Welcome, welcome, welcome to the 29th grads thread... celebrating the success of Just Shagging in getting us viroids upduffed!

For those that don't know, a 'viroid' is from the original JSing thread 1, where someone was trying to type ladies (in reference to all the JSing ladies), but their phone decided to call us all viroids instead!

The name stuck and we've been the JSing viroids ever since.

The thread we have graduated from is here in its 47th outing. WARNING: they're all a bit kerazy not to mention randy!

There is also a Just Mumming thread here for once your babies come along, or to keep up with the graduated graduates!

There is also a private facebook group (so it doesn't give the game away in your news feed!)... if you want to join to see photos of new babies etc, just ask in-thread!

Here is the stats list, please update your own spot with any updates: stats

pixie gosh that sounds horrific. I'm so glad that Mr Pixie seems to be looking after you well. Also: eclairs for the win.

After worrying that I had already put on loads of weight due to an initial gain, and then me only eating crisps, bread and sweets for a week and a half - I weighed myself yesterday and have gone back down to 59kg. I celebrated by having a pain au chocolat for breakfast, a few sweets at a friends, and then a slice of flan for dinner.

In my defence I really really didn't want to cook!!!

teejayem · 31/05/2015 20:36

Honestly pix until about four weeks ago I don't think I'd eaten an eclair or any kind of cream cake for about 15 years. They are like the pregnant woman's crack.

Harnbo aren't bad jelly! I have two packs of tangfastics in my hospital bag. Grin Mr tee has put some kind of nut trail mix sawdust stuff in there for slow release energy, which is fine, but I suspect I'll want sugar.

Noooooooooooooo not the chair la! They are so lovely and snug and hard to get hold of, don't dooooooo it.

Not sure if this has anything to do with it, but I seem to get worse back pain when my belly button is invertd, which makes me wonder if he is turning back to back now and again. When it's fully popped it's not so bad. Or maybe I'm just in huge denial that I could be or have been in latent labour for DAYS. could be tightning again, might just be poo I have felt a bit weird emotionally as well, which might be a product of just being in pain a lot and not sleeping very well, but I don't really want to leave the house, don't want Mr tee to leave, don't really want to see anyone and think this is all a terrible idea etc.
(Obvs I know it's not a terrible idea and I can't wait to meet him but Jesus Christ, the WAITING) :)

Indigoblue2 · 31/05/2015 20:42

tee I reckon things are shaping up for sure.

before I wonder if you'll beat tee to it? You are neck and neck!

I've had those pains before fatty, probably round ligament pain, I think it's pretty common like the others have said.

Well I've just used my Epi No for the first time. Takes a bit of getting used to, you have to hold it to stop it coming out and a bit of trial and error holding it in one position without accidentally influencing it. Although hugely warding to see the needle go up when I scrunch up my pelvic floor! It's only going from 4 to 5 mind, but it says I should see a difference after a few days of use. I'm resisting the urge to google and see if going up one graduation is poor or adequate...

Indigoblue2 · 31/05/2015 20:42

*rewarding

BeforeIChangeMyMind · 31/05/2015 20:43

Tee I am with you on the waiting. I've been telling everyone that will listen that the baby will come early since they moved my due date into June at the 12 week scan. My due date is this Wednesday, so now I feel a bit silly.

I got the RAGE today when my lovely DH, who has been doing 95% of the cooking and childcare all week, wanted to go for a sleep. Completely unreasonable. Also feeling upset that he's going to abandon me and go back to work tomorrow although he's due back at work tomorrow and I'm not actually in labour. And before lunch - mega pasta fest - I was actually shaking and had to eat 2 bananas to make it stop. Just weird!

Toast85 · 31/05/2015 21:06

Oh tee and before (and cym.. Where are you?) you guys seem to have been having your babies imminently for weeks now... Sorry it's taking so long. Can we do a collective puuuuuuush for you

Toast85 · 31/05/2015 21:11

(Oops posted too early)
...and help your babies on their way?
Pixie we can include you too if it helps?

I have had on and off left leg numbness this weekend, maybe baby is starting to sit on my sciatic nerve. Otherwise good. Few maybe-movements too :) Scan day tomorrow... Can't wait!

Toast85 · 31/05/2015 21:13

Fatty I've had some round ligament pain too occasionally I think- when I get up off sofa or cough/sneeze. It's ouchy but only lasts a second. Is that like yours?

PixieChops · 31/05/2015 21:13

Before and Tee what you're describing does sound like the end of pregnancy is near. Feeling a bit insecure, you want your partner but you can't be arsed with anyone else, kind of want to be left alone and then you don't want to be left alone. It's all very confusing and its your hormones getting all ready for when baby arrives. I was just like that about 2 days before I went into labour with DD.
I've always been a bit of a cake fiend, literally anything with sugar in it I absolutely love! I'm surprised I still have all my teeth and no fillings Grin

PixieChops · 31/05/2015 21:14

Lol aww Toast your poor DH. I get exactly the same with mine. He'll understand I'm sure haha!
Oh god please don't involve me in any form of pushing! I'm 36 weeks and having a c section in 3 weeks time, there'll be none of that pushing nonsense for me lol! Grin

Toast85 · 31/05/2015 21:22

Sorry pixie, obv not keeping up well enough with the Fred. no pushing for you!
It's before's DH not mine- though I do think mine is feeling a bit like he's a poor long-suffering DH today too. Must be nicer tomorrow.

Anyone else watching BGT? I like the welsh choir or the dog. Can't decide between the two.

Niffertiti · 31/05/2015 21:35

Oh, I felt sure there'd be some new babies this weekend. Before, tee, cym, gx things happen soon.

Gx for scans tomorrow too - is it your 12 week tmrw pud?

