Welcome, welcome, welcome to the 32nd grads thread... celebrating the success of Just Shagging in getting us viroids upduffed!

For those that don't know, a 'viroid' is from the original JSing thread 1, where someone was trying to type ladies (in reference to all the JSing ladies), but their phone decided to call us all viroids instead!

The name stuck and we've been the JSing viroids ever since.

The thread we have graduated from is here in its 50th outing. WARNING: they're all a bit kerazy not to mention randy!

There is also a Just Mumming thread here for once your babies come along, or to keep up with the graduated graduates!

There is also a private facebook group (so it doesn't give the game away in your news feed!)... if you want to join to see photos of new babies etc, just ask in-thread!

Here is the stats list, please update your own spot with any updates.

jelly your 'friend' deserves a slap! Here's me giving her one on your behalf slap!

Honestly what a fucking tactless thing to say. We are all crossing our gingers it will be absolutely fine. Hold your nerve and it'll be over soon and you can look forward to the next thing to worry about stage

Am ignoring jeremies. Have decided to not dignify them with any treatment - translated as there was a long line in the pharmacy

I'm in baking mode - woo! If you stay still long enough in my house you'll either get cleaned or turned into cake

I do feel a lot better today for having slept. I've felt like shit for so long!

JC - good girl, keep resting!

Pretzel - hooray for foetus!

jellypi3 · 06/07/2015 12:08

sleep while you can la Wink I don't think mini-la will be in there much longer!

I was surprised by her comments because she really struggled to get pg and had a miracle baby in the end. She also told me not to buy anything until 16 weeks because of the risk. I know she's trying to be honest but I kind of prefer it when people are being reassuring instead of down right miserable about it!

DulcetMoans · 06/07/2015 12:09

Baking the vegan scones la?! That's dedication! Although no idea if that is the type of thing you can buy easily.

I am sure she meant well jelly but pretty insensitive way I wording it. Ignore anyway, we are all cheering for you. Is it an early scan?

I have lots of things I should do... My motivation peaked in that first week I was off and has slowly declined since. I'm doing it like you JC, but at a time, slow and steady wins the race, etc!

DulcetMoans · 06/07/2015 12:10

Meant early in the day jelly BTW. Ie. less waiting!

LaLaLaaaa · 06/07/2015 12:24

They were actually dead easy! Took about 10 mins. Going to do 1 more batch of normal scones, then the brownies, then clean the bathroom. Having lots of sit downs after each flurry of activity.

MiniLa is wiggling away. The bit I'm worried about is that they're not coming til 7 and I presume will be here til 9? I get so tired in the evenings that I might get bit crotchety...

What a horrible thing to say Jelly! She's right but you still don't say that to someoneAngry
If you've had an early scan and seen a heartbeat then your chances of MC are tons lower. The reason people have bad outcomes at 12w scan is because that's the first one they've had

Jcandy · 06/07/2015 12:58

Just had a tidying burst whilst making lunch and now I'm back to sitting on the sofa again. Slowly ticking things off.

Jelly it's tough when people say that. She probably doesn't realise that she's being mean but it's not helpful for everyone to think like that. Especially if you are normally an optimistic person. Hope your scan goes well tomorrow

pretzelpieces · 06/07/2015 13:15

dulcet Grin good universe balancing there.

jc thank you. You've had a really rough time with it as well, haven't you? Is it easing up at all now?

jelly it is, isn't it? Smile Sorry to hear about the scanxiety. I hope the scan is a good experience and gives you reassurance.

Blimey la you make me feel tired just hearing about it! I did some washing and some tidying and had my first shower in four days and now I'm flumped on the sofa exhausted!

LaLaLaaaa · 06/07/2015 13:15

Eeek! My fit mummy pal just posted that she had her baby yesterday. last week me and her had a photo with the instructor because we are both due. She was due on Thurs I think.

It's getting very real...

dulcet how are you feeling today? I'm full of energy today

OP posts:
jellypi3 · 06/07/2015 13:39

dulcet it's 11:00am tomorrow so nice and early but t'other side of London so got an hour and half trek to get there! Might go to bed really early today to get the day over and done with lol!

I really want a scone now, I might pop out and buy some for dinner not a baker here

Purpleball · 06/07/2015 13:40

Eek La. Could be you next Smile

I've done nothing with my jeremies, I have some anusol somewhere but I haven't used it. Witch hazel stung like a bitch! Needless to say they are the increase and it makes going to the loo interesting - sorry tmi

Whooping cough jab postponed til Wed as they had a power cut in the storms and need to check the vaccine is ok

The muscle in my leg is still sore from the cramp on Sat night Sad

DulcetMoans · 06/07/2015 13:45

I am not full of energy la! Not really sure what to do with myself today actually which has resulted in not achieving very much at all. Might go to B&Q in a minute. Don't say people have had their babies that are due on Thursday! I will bury my head in the sand and pretend I can't hear it! DH is pretty convinced I will have it this week, weird to think by next weekend we could be a three.

