Welcome, welcome, welcome to the 32nd grads thread... celebrating the success of Just Shagging in getting us viroids upduffed!

For those that don't know, a 'viroid' is from the original JSing thread 1, where someone was trying to type ladies (in reference to all the JSing ladies), but their phone decided to call us all viroids instead!

The name stuck and we've been the JSing viroids ever since.

The thread we have graduated from is here in its 50th outing. WARNING: they're all a bit kerazy not to mention randy!

There is also a Just Mumming thread here for once your babies come along, or to keep up with the graduated graduates!

There is also a private facebook group (so it doesn't give the game away in your news feed!)... if you want to join to see photos of new babies etc, just ask in-thread!

Here is the stats list, please update your own spot with any updates.

i'd get a bit arsy at that la and tell her "well if you don't turn up by 7:15 then you don't get admitted"...

but then i'm a bitch like that. Maybe this is why I don't have many friends?

honeysucklejasmine · 06/07/2015 17:26

Ha ha Jelly that would be hilarious!

jellypi3 · 06/07/2015 17:51

I just don't get people who eat before going to a party. At least without asking "is there going to be grub" first. Even if you do eat, don't tell the host!

oneyorkshirepud · 06/07/2015 18:36

Jelly I can't believe your friend was so insensitive!!! I will be thinking of you tomorrow. Find a book to read to distract you tonight in case you can't sleep, scanxiety is rubbish.

Pretzel have hope! I had horrible IBS for years (of the not pooing very often variety) and since being upduffed it has gone!! I had been telling myself that it would go when I was pregnant for years so I think I just trained my brain!

Oh. My. Days. Maternity clothes from ASOS sale arrived today. I thought that my bump wouldn't be big enough for them but they fit really well and are SO FRIGGING COMFY. Never wearing normal clothes again #elasticatedwaistchic.

La enjoy your party and make someone else wash up, you are far too productive woman, you need to save some energy for labour!! Grin

Pisghetti · 06/07/2015 18:46

I would definitely point out that food will be provided La. How very bloody rude weird of her Confused

DS came home with scones he'd made in school - win! Went out for clotted cream but when we got home found it was frozen? So had crumbled clotted cream and cherry jam scones. Lush!

Good luck for tomorrow Jelly x

jellypi3 · 06/07/2015 18:53

Thanks for the well wishes. I've got no reason to suspect there's anything wrong except my boobs hurting less but I have obviously been googling MMC's like a twat

DulcetMoans · 06/07/2015 19:01

That is a bit off la, she must have expected food at a party. It's not too bad if she would be like 15mins late but a previous of being 4hrs late is not a good sign. I hope it all goes well though and you have a good time. 4minutes to go, get your hosting face on!

jelly, no more google! Google privileges removed from you for the evening.

Clotted cream and cherry jam sounds awesome pis!

Maternity clothes are the best pud! Along with the terrifying prospect of getting a baby out and then looking after it there is the prospect of having to wear normal clothes again. I love my jeans so much! And my leggings!

I just had a mum to be massage. I am all relaxed and oily which is lovely. Baby had a proper party in there while I was being rubbed. Wonder if it will make the baby think I'm ready. I'm not, im having scones tomorrow! After that though I have run out of excuses...

honeysucklejasmine · 06/07/2015 19:23

La I hope you have locked the door and are enjoying your party with your punctual guests!

Lookingforadvice123 · 06/07/2015 19:32

la that's weird, is she on a particularly special diet?

jelly good luck tomorrow, how many weeks will you be? And your friend was being a bitch when she said that, surely she's an adult and can hear how insensitive she's being! Yes people sometimes miscarry as late as 12 weeks, but chances are the baby died weeks before and was never viable (horrible medically term I know) whereas if you see a heartbeat at 8+ weeks, your chances of miscarrying go down to 2% and reduce as time goes by.

I'm 14+2 and was feeling much better over the weekend, except for mild but very present nausea in the evenings/nights. Today though I feel like poop and have a terrible headache again, these headaches are not fun!

oneyorkshirepud · 06/07/2015 19:37

Boo to the headaches Looking, have you told your midwife about them?

