Welcome, welcome, welcome to the 29th grads thread... celebrating the success of Just Shagging in getting us viroids upduffed!

For those that don't know, a 'viroid' is from the original JSing thread 1, where someone was trying to type ladies (in reference to all the JSing ladies), but their phone decided to call us all viroids instead!

The name stuck and we've been the JSing viroids ever since.

The thread we have graduated from is here in its 47th outing. WARNING: they're all a bit kerazy not to mention randy!

There is also a Just Mumming thread here for once your babies come along, or to keep up with the graduated graduates!

There is also a private facebook group (so it doesn't give the game away in your news feed!)... if you want to join to see photos of new babies etc, just ask in-thread!

Here is the stats list, please update your own spot with any updates: stats

GX tee

I have just eaten my body weight in chocolate digestives. This comes after a roast dinner Blush

I think I have gone beyond caring though!

batfish · 31/05/2015 17:24

Oooh fingers crossed tee!!

DulcetMoans · 31/05/2015 17:25

Hoping it's the start of something for you tee! Get eating in case (heard hospital might stop you eating!)

Any progress from you before? Hope you're comfy in your best at least!

I just saw a user called lalala2015 and got very confused!

jellypi3 · 31/05/2015 17:26

Good lucktee!!!

I've had the major munchies today, for no real reason. Getting some cramps now but trying not to dwell on those!

teejayem · 31/05/2015 17:28

It's gone off. I got on all fours to try and take the pressure off my back and have had nothing since.

Really bloody pinched at the time tho. Oh well. Must be time for an eclair!

gaggiagirl · 31/05/2015 17:38

tee sounds like your body is gearing up for the big event!

Hobbit19 · 31/05/2015 18:15

tee, get those éclairs down you, they will fuel you through labour!

la you have an imposter, eek!

Jelly both the cramps and the munchies are a good sign. Literally never eaten so much in my life as I have in the last few weeks.

pretzelpieces · 31/05/2015 18:33

tee!! GX and good luck x

batfish · 31/05/2015 18:37

If baby changes position does it mean you can feel less movement? I know I shouldn't worry at 22 weeks but since a week ago I've been feeling much more including a couple from the outside every day. But then since yesterday afternoon it's all gone very quiet, hardly felt anything at all let alone from outside. I know the answer will be not to worry until a bit later on but I can't help it!

teejayem · 31/05/2015 19:01

Yeah, stand down viroids, it was just BH I think. :(

As you were....xx

LaLaLaaaa · 31/05/2015 19:18

WTAF!?!?! How dare they! There's only one LaLa and that's me! actually there are tonnes, which is why I have to be LaLaLaaaa but I'll still feign indigence

Just put my beloved papasan chair up for sale. Apparently it's 'too large' for our house - booo, Mr La, boooo!

Tee - no ,I refuse to believe this. Bounce, woman, bounce!

LaLaLaaaa · 31/05/2015 19:19

bat still VERY early to feel proper movements, there's tonnes of space in there still so baby will be swimming about like a loon.

I used to get one to two a day at that stage, don't worry

x

Thanks la - a week ago I was hardly feeling anything but now I have been doing the silence is worrying me! But if it is normal to start feeling a lot and then nothing then I'll try to chill! Feels like I've felt even less than I was doing over a week ago Sad

LaLaLaaaa · 31/05/2015 19:25

Your mw will start asking you around 24 weeks about movement, because you should be feeling something from around then quite regularly. I remember having the same worries as you.

In a few weeks you'll feel your wee one kicking away and the worry will ease I promise (until the next thing to worry about!) x

DulcetMoans · 31/05/2015 19:28

It's hard to monitor at a that stage bat. We normally say to have a cold drink and lay on your left for an hour to monitor properly - counting what you feel. But not sure that would work at 22 weeks, what do you think? Would you feel something every hour before? If in doubt, ring the midwife. That's what they are for (is that how it works there?!)

