Just catching up. raaah I'm so pleased everything's ok.

rufus what a pain. Just to say, I had my harmony test done on the Thursday and they rang me with results the following Wed. So not even a full week. I guess I'm trying to say it might not be another full 2ww. I know Panorama is a different lab but still

Flowers to those still sick. I only feel sick these days if I let myself get really hungry which is never

clumsypots · 23/07/2015 18:25

Lovely scan pics everyone! rufus be kind to yourself Flowers

I'm going out for dinner with the girls and can't find anything to wear that doesn't make me look huge (none of them know yet) and we are going for Italian which has made me sick the last twice I have eaten it Sad

Littleoakhorn · 23/07/2015 20:52

Clara you're not wrong!

I'm glad to hear that the sickness is lifting for some. It shows me that there's light at the end of the tunnel!

I'm finding this pregnancy different to the last one already. It makes me feel as much in the dark as I was last time.

A question for all of you, whether this is your first baby or 20th: what are you most looking forward to about being pregnant? I can't wait to feel this baby wriggle and kick.

primarynoodle · 23/07/2015 20:55

looking pregnant with my bump Grin

Boobear1983 · 23/07/2015 21:49

Feeling the baby moving. This is my first pregnancy and will be my only one I have two step sons. I'm determined to enjoy it but I have to admit I've struggled physically with the sickness and tiredness, and also with worry that something will go wrong.

BadgieBear · 23/07/2015 23:08

Congratulations on your scans boo and pog - I'm (impatiently) waiting for my 12 week scan next Thu.

Fab question little - I'm looking forward to feeling our little rascal wriggling too and the look on DP's face when he feels the first kick. Bless him he's been a star whilst I've been a nightmare hormonal queen of the voms.

Speaking of which, the end of vomiting....that can't come soon enough!

goneswimming · 24/07/2015 07:32

I need my scan and some peace of mind before I'm going to be able to let myself look forward I think!

Morning everyone,

The thing I'm most looking forward to about this pregnancy is labour, because at least then the parasite is coming OUT OUT OUT! sorry, can you tell I've had a bad morning already!?!?!?

Did anyone else notice the April antenatal thread??? Time flies!

monkerina · 24/07/2015 09:09

Crikey, you lot have been busy! Great scans Smile

I'm finding it difficult to look forward to anything yet- once I've got past 12 week scan (don't have a date yet) hopefully I'll feel more confident, the booking in appointment earlier this week just brought back last time and how happy and confident I was then before everything went wrong. The baby moving will be great though...

haquoi123 · 24/07/2015 09:37

Morning all! I'm interested in what a real bump feels and looks like. I started to get one with DS but as soon as he was born I was thinner than I had been before getting pregnant, as if he had never existed. I want to get to the stage whet the baby can live outside me and then the best bit will be holding my living, healthy baby. And if not, the best bit will be holding my child for as long as I possibly can, and burying them myself - no one is taking them away before I'm ready this time of telling me they don't exist in the eyes of the law.

I had the worst vomit yesterday - obviously hasn't digested a thing all day despite eating loads - and it burned as it came up and continued burning for an hour afterwards until I did some research and had a glass of milk. Eurgh it was awful!

BananaRaces · 24/07/2015 09:39

Morning All, it's so lovely seeing all the fab scans!!

I'm looking forward to feeling the baby move and my DH's face when he feels a kick. Grin

It still feels quite unreal and due to a number of things I am really trying very hard not to get excited until my 12 week scan (which is 2 weeks away today - Eek!). All this is making me feel like I'm just not very well at the moment, like I'm not pregnant I'm just ill... If that makes any kind of sense! Confused

Stepawayfromthezebras · 24/07/2015 09:39

I can't wait till my scan next Thursday, I'm trying not to get too excited till then but not being massively successful. Then so much to look forward to, telling people, getting a bump, feeling movements, buying baby clothes...Smile

And eek, there's an April thread?! How fab, we're nearly veterans!

jellypi3 · 24/07/2015 09:40

I can't wait for kicks :) I think i'll become a lot more bonded with the baby when it kicks. And finding out the sex.

birdbrain21 · 24/07/2015 09:41

fox I'm also looking forward to last few weeks. I'm starting my maternity leave a bit earlier this time so looking forward to hopefully enjoying it last time I was busy trying to get labour going so I wouldn't have to be induced think this time I'll just wait amd enjoy the time I have before it comes

clarabellski · 24/07/2015 09:42

Eek zebra we're scan buddies!

Haquoi Flowers

Stepawayfromthezebras · 24/07/2015 10:06

Ah cool clara 6 more sleeps!

Something I'm not looking forward to is arguing about agreeing on names with my DP, I have a sneaking suspicion that we're not going to agree at all

RattyCatty · 24/07/2015 10:12

I'm looking forward to finding out the sex and getting a little bump. At the moment I just feel bloated!

NoMontagues · 24/07/2015 10:18

I spoke too soon about not feeling sick anymore Envy Envy

And I also have a rotten cold, or something resembling a cold...

TGIF is all I can say Smile

Sorry to hear that mayo
Flowers for you and your DH.

RattyCatty · 24/07/2015 11:19

mayorforsam that sounds awful & so difficult Flowers

Brummiegirl15 · 24/07/2015 11:34

To be honest I'm just looking forward to my pregnancy being over. Pregnancy in general hasn't been kind to me in the past year.

I won't relax or believe until my baby is actually here. But I think I will feel comforted by the baby moving so I'd say that.

I already have a bump. At 12+4 - how do people hide their pregnancies????

I think the only way people didn't find out before my 12 week scan was more luck than judgement....

BadgieBear · 24/07/2015 11:36

Flowers mayo that's awful.

clara and zebras can I join your 6 more sleeps to scan club - I'm up on Thursday morning too Smile

Ohjellybelly · 24/07/2015 11:40

I'm looking forward to not feeling sick anymore and getting the glow and energy rush that comes with the second trimester.
Of course I'm looking forward to feeling movement and nesting and labour but not feeling unwell anymore is the main thing.