At least an hour travel will help you keep your mind off it jelly, you can get angry at commuters instead!

That's a bit flukey purple, bad luck but at least you can move your arm for another couple of days!

honeysucklejasmine · 06/07/2015 13:53

I am debating B&Q too. We need one more ceiling rose.

Also, I am cold. And very tired.

I can't even contemplate unloading the dishwasher, let alone baking or cleaning! Luckily DH is damn good at housework so it gets done.

Today I ate two Blush pain aux raisins and a cookie. Healthy.

LaLaLaaaa · 06/07/2015 14:57

Bathroom clean, brownies in the oven, angry letter written!

Next - clean up kitchen then have 20 min nap.

Jelly - think positive thoughts! I just ate a scone in your name. it was really nice! Dead easy to make - here's the recipe

I of course used just currants, no sultanas or raisins in my scones yuck!

I think you'll be next dulcet, sorry but true...I wonder how wiggly is getting on bless her. She is 41+6 today

I'm steeling myself for the attention thing tonight. I am looking forward to seeing my friends but I really really hope that people don't all make me do a speech or something, I'd hate that.

honeysucklejasmine · 06/07/2015 15:18

Omg I want a scone. I am going to leave the house to buy clotted cream.

Jcandy · 06/07/2015 15:25

Pretzel I started feeling loads better physically around 13/14 weeks but everyone is different. I only occasionally get nauseous now.

Ooo dulcet and la you are both so close!

I'm definitely feeling minicandy move now Smile just the odd 'pop' or two but it's getting more consistent Smile

All jobs done! Smile got 5 minutes to myself before my BIL and niece arrive

DulcetMoans · 06/07/2015 15:27

I have scones planned with my NCT ladies tomorrow so baby better wait for then at least...!

B&Q done. Plants purchased and put in garden ready for potting tomorrow. Two people at the shop said 'oh not long now' and seem even more shocked when I say Thursday. Then I get the small comments. I don't feel small.

Fleurchamp · 06/07/2015 16:00

Thank you dulcet for keeping the world balanced Grin

If vegan scones are anything like the gluten free bread I once made I do not envy your friend Sad

You have been so productive! I have been to lunch with my dad and am watching the tennis.

My bednest has arrived and I am desperate to put it together but DH is adamant he wants to do it. Minichamp - we will be ready for you at approximately 8pm tonight, come as soon as possible after then, please Smile

honeysucklejasmine · 06/07/2015 16:30

Got clotted cream and scones but was distracted by melon. Nom nom nom.

jellypi3 · 06/07/2015 16:42

honey i'm totally going to do the same tonight Grin mmm I am actually hungry thinking about it!

LaLaLaaaa · 06/07/2015 16:46

Exciting Fleur!

Although I haven't been able to get out of bed easily since snuzpod was built.

I'm a bit :(. Got text from friend coming to party saying she'll be along as soon as she can when she's back. But she's going to 'stop home for something to eat first'. She doesn't get home til 6:30. Party is meant to be at 7.

Is the point of the food I've been making all day not for people to eat it? Why would you come late to a party where food is being provided because you're going to eat first?

This same person did this before and turned up just as I was leaving (we had a party in the park) and was surprised she'd missed it. Party started at 1 and she arrived at 5. I really don't want people coming late tonight coz I'll be tired.

Perhaps I should put this on aibu!!? Grin 'AIBU to think people should turn up when they are asked to and not be late because they are going to have dinner first when I've spent tonnes of money and time making food for people?'

No...? I won't then Smile

OP posts:
honeysucklejasmine · 06/07/2015 17:04

Did you text her back and say "no need, I've been baking up a storm! and as a very pregnant lady made it you better bloody eat it all! "

Indigoblue2 · 06/07/2015 17:15

YANBU la! Is she aware you are doing food? If so its a YADNBU. Give her a "Ooh do you think you'll have enough time? Party is starting at 7pm so we don't have a late night"

pretzelpieces · 06/07/2015 17:18

la make sure you text and tell her you'll be force feeding her as soon as she walks in so no need to eat Wink YANBU

jc Oh that's good. I've heard most people feel better by 14 weeks although I am telling myself it will be gone by 12 weeks to get me through the days.
