Anybody else out there??! Just got my faint BFP on a first response test! Only 9DPO so shouldn't really have tested - I told myself I wouldn't till I missed my period! - but was just feeling very pregnant. My due date is showing as 1st March. This would be number 2 for me, I already have a little girl, 20 months. Only symptoms so far are very sore boobs and a snuffy nose first thing in the morning!

Hi NatBat80 and congrats! I'm new to this site too, and to pregnancy - surprised by how strongly I've been getting symptoms: feeling nauseous (in afternoons/evenings), metallic taste, tender boobs (which have grown!) and I'm only 16dpo! Guess it's probably going to get worse...

hello, can I nervously join?

got a bfp today - actually two - but I don't believe they're real. they can't be. I haven't been on the pill since last August and nothing has happened then two drunken nights and this?! :)

not sure when I'm due, last period was May 31st but cycles have been 31 - 35 days. anyone got any clues?!

BeautifulLiar according to online due date calculator it says between the 9th and 13th of march depending on whether you put in 31 days or 35 days! Congratulations!

I almost don't believe ours as it seems all too quick again, my husband is yet again disappointing there wasn't much 'trying' to get pregnant! But we are very luckily as I know not everyone has the easiest of times!

Wow so many new BFPs since I last checked the thread - congrats and welcome everyone!! ????
And hi chickpea! (We were both on the November 2013 bus together!)
I hope everyone is doing ok in the heat. I'm definitely feeling a bit more exhausted. Also had some bad cramping an hour ago. Keep checking my knickers but nothing so far so fingers crossed it's just things settling in. I had forgotten the paranoid knicker checking joys of these first 12 weeks!

I used the nhs due date calculator beautiful, but there's also one on mumsnet. If you type due date calculator into google you get loads.

Very glad today that I'm only early days pregnant in this heat. Can't imagine what it'd be like to be big or especially to be overdue! At least in March we won't get this kind of weather, though it could definitely be unpredictable.

herewego make sure you're drinking loads, way more than you think! I've had cramping today which was really worrying me and making me feel really upset, only 10 weeks since my mc which was around this point depending on which dates I go by. Dh sent my midwife friend who is based in epau a message and she told him dehydration can make cramping worse during early pregnancy. I've almost double my fluid intake and feel so much better. Which I find rediculously stupid because I was drinking 2 or so glasses an hour anyway! The resulting need to go to the toilet more is making knicker checking eaiser anyway!

Thanks dobby that's helpful. The cramping has come back again, it's really worrying me as I don't remember it last time. I'll drink a load of water now and hope it goes. In fact it's more like a stabbing pain than cramping, really painful though :(

Hello! I'm an elderly primagravida (40 and knocked up after round 3 of IVF!) Still not quite able to trust the results of my swihpo (sticks what I have pissed on...) or the clinic's blood test.

Am due 2nd March - all being well. I have an early scan in a couple of weeks because of the slightly elevated risk of ectopicerry and other IVF-related worry-fodder!

Never thought I'd be in one of these threads! Hello...

Hello fellow Marchers! Got a faint positive with a cheapie this morning then splashed out £2.99 (!) on a better one and got a definite BFP. This is my 4th pg (had a mmc in Feb at 10 weeks) but this time feels like my 2 previous successful pgs, so I'm feeling cautiously optimistic. I think EDD is 8th March. I'm 41 and have ds1 who is 4 1/2 and ds2 who is 2 (another March baby). Poor dh can't bring himself to celebrate yet as he is too anxious about another mc; it really hit us hard. I'm hoping they give us an early scan so if things go wrong it's not another 4-5 weeks before I find out.

herewego there's lots of reasons for pain, not all bad. I hope you are ok.

Cramping, like PMS cramps, is totally normal at this stage. It's just your uterus changing/growing. I had it last time and again this time.

Thanks for the reassurance on the pain. I lay down and it stopped so I am hoping it's nothing serious. These early weeks are so nervewracking aren't they!
