Welcome, welcome, welcome to the 31st grads thread... celebrating the success of Just Shagging in getting us viroids upduffed!

For those that don't know, a 'viroid' is from the original JSing thread 1, where someone was trying to type ladies (in reference to all the JSing ladies), but their phone decided to call us all viroids instead!

The name stuck and we've been the JSing viroids ever since.

The thread we have graduated from is here in its 49th outing. WARNING: they're all a bit kerazy not to mention randy!

There is also a Just Mumming thread here for once your babies come along, or to keep up with the graduated graduates!

There is also a private facebook group (so it doesn't give the game away in your news feed!)... if you want to join to see photos of new babies etc, just ask in-thread!

Here is the stats list, please update your own spot with any updates: Stats

How awesome is Lil's Fred title?!

So, blocked nose and tired. My eyes are stinging and can I sleep? Can I fuck! I am soooo glad we have a ceiling fan though.

gaggiagirl · 27/06/2015 23:31

I've got a morrisons 100yds from my house. It rocks!

WilHarlot · 28/06/2015 00:23

Yeah lots of Morrisons up here.

Honey have you been chatting to my baby? She can't sleep either Envy .

It's a plane/boat ride away Dulcet which is the real issue. If it were just a drive I'd do it no bother.

oneyorkshirepud · 28/06/2015 03:24

Pointlessly awake. Eris only a tiny bit sick in the eve so the little and often with the chicken did the trick yesterday arvo. Just tried to tempt her now but she is not having any of it. Hopefully she will be hungry in the morning!

LaLaLaaaa · 28/06/2015 03:39

Awake!

DulcetMoans · 28/06/2015 03:45

Checking in as well - also awake.

DH didn't text to say he was back at his parents, which I am sure he is, so now I am just annoyed!

OP posts:
LaLaLaaaa · 28/06/2015 03:50

Snap dulcet! Dh not home yet and I'm annoyed.

He's not supposed to be drinking anymore and he has the car. So what's he doing?

LaLaLaaaa · 28/06/2015 03:51

Maybe he's in living room...

DulcetMoans · 28/06/2015 03:53

What time did he finish? Check living room, quick! Then you can decide how angry to be.

Contemplating ringing mine. But then if he doesn't answer I will be even more annoyed!

OP posts:
LaLaLaaaa · 28/06/2015 03:56

Found him! He was downstairs. Didn't hear him come in, he says it's because he's a ninja

LaLaLaaaa · 28/06/2015 03:58

Good job I did, he was about to watch last episode of broadchurch without me. Scandalous!

Text him - he probably just fell asleep

DulcetMoans · 28/06/2015 04:01

Good news for Mr La then, that could have got messy!

I did text him, but if he's asleep he probably won't hear it. I'll try go back to sleep and call in the morning. Selfish arse!

OP posts:
LaLaLaaaa · 28/06/2015 04:17

It's so annoying when they do that. I'd be mad too

Toast85 · 28/06/2015 04:30

I am awake. Grrrr. DH is not. Grrrr.
I'm fretting about nursery furniture, the room is smaller than we thought. How essential is a chair in baby's room?!

LaLaLaaaa · 28/06/2015 04:39

Not essential toast. Our nursery is tiny - you can get more than you think in sometimes.

Toast85 · 28/06/2015 05:46

Yeah I was impressed seeing your nursery pics la! It's trying to keep cot away from curtains and radiator that's tricky! If we could just stick it under the window next to the radiator I think the problem would be solved!

maemay · 28/06/2015 07:29

DH woke me up early (for a day off), and I've been awake over an hour unable to go back to sleep. Now he's snoring away again next to me. Grrrr Angry

Gotta be awake enough later cos am driving down to see miniRM!
(When I said that I may or may not know her in real life, what I meant was: I do know her and we're v v close!!)
Snuggles with a 5 day old bubba! Can't wait!! GrinGrinGrin

Pud glad your kitty seems to be showing positive signs. I know nothing about animals so cat offer any pearls of wisdom. Gx that she's ok.

