Welcome, welcome, welcome to the 29th grads thread... celebrating the success of Just Shagging in getting us viroids upduffed!

For those that don't know, a 'viroid' is from the original JSing thread 1, where someone was trying to type ladies (in reference to all the JSing ladies), but their phone decided to call us all viroids instead!

The name stuck and we've been the JSing viroids ever since.

The thread we have graduated from is here in its 47th outing. WARNING: they're all a bit kerazy not to mention randy!

There is also a Just Mumming thread here for once your babies come along, or to keep up with the graduated graduates!

There is also a private facebook group (so it doesn't give the game away in your news feed!)... if you want to join to see photos of new babies etc, just ask in-thread!

Here is the stats list, please update your own spot with any updates: stats

We're off to my parents, its their wedding anniversary and sis has 'planned' a party. Planning for her is just telling us there is a party and that my brother and I need to do the leg work. Hmm
Taking a big bag of clothes for DCs in case I need to go give birth or something...
Bother and tee, good luck!

LaLaLaaaa · 30/05/2015 08:50

Morning! Pud I felt horrendous til 14 weeks then it vanished. Hang on in there.

Food! You can eat hard Stilton just not runny and dippy eggs are fine if lion stamped. Sushi made in UK has usually been frozen so is fine apparently. But check that

I have 1 cup of caffeinated coffee a day then decaf tea. Watch the herbal teas as some aren't recommended but I really think everything in moderation is fine. I was neurotic and even made myself sick after eating Camembert accidentally. Midwife laughed at me

I have 1 125ml glass of wine or prosecco a week now I'm in 3rd trimester.

I'm in Highgate London! Came up last night to stay with my uni mate for the weekend and we picked up our third musketeer from airport as and flew down from Glasgow. I lived with these two for 4 years at uni and they are awesome so I'm very excited to get to see them.

They meanwhile take every opportunity to take the piss out of me so they are planning to take me to Harry Potter world tomorrow and hire a wheelchair in advance to wheel me about in because I can't stand or walk for long. They are much more excited about this idea than I am Grin I can only think they are plotting to take me to top of hill and let go just to see what happens! Got to love your best mates sometimes...

She was lovely though and is sleeping on sofa so I can have her bed to myself. For first time in months I've just slept 6 hours straight!

Have dull period pain in back and bump. Hope I'm not having tees sympathy labour pains!

Toast and bat the July group drove me mad with the 'I can feel baby movement can you?' stuff around 18-22 weeks. I could feel occasional things but no definite movement regularly until around 24 weeks which is normal don't worry!

I like a nice Gouda myself, it's quite a chilled out cheese Smile

Hoping car service invokes Los today tee!

Bat I love my pillow!

Love news from my arse!!! News from my arse - it's a bit breezy today!

Yesterday I did I poo so eye wateringly tennis ball sized you'd have thought I'd been eating granite. I seem to be incapable of producing them in handy torpedo shapes now, it's like that ball babies have where you fit the different shaped plastic bits through the hole but either the shapes don't fit or it's a bit tight!

thinks laboury thoughts for tee cym and bother

mountaingirl01 · 30/05/2015 08:58

Excellent news chat Grin

jelli nothing wrong with being over cautious, I was actually scared of drinking a caffienated drink in first tri, it's the only thing you have control of at the moment!

Are rain over here too, but definitely preferable to drinking prune juice every day!

Hope the service is ok tee they are always a scary moment in our household as we have two old and abused cars!

Jcandy · 30/05/2015 09:01

Haha cym guessing they aren't too far away from you if you do have to give birth? Good luck!

You too tee have you got a back up plan if you have a lack of car?

Know what you mean about the giant poo jelly think I'm only going about once a week at the moment Confused I'm really bloated so look like I have a bump already! At the moment I'd love arse rain dulce!

Excellent news from your arse there chat! Though I'm now humming to try and not think about labour, nope that's not where this goes to la la la

Which pillow did you get bat?

Well I was pleased because it had been almost 5 full days since I'd thrown up yesterday. Then I went upstairs to go to bed and had to run to the toilet Sad it was one of those acid burn ones but loads came out and it even went up my nose Sad felt very sorry for myself. Does seem like it's improving though and I'll be 12 weeks tomorrow Smile

mountaingirl01 · 30/05/2015 09:03

Ooh la I love Gouda! Never seen the appeal of weird blue cheeses (although I took a huge lump of shropshire blue to my sister post birth and I kid you not she sat there and ate the whole thing, without crackers or anything weird)

And movement wise- also nothing obvious tikk 22w even now she has a disco in the morning then just gentle flutters throughout the rest of the day. Dh still hasn't felt her because he's too impatient to sit waiting I did see my abdo move whilst in the bath yesterday which was awesome!

Lookingforadvice123 · 30/05/2015 09:04

Morning all!

dulce are you from Cardiff? And what do you mean it's not real Wales Wink I'm from here and I speaks Welsh and everything!

chat glad to hear your poo news!

