Welcome, welcome, welcome to the 29th grads thread... celebrating the success of Just Shagging in getting us viroids upduffed!

For those that don't know, a 'viroid' is from the original JSing thread 1, where someone was trying to type ladies (in reference to all the JSing ladies), but their phone decided to call us all viroids instead!

The name stuck and we've been the JSing viroids ever since.

The thread we have graduated from is here in its 47th outing. WARNING: they're all a bit kerazy not to mention randy!

There is also a Just Mumming thread here for once your babies come along, or to keep up with the graduated graduates!

There is also a private facebook group (so it doesn't give the game away in your news feed!)... if you want to join to see photos of new babies etc, just ask in-thread!

Here is the stats list, please update your own spot with any updates: stats

Morning viroids. I'd got with Zylas suggestion too Pixie. Sometimes men need everything spelling out for them. Don't lose your rag though, you don't want him on the defensive you want him to listen

Sorry I've been awol but had a lovely time in the Cotswolds with work. I wanted to paddle in the stream at Bourton but no one would let me. They did carry my bags for me the whole time though. Bless them. In one hotel a workman carried my bag upstairs I nearly cried thanking him Smile

Mum told me about layering tubs with bulbs so I did that in autumn. They are just about finished now but there has been colour since October. I started with tulips in the bottom, then iris, then narcissi then crocus then snowdrops and then you put a few winter pansies in the top. I need to find out if I can leave them as they are for next year though and just buy more pansies

Pisghetti · 07/06/2015 10:24

The vast majority of clothes presents I had were 3-6. She could wear a different outfit everyday from now until September and not wear the same thing twice! 'Fortunately' she does love to puke on a fresh outfit so I'm sure we'll get plenty of wear out of them.

goodnessgraciousgouda · 07/06/2015 11:13

Pixie - I don't hold much truck with these theories that men just "don't understand until you explain it to them" theories. I think it's a convenient excuse for lazy twats.

Of course he knows that he is taking the piss. It's just that why the hell would he stop unless you go mental at him? It sounds like he's having a great time. Wife at home to look after the kids, while he basically gets to go out and do whatever he wants.

PixieChops · 07/06/2015 11:20

Well I did the shouty screamy thing about 2 hours. All he's done is sulk and tell me that I'm a miserable cow and hate seeing anyone having any fun. Yep me all over! He seems to forget that before I got pregnant with DD I was out 4 nights a week having the time of my life and I'm the one that's been pretty much stuck in for 2 years. Not once have I said he can't go out or not play cricket. I just expect for him to be an adult and text me letting me know he's alright rather than stumbling in at 6am like its nothing. Considering the clubs shut at 2 near us I would like to know what he's been doing for 4 hours but I doubt he'd remember his own name at the moment.
Need to pick up a cot that I'm buying off a friend this morning and I could do with him being there to put it in the car but I really don't want him thinking I need him for anything because I fucking well do not!!

batfish · 07/06/2015 11:23

pixie sorry to hear about your man, definitely being unfair - I think at this point he shouldn't be having more than 1 or 2 drinks anyway let alone being out all night.

Woohoo for holiday la - will this be a little break before baby comes or a family one after?

teejayem · 07/06/2015 11:25

Jiffy deployed pixie. I'm in the wil/la camp and would be making his hangover as uncomfortable as possible. Twat.

Originally planned for walk at country park this morning, (scene of ankle mishap several weeks ago) and I still can't get my fucking feet in trainers. Mr tee is convinced I am going to fall and die if I wear Birkenstocks so we are currently in a standoff. On the upside, I'm expecting ma and pa to arrive with some of their biker friends in a bit which should put the neighbour who has been using his fucking karcher non stop since 7am back in his box. Grin

batfish · 07/06/2015 11:26

Grrrr pixie sounds like he is being very unreasonable - you're in this baby thing together and even if you were being miserable which I do not think you are then you would be entitled to given that you are ready to pop and feeling unsupported. I hope that when he sobers up he realises he has been a dick, what the hell would have happened if you had called him at 3am to say you had to go into hospital?! Fat lot of good he would have been, he needs to be more thoughtful especially when it sounds like you are more than accommodating to his cricket and social life.

Lookingforadvice123 · 07/06/2015 11:29

Sorry to hear your PARTNER (NOT "dp" for sure) is being such an arse pixie.

Fattycow · 07/06/2015 11:29

pixie, men can be complete dickheads!

goodnessgraciousgouda · 07/06/2015 11:34

pixie - maybe you should call him out on that. Tell him that you would LOVE to have fun. So from now on, two nights a week, you will be going out to have fun with mates and he will be doing all the childcare on those days. Obviously he'll have to stop some of his cricket, but hey, obviously he isn't such a selfish cock that he would expect you to constantly cover for him without him ever reciprocating??

