Welcome, welcome, welcome to the 29th grads thread... celebrating the success of Just Shagging in getting us viroids upduffed!

For those that don't know, a 'viroid' is from the original JSing thread 1, where someone was trying to type ladies (in reference to all the JSing ladies), but their phone decided to call us all viroids instead!

The name stuck and we've been the JSing viroids ever since.

The thread we have graduated from is here in its 47th outing. WARNING: they're all a bit kerazy not to mention randy!

There is also a Just Mumming thread here for once your babies come along, or to keep up with the graduated graduates!

There is also a private facebook group (so it doesn't give the game away in your news feed!)... if you want to join to see photos of new babies etc, just ask in-thread!

Here is the stats list, please update your own spot with any updates: stats

:( tee before you both sound like you're having a rough time of it, it can't be that much longer!

BeforeIChangeMyMind · 02/06/2015 08:37

Tee sorry to hear that you're sad and that work f'ed up your pay. What a load of incompetents. Bollocks to it all.

I'm with you in the determination to get baby moving. I'm seeing the midwife at 9:30, then it will be a day of hypnobirthing/bouncing/walking (best I can) and eating pineapple curry washed down with a gallon of raspberry leaf tea. Grrrrrrrrrrrrr.

Cymraes17 · 02/06/2015 08:57

Boo hiss to work Tee.
I really dislike this bit of pregnancy, Im soo ready for her to come out now. Im really no good at waiting, so impatient.
Bother and Tee, what can we doooooo? RLT only makes my stupid useless contractions that dont do anything worse.

Mother is coming round today, she forgot her reading glasses last time, and we forgot to take them over the weekend. She's taking me out for lunch.

teejayem · 02/06/2015 09:01

good luck with mw before are you going to ask for a sweep?

thanks jelly I'm being an impatient knob, and will pull myself together imminently, watch some Jezzer Kyle to give myself some perspective, and then call work for an argument.

as a side note, did anyone else see game of thrones last night?! it was a corker!!! I felt exhausted afterwards!

teejayem · 02/06/2015 09:07

hi cym!

I can't believe we are all still waiting! I've not done the RLT, I don't like the taste... Lunch sounds nice, I think I might do the same with my DM tomorrow, she's back from her holiday and driving me (affectionately) insane with her 'everything okay?' Texts every two hours.

One small LoS point; Mr tee has taken the car to the station this morning instead of cycling. Everything is in the car. Mat notes, both bags.... It's not far away but it's an inconvenience.

DulcetMoans · 02/06/2015 09:37

Can we organise some pregnant lady co-ordinated activities between the three of you? If you all bounce for an hour and do 20 times up and down the stairs (sideways I am told is best), sitting and eating/drinking the appropriate foods. Maybe we can get one of you to pop at least by the weekend.

Cymraes17 · 02/06/2015 09:50

Www LoS!
Asked DH if he has anything important at work this week, and there isnt. He is meeting some friends at the weekend, its one of his friends 40th, but he is driving and only going for a little while at the begining of the pub crawl.

Officialy I have 11 days untill due date, but I really can't wait, she needs to come now! Im geting too big and DS keeps telling everyone that I cant bend down because Im having a baby.

LaLaLaaaa · 02/06/2015 09:56

Will catch up properly later but just for you viroids waiting for baby to start vacating - I was told at nct last night that orgasms produce oxytocin which can start contractions. She said to do a bit of DIY to get things moving! So get your buzzy friends out gals!

Jeez, so many happy scan pictures balanced out with so many having a tough time of it. Cake to all of you!

Before, Cym and Tee Flowers for the shitty waiting, it'll be over so soon now and you'll have your rewards, hang in there and shout/cry/sleep/swear your way through it as best you can.

Jelly, yeah just go to sleep, don't try and manage without sleeping, just sleep at all available hours of the day. I honestly did think I'd get through the first trimester, I felt like shit for 2 months. Cut down all non-essential activities (I bathed the kids every few days instead of every other day, got dp to cook tea or got take away instead) and don't try and fight through it, you'll end up crying like a tit like I did.

I'm feeling great, but I had the worst sleep for weeks last night. Dp's phone went off at about 3am and I spent the rest of the night livid with him (the text was from Orange but I was angry anyway. He went straight back to sleep and I was tossing and turning in an irrational rage. Surprisingly I don't feel too bad for now, later on I might be in trouble though.

Sorry for not posting much too, it's been a hell of a week, my grandmother who has cancer has declined a lot, she's sleeping all the time and I have yet to tell her we're naming the baby after her. It's starting to look like I'm not going to get the chance to. I lost my other Nan 11 months ago and I'm sad for the new baby, that she'll never meet these two incredible people, and I want my Nan to know we're honouring her.