Had the most vivid dream last night that we were at the 12 week scan and there was a problem with the length of the neck in the NT scan. Woke up in a sweat, horrible.

Fleurchamp · 30/05/2015 09:30

Loving all the news from the arse....

Since going on iron tablets I have been so paranoid about constipation that I have taken to eating prunes and apricots. If anything I am extremely regular now except the colour is most unnerving.

I was up with the larks, have argued with BT (who I hate with a passion) and been for a swim Grin this will no doubt catch up with me and I shall sleep all afternoon.

Going to see my sister and her kids for a couple of hours later whilst our DHs watch the football.

Push tee cym and before (and anyone else who would like their baby to be born in May!)

June on Monday - I will be able to say, I am having a baby next month yikes!

teejayem · 30/05/2015 09:35

No real backup plan with the car... I like living dangerously! And yes! chat! What is it with men suddenly getting precious about car upholstery?! Our car is a bog standard corsa, but the way he's carried on about wanting me to start using sheets and towels on the seats for the last month or so 'in case it happens' you'd think it was a bloody vintage Bugatti. (I haven't, I refuse to be driven around like an incontinent time bomb) Seriously. I told him that if my waters break in the car he'd have significantly more pressing things to worry about than the state of the frigging seats.
Yep, I've got the same concerns mountain! This car has been a shitbag since we bought it, loads of little problems with the doors, the brakes etc, and the engine warning light is currently on, although plugging in a diagnostic gizmo hasn't provided any answers. It's like the money pit. I'd be quite happy with a beaten to death pickup truck tbh, at least I could look down on people then..

News from my arse: arse rain actually, but think this is the combination of curry and dominoes exiting the building. Not getting excited over poo.

Hows it going before? Any luck?

cym fx it happens, albeit conveniently around your party!

Don't think i can suffer the ball bouncing today, although it gives me quite good tonis, it really aggravates my back so unless I'm prepared to drug myself up and do it, I might hold off.....

Purpleball · 30/05/2015 09:49

Morning viroids.

Arse rain here too for the past couple of days. I blame going back to work. I was quite happy with the poo situation til then

No ball bouncing today Tee Smile or you could get a taxi Grin

La jealous of HP world. Have a lovely time with your friends. Apparently the baby can change the shape of the poo by resting on it...the mind boggles. It could be like play doh

Glad to hear poo went well Chat

Bat hurray for pillows. I love mine and don't go anywhere without it. It's good for propping me up in bed too

I really fancy a curry but DH doesn't do them. I'm mostly home this week. Might see if mum will come for one with me.
We're off round to friends for dinner tonight. She's had to change the menu for me as it wasn't pregnancy friendly, bless her. I feel a bit bad for putting people out.

Waiting in for recorded delivery letter to be redelivered today so I'm going to sort out my clothes. I might as well put things that I won't wear for a few months out of the way as they are taking up wardrobe room and pissing me off!

DulcetMoans · 30/05/2015 10:02

Haha. Sorry looking! I jest. I lived in mid Wales for a few years and it's a thing some people used to say, all in good humour though. I don't live in Cardiff now but did for a bit and best friend still there.

Sorry the sickness returned JC but hopefully you are towards the end of it now.

A round poo la, sounds painful but maybe helping with birth prep. They come out of your bum, right? Oh. Hope Harry Potter has plenty of seats and cafés, regular sit downs!

If I could share the bum fun with you jelly, I would! Mine has calmed down so hopefully it's on it's way over to you!

We have a money out car too tee. Was not a good purchase but you only find that out too late! Hopefully it's in and out quickly. Both you and cym have Sod's law on your side today though!

jellypi3 · 30/05/2015 10:15

i love love love Harry Potter world, i've been about 4 times! it's awesome!

dulce i think i just recieved your arse rain parcel. then i almost threw up. how glamourous is pregnancy?

i looked on the pregnancy app i downloaded today and because I am 5 weeks the bean looks like a tadpole crossed with alien today. Still, upgraded to seasame seed! woop!

pretzelpieces · 30/05/2015 10:27

Sending luck to tee, cym and before for imminent birthing!