Even if your "going out and having fun" equates to "going to your mums to sleep whilst she makes you a nice dinner". He doesn't need to know that.

DulcetMoans · 07/06/2015 11:53

Doesn't sound like he fully realises the impact and potential impact his actions could have pixie. Is it worth giving him those real life scenarios - you go into labour during the night and he's not there or not contactable or too drunk to help. What does he think will happen then?

Have you won the battle yet tee and gone for a walk? I have dickhead neighbour who DIYs at 7am on the weekends as well. Make sure they rev as much as possible!

Hobbit19 · 07/06/2015 11:57

Yep, think that's a fair point Pixie, if he gets Thurs evening and all of Sat for cricket, then you get an evening of your choice and all day Sunday child free to do whatever you like. (I know you might not want that but just pretend for a bit!) One presumes he won't be out all day Sat when baby Pixie arrives?!

Fleurchamp · 07/06/2015 14:36

Hi viroids

Busy weekend of ante natal classes and I still have no internet due to BT's incompetence. I am reduced to laying in the garden using next door's wifi ( my neighbours can be a pain but they have their uses!)

pixie that is completely unacceptable. At any time it's not great but when you are this heavily pregnant - no way!

DH has a few nights out planned in the next few weeks (34 - 37 weeks pg) and, after the classes this weekend he is debating whether to go bless him. he is also nagging me about my lack of hospital bag, I still in denial and not ready to prepare it just yet

I hope you get out for your walk tee I do find walking keeps me supple, I seized up after sitting all day yesterday.

Such a beautiful day, I hope this weather sees me through my mat leave (2 weeks left at work!)

gaggiagirl · 07/06/2015 15:10

We've never had any nice weather since actual ever here. Probably the same for indigo and wil.

teejayem · 07/06/2015 15:27

We walked shuffled for an hour. Managed to stuff my feet in a pair of ancient nikes, although my ankles are of elephant proportions now, I hope it was worth it, was lovely in the sun. Just sitting in the garden at the moment about to throttle my other neighbour with his fucking lawnmower cord. hypocrite

fleur I'm hoping we have a nice summer too, part of the motivation for getting the garden fixed up was so it would be somewhere nice to sit, (in my floaty kaftan, while I weave baskets from my shedding hair) Wink. In reality I can see myself camped in the living room with all the curtains shut watching endless reruns of made in Chelsea with a Velcro baby at my boob, but hey. I'd thought I'd aim high!!

Fleurchamp · 07/06/2015 15:56

tee we had our little garden (it's more of a patio) done last year and it makes such a difference sitting out here now.

I plan to sit out here with littlechamp and feed ( with a huge umbrella to stop the neighbours seeing the norks).

DH has gone on an ice cream run, I bloody love that man sometimes Grin

BeforeIChangeMyMind · 07/06/2015 16:00

I've graduated viroids!

Waters went at 7pm last night (thanks dragon) and not-so-little Before was born via the sunroof at 11:30 ish this morning. Because he's a MASSIVE 9lb 12oz. No wonder I was on crutches! No name ideas yet.

Got to keep it short as only have limited battery. But just wanted to let you know. Will share more once I can feel my legs!

Pixie - YANBU
Tee - keep the faith, I'm thinking of you

Thanks for ALL your support ladies. Want to stick around for a bit if you'll have me. Xxx

DulcetMoans · 07/06/2015 16:08

YAYAYAY! BABY! Well done before, fab news. What a big boy! Can't wait to see pictures! Hope the recovery goes well and you can get home soon.

What ice cream you getting fleur? We got some cornettos for later.

Cymraes17 · 07/06/2015 16:13

Hello baby before! Welcome to the world!
Congratulations.
Right its Tee's turn now, any day!
Pixie, YANBU, its unfair of him not to think about you and DD.
DH is taking DCs to the park, I may go with and sit on a bench feeling huge.

ZylaB · 07/06/2015 16:50

Congrats before!!

honeysucklejasmine · 07/06/2015 16:53

Congratulations Before! Great work, well done! Welcome to the world, Baby Before!

rm00054 · 07/06/2015 16:57

Yay! Congrats Before hope you're enjoying baby snuggles.

Did you get anything good from Guildford La ? That's my neck of the woods but I didn't think there's anywhere to get good mat clothes (other than JoJo, but that's too pricey for me)!

I'm very jealous of all your lovely sounding gardens, mine is a horrible jungle that only gets used to hang washing out. I wish it was nice to sit in but I just don't know where to start. I don't suppose anyone wants to come and make it nice for me. I can supply cake and ice cream Wink