Lookingforadvice123 · 06/07/2015 19:58

I haven't pud do you think it's worth doing? Thought it was just yet another delightful symptom tbh! I'm not seeing her until the 22nd but could ring I guess?

batfish · 06/07/2015 20:00

Aww jelly good luck and you will be absolutely fine - as others have said it is 8 weeks that they say is the point at which if things are ok then the risk is really low and 12 weeks is just the typical marker as that is when most get their first scans. You'll be showing off your scan pics tomorrow! Very insensitive of your friend to put doubt in your mind.

pud maternity clothes are amazing you're right - I have been telling all of my non pregnant friends to get themselves into maternity jeans haha - I'm never going back to buttons and zips!!

jellypi3 · 06/07/2015 20:11

Thanks bat and looking. I'll be 10+3. We saw the HB at 6+6 before. I don't get why she said it, she's normally really supportive. Oh well.

la enjoy your party :)

Lookingforadvice123 · 06/07/2015 20:18

Aw jelly it will be great, I had a scan at 8+3 and 10+3 and the difference was amazing, the 10+3 scan actually looked like a proper baby, profile, feet/hands etc, check it out! This is what you'll get to see tomorrow!

Purpleball · 06/07/2015 20:59

Keeping everything crossed Jelly

When I was on WW and losing weight, I'd eat something low in points before going anywhere that had a buffet as that was a tactic for eating less high fat food. I wonder if that's her strategy - I'd would never tell someone I was eating first though, I'd just eat less at the buffet and nobody ever noticed

honeysucklejasmine · 06/07/2015 21:03

I don't know how I'll respond in my scan tbh... Cry, probably! Best pop some tissues in my handbag.

I managed to eat lasagne for dinner today and felt much better for it. Will persevere with normal food even though the thought of it made me want to barf.

Torrow I shall have poached eggs on toast. With Marmite. Oooh, Marmite. Going to a friends house after aquarobics. She has Marmite, I'm sure.

I can eat Marmite, right?!

honeysucklejasmine · 06/07/2015 21:16

Oh, Purple! Crop top bra! Great tip!

gaggiagirl · 06/07/2015 21:44

la have a great party!
dulcet sleeping is getting troublesome because I need to wee hourly and the bump stops me from being comfy. I'll post my latest bumpie in a mo.
jelly good luck for tomorrow. Cant wait to see a pic.

gaggiagirl · 06/07/2015 21:45

honey phwoooooar marmite!

oneyorkshirepud · 06/07/2015 22:27

Not sure Looking, I reckon just chatting it through with the midwife can't hurt? She may be able to advise how to cope with the headaches?

Will be thinking of you tomorrow Jelly, I'm looking forward to the scan pic!

Purpleball · 06/07/2015 22:28

La hope you've had a lovely evening Smile

You've all inspired me to bake...I had a stressful afternoon where I wanted wine or a fag! So I baked 2 lime drizzle cakes and 2 carrot cakes. Made them all in loaf tins, cut in half and will freeze them for when the baby arrives. At least in our exhausted state we can eat cake then Smile
DH wants chocolate cake as well, he's taking advantage as I never usually bake. I did run of flour sugar and eggs and had to send him out will never be a domestic goddess

Purpleball · 06/07/2015 22:29

Honey I cried at all my early scans. I was so scared of bad news, it was just such a relief

Indigoblue2 · 06/07/2015 22:47

Good luck for tomorrow jelly - I'm looking forward to seeing pics too! Will be thinking of you, it'll be so exciting!

DulcetMoans · 06/07/2015 23:06

You still nattering la or crashed out!?

You can has all the marmite you like honey! Will friend defo have it though? We don't and wouldn't want you to be disappointed!

I would check the headaches out with midwife looking, it could be a sign of something else like low sugar or iron. Not saying it is but she will know.

Changed my bedding tonight, it's a new LOS - clean sheets ruined when waters break in the night - what you reckon??

LaLaLaaaa · 06/07/2015 23:28

They've only just gone. Oh my god I'm exhausted...
