So BFP this am. Edd 30/1/16 however this is dc4 and the othe 3 have all been at least 2 weeks late.
Starting this thread to preserve my sanity next January. If I join the jan lot I'll be left on my tod so...I'm 35 this will be dc4 if all goes well, cycle 2 of trying so feeling blessed.
Roll up roll up, come and join me clutching your BFP and wondering exactly what you've let yourself in for x

Rufus so sorry you are going through this. Thinking of you hope your mum is with you soon Flowers

Drunkendonut · 03/06/2015 13:37

I'm confused but still not very hopeful. My bleed was bright red but just when I wiped last night and didn't go any further, test still as strong as yesterday's.
Still have cramps but I always get them...
No idea! But I'm off to work tonight, at least I work in a hospital if I start haemorrhaging!

Drunkendonut · 03/06/2015 13:40

rufus I'm so sorry you're going through this too. Can't imagine how you're feeling to be honest.
My sil had what was like a period for a few days in her last pregnancy. Convinced all was gone but went on to have my healthy dnephew!

Rufus200 · 03/06/2015 14:03

Thank you ladies, there was a Dr free when I went to get my forms so had an emergency scan, they couldn't see anything but far too early but I now know I only ovulated on the right side once and that there are no large cysts on either ovary. Not quite sure why my left has been grumbling when it hasn't done anything.
I asked how to tell an ectopic bleed from a mc and apparently there is no way to tell, they just go on pain! Also 10% of ectopic have normal hcg levels as well

GoulashSoup · 03/06/2015 14:22

Fingers crossed that they are false alarms for both of you Donut and Rufus. The worry must be horrendous.

jellypi3 · 03/06/2015 14:31

fingers crossed both of you x

Boobear1983 · 03/06/2015 14:45

Hope you're ok rufus xx

GoulashSoup · 03/06/2015 15:06

I've added you Brummie

tossedsalads · 03/06/2015 15:07

Fingers crossed for both of you, it is such a worrying time!

Still no major symptoms here. Feeling a bit down today as did a digital expecting to get 3+ but still got 2-3. I'm now 5 weeks + 2 days so was hoping it would have changed.
Went to my usual aerobics class today as really want to stay active but didn't do any jumping or high kicking!

Raffertys · 03/06/2015 16:25

Rufus was it internal? Did they see a yolk sac?

Hope everyone is having a good day. Flowers

Rufus200 · 03/06/2015 16:46

No yolk sac, no nothing, it is too early, need to be 5+

Rufus200 · 03/06/2015 16:48

Yes it was internal.

Back home, going to spend the rest of the day lying on the sofa

Boobear1983 · 03/06/2015 17:18

Dh and i went to gp today to be told....you've had a wasted journey, book an appointment with the midwife. We were told to see the gp first to be referred to the midwife Angry so first midwife appointment next Tuesday! Still not many symptoms here other then sore boobs

Tiredoftiredness · 03/06/2015 18:05

Evening all

Really sorry to hear things haven't worked out for some of you Flowers

Quick question - is anyone else feeling especially damp? I keep having to go to the loo to check I've not started bleeding.

No symptoms yet but didn't have any with DS1 so trying to reassure myself all ok!

birdbrain21 · 03/06/2015 18:28

donut and rufus good luck thinking of you both!

tired firstly I love your nickname can I steal it I am so exhausted at the moment! and yes it's very normal for lots of people to feel a bit damp, someone explained further up thread the science behind it....

Can I have some encouragement from those who have kids already. I remember being tired last time but didn't remember just how bad. I only work half a day but have zero patience for dd and I feel terrible she's only 2 and is actually really really good I just want to sleep when I get home how do you all manage?! Dh is not helping the situation either by getting grumpy with me every time I say I'm tired, he thinks I'm exaggerating and is not impressed by the way I'm ignoring him Sad

Brummiegirl15 · 03/06/2015 18:41

Thanks so much Goulash

I'm another one that feels damp all the time.

Struggling with my nausea today. Feel dreadful plus my progesterone has given me a really bad tummy

Feel bad complaining. I know I shouldn't but Christ I feel rough!

Hello ladies, please may I join you? Firstly, huge hugs to everyone who is struggling/going through difficult times. Flowers

I got my BFP while my 23 month old was having his afternoon nap yesterday and spent the next several hours on a roller coaster of emotions! Little sibling is very much wanted and planned for but the reality of this actually happening has been such a surprise! When daddy got home from work, I had our little man run to him with a "gift"... The positive test!

According to my LMP, I am due on 13 February

teaandcake2016 · 03/06/2015 19:13

That sounds lovely, flower x

Couldtherebe4 · 03/06/2015 19:17

Lovely idea Wildflower91! So sweet x

elephantfeet · 03/06/2015 19:47

Hi...I have just found this thread so I hope it is ok to post here, I just did a test as I realised this morning there has been no sign of AF for a while, got a bfp...am completely in shock and DP is working abroad for the next two weeks so I have nobody to tell!! So here I am. What happens now...do I need to go to the doctor ASAP or can I wait til DP is home to tell him first?! Sorry for the questions, this is totally out of the blue and unexpected and completely awful timing as it's almost exactly 9 months til our wedding...ah well!! I can't remember when last AF was so I guess I will have to wait and see the gp.
