07/2015 18:52

Excellent plug news la! Hope it progresses quickly now

Yay for blood test auf and great scan jelly it's great having so many new grads

Wow indigo you're almost there!! bucket fanny

Meeting at work went today so I've got shorter shifts for the next month and then we'll review them. I've also got more annual leave to take than I thought which is awesome! 20 week scan in 2 days for me. Saw midwife earlier and got to hear the heartbeat again which was lovely Smile

CountryGal4 · 21/07/2015 18:53