I slept rubbish again cause of feeling sick. Think I'm going to get some marmite ricecakes today to nibble on.

teejayem · 30/05/2015 10:49

bargain alert Just on the pillow thing - I ordered this... Orthopaedic V-Shaped Pillow Nursing Pregnancy Back Support Pillow www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B00HTC3S2Y/ref=cm_sw_r_awd_TByAvb12QXZ0C

And it was under £4 - ordered Tuesday and it arrived today, plus I grabbed a purple pillowcase for another couple of quid. It said on the packaging rrp £14.99 and I've just got it out and it seems v comfy. I might actually order another one for downstairs lazy or taking out to DMs etc. for that price it seems rude not to!

minimooo · 30/05/2015 11:32

Oh my god! Dulcet! I used to live on the road where Y Popty is in Aber! How do you know it? Did you live in Aber too?
excited that someone else knows Aber exists Grin

Hi everyone!

minimooo · 30/05/2015 11:36

Oh, ummm, just realised that I may have just outed myself there.... oops.
Sorry Dulce, don't answer that if you don't want to out yourself too!
I just got a bit overexcited and forgot the whole public forum thing Blush

BeforeIChangeMyMind · 30/05/2015 11:52

A quick one viroids as I am struggling today. I've somehow managed to over-caffeinated/reduce my blood pressure such that I've only managed to be upright for two hours today. Currently hiding in bed feeling light-headed.

Went down for tea and cereal with DS at 7, drank tea, felt dire and ran back to bed. Got up at 10:30 for toast and houmous, felt dire again. Have had this a couple of times after eating (blood rushes to stomach away from head??) but I can't not eat. Not sure what to do now except lie here.

Not buying the tale about dtd bringing on labour. DH and I have tried it more in the last fortnight than in the month we conceived (we were on a break!) with zero effect. Gah!

Sorry to post and run, I have read back but nothing is sticking in my head (well, car upholstery and aggressive cheese and some stuff about poo). Hope you're all having a good weekend.

Purpleball · 30/05/2015 13:20

Yikes Before, hope you feel better soon

DulcetMoans · 30/05/2015 13:31

I did mini! And DH. For four years. It's our favourite place, just so bloody far away! Going to use walking up consti as one of my 'visualisations' for birth. If I can concentrate long enough to have a visualisation that is.

Sorry it arrived there so soon jelly! I hope the sink is in your bathroom to make it easier at least. I had to keep a bowl in my toilet for such an event!

That sounds horrible before, I think bed is the right place to be!

batfish · 30/05/2015 14:43

Haha jelly I remember being so excited when I graduated from poppy seed to sesame seed! Every day that you get through feels like a massive achievement. How long until your scan?

before hope you feel better! My friend had a baby in Feb and was really poorly the day before she went into labour so would be great if that was the same for you!

jc I got a bump nest pillow, guess they all do the same job though but I liked it as it has a removable cover to wash and the material felt softer than the other couple that they were selling. She did say it can be used for breastfeeding but it doesn't separate into pieces so I guess I would just have to wrap the whole massive thing around me. Hope you feel better soon too!

mountaingirl01 · 30/05/2015 15:12

Ooh I might have to get me one of those tee! I have no trouble sleeping, but sitting for any period of time is starting to get really uncomfortable as my sciatica has chosen to come back

goodnessgraciousgouda · 30/05/2015 15:21

Hello to all. I came and said a brief hello when I first got my positive test on the 1st May, but was too nervous to join the thread properly. I am 8 weeks exactly today, and am feeling more relaxed, so hopefully it's okay for me to de-lurk. I will be getting my first scan definitely in about five weeks, and might fork out of pocket for an "early" one before then.

A big hello to yorkshire pud!

I've been a little horrified by how gassy I've become so far. Combined with my newfound teenage acne and bloating, I am not feeling particularly sexy.

I know that chat is still active on the thread, so I just wanted to say that my thoughts are with you. It doesn't really sound enough, but I don't think anything I could say would be sufficient. xxx Flowers

teejayem · 30/05/2015 15:34

I'm dead chuffed with it mountain it is very comfy and I've given it a good try out this afternoon, it props me up really straight which is nice. Def going to get another one for feeding, quite glad it's decent actually, was going to splurge on a boppy and I'm glad I didn't!

The car failed it's mot. Grin Mr tee is at the garage at the moment trying to work out how much it's going to cost to rectify. I said he might as well write a blank cheque, pull his pants down and bend over
Sadly I am still in backache crampy Yukness, nowt to report, I think my wheat bag might catch fire if I nuke it much more though.

Hope you feel better before xx

Hobbit19 · 30/05/2015 16:10

Hi Gouda! Glad you are feeling a little more confident, the whole 'not knowing' thing is driving me slowly insane.

Tee eep for your car troubles, I hope it us sorted soon, especially with crampy back ache! Not long now I reckon!

Purpleball · 30/05/2015 16:18

My sciatica came back for a week then disappeared again. I'm getting lower back pain if I do too much.

Hope the poorly people feel better soon.

Gouda I paid £99 for an early scan and it was worth every penny Smile

I've compressed 3 nearly full wardrobes into 1 wardrobe, 1 black bag for charity shop and 2 vac bags in the loft. DH has dismantled the fitted desk in the spare room. It's child sized so no good for working and not a good use of space. I've also sorted half my DVDs for charity shop and found my six feet under ones Smile which I'm going to watch on Mat leave.
Mil invited us for lunch tomorrow but we should have time for more sorting out first
