Welcome, welcome, welcome to the 29th grads thread... celebrating the success of Just Shagging in getting us viroids upduffed!

For those that don't know, a 'viroid' is from the original JSing thread 1, where someone was trying to type ladies (in reference to all the JSing ladies), but their phone decided to call us all viroids instead!

The name stuck and we've been the JSing viroids ever since.

The thread we have graduated from is here in its 47th outing. WARNING: they're all a bit kerazy not to mention randy!

There is also a Just Mumming thread here for once your babies come along, or to keep up with the graduated graduates!

There is also a private facebook group (so it doesn't give the game away in your news feed!)... if you want to join to see photos of new babies etc, just ask in-thread!

Here is the stats list, please update your own spot with any updates: stats

Must've had the same miserable cow Ga! Mine was disappointed about how full my bladder was. I'd had a sickness bug- what did she expect? Then she made me feel like a leper and forced me to sit in an area on my own (in the meantime getting the seats we'd say on disinfected). Got to the Mw bit and there was a sick bowl there so asked what it was for and she said "oh we've been informed you're not well and have a bug, you shouldn't have come you know blah blah blah" I told them that I had recovered from my stomach bug nearly 3 days ago and whilst I was still feeling a bit weak (what with not having ate when I was ill and only eating bits now) I was fine!
I got no apology or anything and the stupid sonographer shooed me out so quick that I didn't even get a picture Sad

teejayem · 01/06/2015 05:14

No babies here... Poor Mr Tee was awake every time I got up (around 9 times) just in case and he's got to be up for work in 30 min Confused. I think I've managed about 3 hours in 30 minute naps.
Seriously this backache needs to do one. My sense of humour is failing!

Hobbit19 · 01/06/2015 06:31

Well, I think I managed a grand total of zero minutes sleep last night, rubbish!! I hope you get to nap today Tee.

LaLaLaaaa · 01/06/2015 06:44

Morning! I accidentally stole my friends charger and left mine at hers so I can't be on long. Mr La getting me new one today.

Good luck for scans today! Exciting! Look forward to pics later. I've never needed full bladder either for mine.

I'm huge - think miniLa is having growth spurt. No clothes fit so today I'll be wearing a duvet to work. Am also now at the absolutely useless and knackered stage. Glad I've only got 2 weeks left at work - 15 days!

Hope pain lets up for those of you in agony. It's not fun.

Good luck to the scanners!!!! Update us when you can Grin

I too have a scan today but it's just the one I was booked in for at the EPAU when we thought I was miscarriage on Thursday - only saw the bean on Thursday but I'm still a bit nervous. I'm also nervous about having horrible sonographers Sad for the first time in my life I'm disappointed with the NHS, the gp who saw me on Thursday when we thought the worst was so crap, and considering I first called out of hours on the Wednesday night with bleeding, and my scan is at 2pm this afternoon - that's almost a week I've been made to wait!

Purpleball · 01/06/2015 07:07

Oooh looking forward to scan pics today. I still had to have a full bladder for 20w scan

Boo to lack of sleep. Hope you get some naps in today

LaLaLaaaa · 01/06/2015 07:09

Not all of them are awful looking! My private sonographer was really dismissive and unsympathetic when I had my suspected ectopic whereas my nhs ones have been lovely. I've also had the nicest people ever each time I've needed to go to antenatal day unit.

My mw is known for being brusque and lots of people complain about her but I don't mind it too much. All the other people I've seen have been lovely.

Feel sick, think I maybe slept on my back

Looking forward to scan pictures today girls! Hope you all have co operative sonographers, I can start preparing some Jiffy bags otherwise.

LaLaLaaaa · 01/06/2015 07:09

Good luck looking

Oo lots of scans good luck folks!!

ZylaB · 01/06/2015 08:44

I was taking the piss with MrZ yesterday and said someone needed to be careful or they might get a Jiffy bag! He was all Hmm. Hehe

FeatheredTail · 01/06/2015 08:46

Morning all and gx to the 12 and 20 weeks scanners today! Looking forward to seeing some lovely pics later!

