Welcome, welcome, welcome to the 32nd grads thread... celebrating the success of Just Shagging in getting us viroids upduffed!

For those that don't know, a 'viroid' is from the original JSing thread 1, where someone was trying to type ladies (in reference to all the JSing ladies), but their phone decided to call us all viroids instead!

The name stuck and we've been the JSing viroids ever since.

The thread we have graduated from is here in its 50th outing. WARNING: they're all a bit kerazy not to mention randy!

There is also a Just Mumming thread here for once your babies come along, or to keep up with the graduated graduates!

There is also a private facebook group (so it doesn't give the game away in your news feed!)... if you want to join to see photos of new babies etc, just ask in-thread!

Here is the stats list, please update your own spot with any updates.

Fleur had a boy, she posted on FB.

Back to bed.

Fleurchamp · 16/07/2015 10:32

Hi ladies, sorry for the tardy updates - it was quite a day yesterday!

So glad I called mrfleur home when I did, contractions ramped up very quickly and I went to hospital at 12.30 had him at 2.40pm - I was fully dilated when I was assessed there Shock

If anyone is considering natal hypnotherapy I can highly recommend it - I was completely calm throughout mrfleur was worse than me which I think is why I left it so long to go to hospital. I used the maggie howell book and cd but also took a course.

Waters broke with a bang on the sofa - mrfleur is delighted as he hates that thing Grin

I had water and gas and air, gave birth on dry land though. Worst bit for me was being stitched up afterwards and I am sore now (thank you for the tips on FB ladies - will send DH to holland and barratt later).

We got home around midnight last night. Mrfleur has been amazing, I love him so much more now, he is going to be a fabulous dad Grin

Little man is gorgeous, just perfect and has let me have some sleep.

Not sure how BF is going. He has latched a few times and sucked for half an hour but my nips are a little tender, the nct lady said it wouldn't hurt at all if I was doing it properly takes her advice with a huge pinch of salt

RPopz · 16/07/2015 10:35

I think you can be excused fleur, you've had a lot on Wink Congratulations again, sounds like you did amazingly Smile

BF does hurt at the beginning... get the lansinoh on now - before it gets sore. Plenty of skin to skin with your gorgeous squish Smile x

honeysucklejasmine · 16/07/2015 10:36

Aaah Dulcet is going to do a baby! waves pom poms

honeysucklejasmine · 16/07/2015 10:41

Wow Fleur that's so quick! I really hope I can be as fast as you! Amazing!

gaggiagirl · 16/07/2015 10:41

Yay fleur you did it!

LaLaLaaaa · 16/07/2015 10:47

Fab birth story thank you Fleur! So glad you called him home when you did Grin your wee one is gorgeous.

Just told my dh what you said about waters and he's ordered me off sofa as its new!

My pain is worse but still not what I would call coming in contractions, it's just like bad period pain.

Fleurchamp · 16/07/2015 11:10

Just reading back - GX to you both la and dulcet

do the pains come and go la? My first contractions were like period pains but not the constant pain that I get at the time of the month, it would come on, last for about a minute and then I would have a break. It was only when I started noting the times down that I realised they were coming in waves.

Hope to hear about your babies soon Grin

We have all the grandparents, our siblings and nieces and nephew descending on us today - we figure we'll get them all out of the way today whilst little one is still a bit dozy and then we can concentrate on getting BF established over the next few days.

They have all been instructed to bring food Smile

Indigoblue2 · 16/07/2015 11:39

fleur that sounds like you handled the whole birth thing magnificently! Yay for hypnobirthing Grin I've got the Maggie Howell ones too, so I'm definitely going to have a calm awesome birth just like yours Wink

dulcet that does sound like might be your waters, which means a baby before long - keeping everything crossed for you

DulcetMoans · 16/07/2015 11:50

Yay, thanks for sharing the story so quickly fleur. Sounds like it went pretty well! Enjoy your family time. have you got some BF support?

So midwife has been, confirmed it was waters, then upset me by talking about induction. Because my waters have gone first I need to get the baby out in 24-48hrs so she wanted to book me for induction in case it doesn't happen. I was pretty upset but discussed and booked for 7am. I can still refuse tomorrow if I want.

She also did my blood pressure about 8 times as it was high - I have always had low blood pressure. She took the lowest reading and will still let me go to BC at the moment. Everything else was fine.

So, on a deadline now. Get out baby!

(Struggling to tell what is water and what is wee, what is contraction and what is needing a poo!)