Right enough morbidness and misery, I've got a packet of beef Hula Hoops and a packet of Coconut Rings, watching Blaze and the Monster Machines with my completely mental daughter, it's not so bad :)

Sorry for the monster post again, I must remember little and often, not a weekly dissertation for you all to read.

jellypi3 · 02/06/2015 10:16

not seen game of thrones yet tee I fell asleep at 9:00, so gonna catch up tonight! heard it was good

gaggiagirl · 02/06/2015 10:50

Oh Rhiannon sorry about your nana Flowers

WilHarlot · 02/06/2015 11:45

Sorry about your nana Rhiannon.

jellypi3 · 02/06/2015 12:06

sorry about your nan rhi

RhiannonElward · 02/06/2015 12:27

Thanks viroids, sorry I didn't mean to be so miserable, I'm not even that miserable actually, she's old and has had a lovely life and has a massive family who think the world of her. She's asleep so she's comfortable, and not in pain when she's awake (not very often these days). She also knows she's thought the world of because we've all had a chance to tell her if she didn't already know. It's hard to watch all the same, but dying peacefully surrounded by loving family isn't the worst way to go by any means, is it?

As you were, folks, let's get back to arse rain and symptom spotting. Tee, Cym, Before? anything to report ladies?

goodnessgraciousgouda · 02/06/2015 12:28

Sorry to hear about your nan rhiannon. I hope that you get a chance to speak to her soon.

Today I am 8+3!! It's exciting to think that provided everything keeps going well, I should be having my first scan in just over three weeks! Grin

The plan is to have it at 11+6. I really wanted to wait until 13 weeks, but we are going to be spending a long weekend away with my husbands family from my 12+0 through until 12+4 and I really don't want to have to be farting around with bullshit excuses.

What do you guys think? Do you think I should hold off until week 13?

gaggiagirl · 02/06/2015 12:35

What a lucky and loved woman Rhiannon!

I think I live 'during the war'. I've never noticed much in all the years of living in this little town, but its entirely populated (during the day on week days) by women children and pensioners. Its like all the men folk have gone to war. I presume they are all at work. There's my social observation of the week.

Fattycow · 02/06/2015 12:36

I recently read something funny. A lady said she was 9 inch dilated when x and y happend. Nine inch? Poor fanjo...

gaggiagirl · 02/06/2015 12:37

Do you get a choice gouda? Are you in France?
Well I would say get it done sooner, I would be too excited to wait.

gaggiagirl · 02/06/2015 12:38

fatty that woman's fanjo must be amazing!

RhiannonElward · 02/06/2015 12:39

Gouda you can hold off until week 13, but I know that after a certain date the Down's test becomes less accurate. I don't know if you even want Down's testing but if you do that's something to consider. Other than that I would do it later, it all breaks up the time between scans and that's always a good thing in my book :)

Fattycow · 02/06/2015 12:41

A nine inch fanjo will make delivery very easy, but I don't think it will ever go back to regular size after that!

RhiannonElward · 02/06/2015 13:03

Is it just me or is everyone else having difficulty picturing a nine inch fanjo without teeth? I think I'm blocking it out with scenes from Jaws.

goodnessgraciousgouda · 02/06/2015 13:16

gaggia - yes I am in France. Unless there is a medical need, or you are willing to pay a lot of money for it, pregnant women have only three scans here during the pregnancy.

The first one has to be done between weeks 9 and 14. I could technically get my first scan next week, but definitely don't my first prescribed scan that early on, and additionally don't have my card vitale yet either.

If I get my scan at 11+6 it means that we can tell DH's family whilst we are with them (telling them before the scan is not an option), and family events on his side are very rare. This is first one in the last.....three years?

By the way, does anyone know of any websites on breast feeding that simply give neutral advice on breast feeding, without being really patronising/judgemental/written by smug faced cunts? I've been reading a few this afternoon, and they annoy me so much they actually put me off breast feeding.

gaggiagirl · 02/06/2015 13:53

gouda 3 scans is good. We only get 2 here.
Rhiannon have you seen the film Teeth? Its about a vagina with teeth! Its awesomeness

jellypi3 · 02/06/2015 13:56

haha i've heard so much about that film ga, it's on netflix but i've never had the balls to watch it!

i've just eaten what feels like my weight in food, i now look a lot more pregnant than I am! Also told my best mate, it kind of just slipped out (teehee) and she was really happy (but told her to be cautious because of how early it is)