Haha! Stealing the last post on the JS Fred! Nice one! Wink To be honest the JS Fred titles are always really obvious outrageous so I imagine they'll be able to find the new one!

maemay · 28/06/2015 07:30
  • can't offer (not cat offer! Though that's a pretty apt typo considering the context!)
DulcetMoans · 28/06/2015 07:37

As I am a kind wife I waited until 7.30 to ring him and wake him up. He was there, which I was fairly certain he would be or his mum would have been on the phone, but fell straight to sleep. Penis.

Loving the cat typo mae! Haha. Enjoy your snuggles and give one from us.

A lot of it isn't essential toast. In fact the only actual baby thing in ours is the cot. All other furniture is normal furniture and the changer we have is one the fits to the top of the cot - looks like a dinner tray. That's no extra space at all.

Morning! Sorry to hear about dickish DHs. Mine is sleeping soundly, as always.

Our "nursery" is a pretty big room. Well, "south east big", about 3m x 2.5m. It has a big alcove which is filled with a huuuuge double wardrobe (2m long!) So storage won't be a problem. I still can't decide where I will put everything though!

We do have another, smaller room but it's DHs man cave.

Right, today I am playing the bass guitar. Should get out of bed and make breakfast. Bacon, I think. Hmmmmm, bacon. drool

jellypi3 · 28/06/2015 08:13

We have morrisons and farm foods in chez essex! Though my local is a sainbuds!

We are using our big spare room for the nursery because I don't think people will want to stay when we have the baby lol! I guess if they do it's the sofa for them! Our little spare room is the cats room!

DP watched the England game last night. He came to bed at 3:00am!!!!! grrr! Woke me up and I couldn't get back to sleep. Thanks Mr Jelly.

I'm 9+1 today! Crazy!

Oh and talking of crazy MiL's, I have a crazy mother! Do I win? I'm terrified of her reaction when I tell her. She's a bit hippy dippy (sorry to any hippy's out there). Luckily there's a body of water and about 300 miles between us!

maemay · 28/06/2015 08:14

We have a man cave too, Honey - it has a sign on the door and everything! Though when we move to our new flat, his man cave will have to become a man cupboard (not got quite the same ring to it!!) as the spare room will become baby's room!
I like those over-cot changing tables - v handy for small rooms. It's all about the space-saving tricks.
At least we will have a (sort-of) garden though, so we can join you all with the paddling pool fun!

Will send lots of hugs from all you viroids when I see RM and MiniRM Grin

Fleurchamp · 28/06/2015 08:21

Morning!

I am glad all DHs are accounted for.

How strange that you know rm, mae! Enjoy the baby cuddles!

I have a sore shoulder and neck from my little fall yesterday - I am fine, I didn't hit the stairs. I feel bad for joking because my MIL was in tears about it.

I need to finish our nursery stickers this morning. I quite like doing it, it's like arts and crafts but for adults Smile

mountaingirl01 · 28/06/2015 08:25

My mil is lovely but very old fashioned and I find their family odd as they don't ever talk to each other! Dh didn't tell them till I was 16weeks. We have seen them once since they have known and they honestly couldn't understand why i wasn't drinking alcohol Hmm.

I don't think hope a chair is essential.. We have a pretty small room too, storage is an issue for the whole house really probably doesn't help that our outhouses are full of bikes etc we have just bought a lovely antique chest of drawers for the baby room though and changing mat is just going on top of that. I might have to post a picture, I love it so much! We're still in the process of de - man caving the room, but we're getting there. Leaving off buying a cot/bed till baby is here as we won't use it till 6 months and may move in that time. Not get sure how the bedside cot is going to fit by our bedside..

Midwife coming today for my 28week but I have no idea what time!

BTW don't think I have said congratulations Mae!