Hope you get a good picture of babyLa in a minute la!

Come on, MiniDul, times up!

LaLaLaaaa · 16/07/2015 12:47

Hello!

Pains have just started coming in more waves than constant. Going to start timing to see what's happening. They are not strong, more niggly and prickly. Sometimes I don't notice them at first. Lasting about 30 secs and coming about every 7 mins.

Just saw miniLa! He is around 9lb and has moved again. Still head down though hooray. Couldn't see his face because he was covering it with his hands.

Just waiting to see Dr then we go home to wait it out. My friend from fit mummy is in the ward here after having baby so I'm going to pop in and see her on the way home. Newborn cuddles!

Fleur that sounds very cunning - get the visitors out the way in one job lot! Hope you're getting some rest though and make sure you let folk wait on you.

Dulcet - I'm crossing everything baby comes before tomorrow so you don't have to be induced as I know you don't want to be. Keep running up and down those stairs! (Disclaimer; if you fall I didn't tell you to do it!)

I think we will have a baby in the next 24 hours and I think it's going to be minidulcet! Dibs on girl...

ChatEnOeuf · 16/07/2015 12:56

MiniDulc...ready?

MiniLa...ready?

3..2..1..go!

honeysucklejasmine · 16/07/2015 13:01

Aaah it's so close! Come on babies!

Indigoblue2 · 16/07/2015 13:03

Gladiators.... READY?!?!?

Contenders.... READY?!?!?

Indigoblue2 · 16/07/2015 13:04

Extra points for those who read that in a Scottish middle aged male accent!

honeysucklejasmine · 16/07/2015 13:09

I loved Gladiators! "Contender, you will go on my firsht whishtle. Gladiator, you will go on my shecond whishtle."

So, new season on OBEM on Weds 9pm.

DH has day off. He made me a cheese and ham toastie. I love him.

DulcetMoans · 16/07/2015 13:09

read in Scottish but can't actually do an accent. Maybe half a point for me indigo!

la, I downloaded an app called 'full term' to track. It's free and basic but keeps track of average across each contraction, an hour and over 6 hrs. Newborn snuggles might help get that oxytocin started!

Weigh in done ga. Thanks for that - depressing! Better be a 2 stone baby at least!

Indigoblue2 · 16/07/2015 13:15

Lol honey - you nailed it GrinGrinGrin

dulcet as long as you heard it in your head as Scottish it's full points. Points mean prizes! Unless you get stopped for speeding Hmm

Indigoblue2 · 16/07/2015 13:16

Found that little bastard out the hard way.

honeysucklejasmine · 16/07/2015 14:11

I channelled my inner Connery. Grin

I had points too. Luckily expired now.

Indigoblue2 · 16/07/2015 14:36

I so read it in a Connery accent Grin

My points are still there ok they're not for speeding but being on mobile whilst driving - please don't hate me

Warning - woe is me alert!!

Feeling a bit Hmm today. My awesome DH has been headhunted which means he's moving jobs and getting a bit higher salary. I'm really delighted for him because he deserves it. It's just all a bit much at the moment because the person who he will be working with who sought him out is young, slim, pretty, clever and very capable and good at her job. They are having incessant contact which I know is all work related and they are getting on really well.

Meanwhile back at home there is fat me whomping around, definitely less pretty, less impressive job, deliberately stretching fanny on a daily basis and with zero sex drive. The colleague-to-be is engaged and I'm in no way implying there is anything going on, they've only recently met and I know the continuous texting is re work.

Just feel a bit shit!!!

gaggiagirl · 16/07/2015 15:15

dulcet you will lose at least 2 stone in a day!!!! Do loads of wees too!
la 9lb! Eek. Big lad.
indigo is the new job agricultural? If its outdoorsy that means they can be seen. There will be no shenanigans. I'm sure he's 100% trust worthy. Its natural to have a wibble. You are the mother of his child and therefore on a pedestal!

Purpleball · 16/07/2015 15:17

There's nothing like pregnancy to ramp up the anxiety Indigo. I'm sure you have nothing to worry about lovie but I'd be a bit uneasy all the same

I'm waving my pom-poms for La and Dulcet. Hope you both breathe them out with a fanny fart Grin

I think dulcet is having a boy too, no idea why, just a hunch.

Purpleball · 16/07/2015 15:18

Oh and yes to Connery accent Grin
La hope he's 9lbs with a small head Smile