Aw tee, you tease! Got to be a good sign though, surely? Something is happening in there.

What you fancying to eat jelly?!

batfish · 31/05/2015 19:37

Haha true about there always being something to worry about - there was a lovely period until recently where I actually felt fairly worry free and then I started worrying about not feeling movement yet and then I felt it and now I'm worrying again!

dulcet no I haven't been feeling movements every hour or anything but for the past week have been feeling mostly in the evening and then last night and tonight nothing.

But sounds like it's normal for movement to be sporadic at this stage so I'll try not to be neurotic, thanks for the replies, would go mad I think without you all! Smile

Indigoblue2 · 31/05/2015 19:39

bat just get evil like me and either prod your belly relentlessly or lie on your front

batfish · 31/05/2015 19:48

Haha indigo I have done a bit of gentle prodding!

Well we could have panic over - just had a couple of strange movements where I got what felt like a kick on the left and the right side at the same time - twice!

jellypi3 · 31/05/2015 19:59

Yay for kicks bat! I bought a pregnancy day by day book and the movement stage seems such a long long way away!

dulcet I was munching on crackers and cheese (I hate cheese normally) and had a random desire to eat a lemon we have in our fruit bowl! Oh and some haribo but they are baaaad lol.

Fattycow · 31/05/2015 20:06

I got some proper hurting pain on the left side of my bump about half an hour ago. No idea what it was, but it did hurt A LOT!

batfish · 31/05/2015 20:08

jelly it will be here before you know it - time stands still in the early weeks but then you blink and you're over halfway!

batfish · 31/05/2015 20:09

Could it be round ligament pain fatty? I've had it and it kind of feels like when you get stitch but more stabby and a lot more painful - happens mostly when I get up quickly or twist or walk.

PixieChops · 31/05/2015 20:19

Ooo fatty that does not sound fun!
Tee I actually love your obsession with eclairs. So much so that I have now started to eat them by the box full. Mr Chops thinks I have a problem, I don't have a problem... I just LOOOOOVVEEEEE THE CAKE!

Thanks for all your sympathetic words viroids Smile I'm not usually a wimp with pain at all but in all honesty what I'm going through now is actually worse than labour because it just doesn't stop or go away. To be fair I've tried to rest a lot today so my legs aren't as bad as usual. Mr Chops has been very helpful and made me breakfast in bed and a full roast dinner. We did the shopping together but he put it all away and didn't expect me to lift any heavy objects. It's been really nice. He just needs to be with me everyday so it stops me being in pain.

Before can I just say your labour room sounds amazing and I'm actually quite jealous of it. I'd make it into a permanent staple once baby's here so you can go and lie down for 10 minutes with all your cushions and beanbags.

BeforeIChangeMyMind · 31/05/2015 20:30

I had a similar pain, Fatty, just after I first hurt my foot. It was so bad I rang my midwife out of hours. She pointed out that as I'd hurt myself elsewhere, it was likely that there was strain on the muscles in my abdomen and I was likely to be tensing them in an odd way. It was very stabby and lasted about half an hour before bed. Have you done any unusual physical activity today?

I also had round ligament pain with DS nasty too. Either way, hot water bottle and/or hot bath, I'd say, and keep an eye on it.

Well I'm still not in labour. Most unsatisfactory, both because I was utterly convinced I'd have a May baby and because DH is due back at work tomorrow so I have a whole day looking after DS solo. He's lovely but when will I nap? DS is due at playgroup in the morning but although it's only about half a mile away, I don't feel like I can get him there and back, the state that I am in. So we're going to hang out at home and watch some TV again.

Unless I go into labour tonight, but I suspect the chances are low. I can only add "going for a wee 1,298,746 times" to my list of "symptoms" from today. You'll beat me to it at this rate Tee.

BeforeIChangeMyMind · 31/05/2015 20:32

I love my labour room too Pixie it's so chilled in there. Glad you're feeling better today and that Mr Chops is looking after you.