News from my arse: operating a strict one in/one out policy atm. Which means as soon as I finish eating something I have jump up from the table and go for a poo. Tres sophisticated in company...

Cymraes17 · 31/05/2015 21:37

Still here toast! Been to parents house over weekend. Still no baby, oh well.
The bed at my parents was really uncomfortable, I just couldn't get it right. So have been cream crackered today, plus i seem to be swelling up....not nice. At least tomorrow is a child free day! Pjs till lunch then up to clean the bathroom, again.
Hope everyone else is ok.
Before and tee, I hate this wating... I wish she would just get on with it...

teejayem · 31/05/2015 21:44

I've tried to keep the due date ambiguous too before - I had mine changed too, so one says this Friday, and the other is the Friday after. I've just said 'early June' and left it at that. However, I can't help tweeting at 3am how fed up I am so I think most people know it's imminent.

The cat (one of them) hasn't left my side for the last week. She's literally been all over me today, Mr tee took a pic, it's on the FB page... Daft animal.

I'm recording bgt, but I loved the choir! Anything with animals at the moment makes me cry, so we're watching jurassic park: the lost world instead, because dinosaurs are awesome.

teejayem · 31/05/2015 21:46

niff one in and one out actually has me LOLing... Grin

Oh no cym I thought you'd gone off grid because stuff was happening! Waaaah!

Purpleball · 31/05/2015 21:48

Toast I still get that too. Hope the scan goes well.

After seeing the posts on here I'm very grateful to not be in pain.

Been to the outlaws for dinner. Still no offer of anything for the baby. I'm expecting nothing now, I'm not winding myself up anymore about it. It's not like them to be tight. Maybe I'm being ungrateful as they did give us £2500 towards our honeymoon. I just thought they'd offer to buy a car seat or something.

I'm not sure what to expect with movement yet. I get a bit in the morning but mostly evening and in bed at night. I'm 24 weeks on Tuesday. I need to look it up.

gaggiagirl · 31/05/2015 22:05

Oh before I really hope things get moving for you soon. I too have spd my physio gave me a support belt last week it feels amazing but I have to wear it so tight that I look really odd. Anyway I totally get what you mean about not managing getting the little one to nursery and back. I can do the 20 min walk there, then I'm all kinds of fucked!

gaggiagirl · 31/05/2015 22:12

Ooh good luck to the scanners tomorrow I cant wait to see pictures.
Wrt movement, even though I've got an anterior placenta, this kid is a real wriggler. I feel really lucky to be able to feel it but it just goes to show were all so different. I feel nothing at all from this baby til night time.

Hobbit19 · 31/05/2015 22:15

Lol at the news from your arse Niff! Yes scan is tomorrow. Shiiiiiiiiiiiiiiit!! Swinging between excited and terrified atm. JC has hers tomorrow too and I think someone (Purple?) has their 20 week scan tomorrow too. Busy day, could have some babies too, come on baby Viroids, the public has voted, you have been evicted, time to leave the big mama uterus house!!

PixieChops · 31/05/2015 22:29

Good luck to everyone with scans tomorrow :) let's be having those pictures!
Me and OH just started pissing ourselves laughing as we were walking towards each other, he's dragging his leg because he's fucked up his knee playing cricket yesterday and I'm walking like I've shit myself. We look about 70 trying to navigate to get the house locked up for the night, at this moment in time we'd be completely useless in an emergency, it'd take us half an hour just to get downstairs. Pretty sure I saw him coming down on his bum before.

Gx for all you viroids awaiting imminent labour. Hope it comes soon for you, nothing worse than waiting, I got so pissed off being pregnant by about 38 weeks, just wanted her out.

At my last antenatal class I was asked by one of the ladies why I was having a C Section so without trying to give too much away (as some people may think my birth story is horrific) I just explained that it was personal choice because DD got stuck and I needed assistance. The Mw who was leading was all "oh I'll tell you about my birth, it's a lovely story, much better than that blah blah blah.. It kind of annoyed me a bit, I was trying to be sensitive and offer some good advice about moving around during labour and wanted to explain the reason why I had the epidural in the end (I could've carried on with the pain it was more the fact that I was bloody knackered because my body just didn't want to dilate!) and just put their minds at ease that everyone's different and not to worry etc. but she completely cut me off and made me feel like I was trying to scare monger a bunch of pregnant women which really wasn't the case. This was last week but it's still really bothering me now that those women might now think that I was trying to scare them (as I didn't get the chance to explain everything)
Daft shite like that just plays on my mind Hmm

Purpleball · 31/05/2015 22:30

Not me for the scan tomorrow. My next one is 9th June Smile

deeplybaffled · 31/05/2015 22:47

I've got one on 9 June too, purple - we can be scan twins! I'll be nearly 28 weeks then, but have been told i need extra scans to make sure that the medication I'm on isn't affecting growth....gx.

hoping that before i can put up any scan pix, there'll be lots of pix of viroid babies - good luck, cym tee before

Toast85 · 31/05/2015 23:02

So pud and JC both have 12 week scans tomorrow and me for 20 week scan then? Gx both of you. Does anyone know if I need a full bladder for 20 week scan, same as 12 week?

Tee, you've reminded me that the new Jurassic park is out soon! Will be going to see that one, quite exciting.

Cym hope you get a better nights sleep tonight. Or a baby, one or the other.

teejayem · 31/05/2015 23:08

No full bladder for 20weeks toast :)

Wishing good sleeps for all tonight! Xx

gaggiagirl · 31/05/2015 23:37

Well toast as I said over on the October group, my sonographer was such a cow that she remarked on my underfilled bladder. She even wrote it in my notes. Fucking rude moo! It didn't affect the scan though and I really did need a wee.
Why not be half filled just to be on the safe side.