I've spent the last 24 hours worrying. I've got weird faint pins and needles/a bit of numbness all down my left leg - it's almost slightly ticklish feeling. Just wondering if anyone has had this? I'm scared to google in case it's something awful - this weird feeling coupled with my total lack of symptoms (even boobs aren't sore today) is making me really nervous. I'm 6 + 1 so know I'm still in the danger zone. Just shitting myself that we'll have our scan next week and there'll be nothing there. Sad

Indigoblue2 · 01/06/2015 08:50

Good luck to everyone having scans, can't wait to hear!

feathered there are all sorts of weird and wonderful things that happen in early pregnancy Smile I wouldn't worry, easier said than done I know. If no bleeding and no pain, things are looking really positive.

gaggiagirl · 01/06/2015 08:51

Loads of scans today! I expect pictures of all of them.please!.
I knew my sonographer would be a cow. My friend who works on reception at the clinic said 'elvira is waiting for you' when I booked in (bang on time I might add) so I wasn't a minute late, just on time.

gaggiagirl · 01/06/2015 08:53

feathered could that be sciatic nerve pain?. Its so hard not to worry isn't it.

jellypi3 · 01/06/2015 08:54

feathered i can't help on the tingling feeling but try to stay optimistic. I'm of a similar mindset sometimes that i'll get to my early scan and there won't be anything there, but DP is encouraging me to think positively which I am trying to do. Gx for you :)

pretzelpieces · 01/06/2015 09:14

Sorry to those who got rubbish sleep and good luck to those who have a scan today! Very exciting.

I'm quite upset here as I suddenly stopped feeling sick in the night. Feeling a little nausea now but is a lot less and I'm terrified it means I'm going to miscarry (I'm 5 weeks today).

Told DP I was suddenly not feeling sick in the night he grunted 'can't you just enjoy it!'. Aagh

goodnessgraciousgouda · 01/06/2015 09:23

pretzel the nausea will come and go. It's totally normal, and your DP is right - it's better to enjoy the moments when you aren't suffering!

I had no nausea at all for all of weeks 4 and 5, then I spent a few mornings retching/vomming first thing when I was six weeks, then it stopped and I just felt bad for a few days and could barely eat, then all of a sudden in week seven I could eat more food again and stopped feeling ill in the mornings, then today (8 weeks) I had another episode of having to run to the bathroom.

I am just so grateful that I am not one of the poor bastards that is sick absolutely all day, absolutely every day!!!

pretzelpieces · 01/06/2015 09:27

Thanks gouda, that's reassured me a bit. I guess I just got to keep hoping for the best whatever signs come or I'll drive myself crazy reverse symptom spotting...

Hobbit19 · 01/06/2015 09:30

Haven't caught up but scan all good, 11 weeks and 2 days, Eep! Will post pic later. Amazing stuff!

BeforeIChangeMyMind · 01/06/2015 09:36

Didn't manage to go into labour to avoid solo childcare just call me mum of the year. Had mild cramping as I woke up but nothing doing. So we are going to have a quiet one today.

Tee, poor you, your night sounds horrendous. Hope you can rest up today.

Will be checking in for scan pics today, sending my good wishes to all who have scans (or wish they had them). Shame about certain sonographers, mine were lovely, even tho the second one only gave us 80% certainty on the sex. Our fault for asking for it written down I suspect.

Enjoy your day everyone :)

pretzelpieces · 01/06/2015 09:39

Yay pud! Brilliant news!!

before I'll just keep everything crossed for you anyway Wink

Indigoblue2 · 01/06/2015 10:37

Yay pud, how lovely! Congrats x

jellypi3 · 01/06/2015 10:51

Yay pud great news :)

Our early scan is now the 12th June, I'll be 6+6. Will they see much that early?

Fleurchamp · 01/06/2015 11:06

Morning all

Bumper scan day! Great news pud

I am en route to hospital for fibroid update, after growth scan last week I am hopeful all is ok and it will not impact birth but looking forward to confirmation.

Been in to work this am, went in at 7 am to get cracking. Was in tears by 7.30am Sad I left a pile of work in draft for checking before hols. All my boss had to do was double check it was ok to be sent out- I didn't have time on my last day. It is all only being sent today, two weeks later.

My desk was covered with work and I have had loads of emails saying "oh you're back - can you do xyz before you go on maternity leave". I can't cope.

My boss isn't coming in today either.

I am so tempted to get signed off now. Sod the lot of them.
